These guys were great. I had an iPhone issue while I was out of the country that no one could fix. I sat an appointment for when I returned to the states and in a couple of hours, boom! Fixed! Done deal! They are #1 in my book!

I walked into the store to hopefully get the charger port on my phone cleaned out. I was promptly greeted by Derrick, who quickly checked out the situation and jumped right in. He had it done pretty fast and had me on my way! Thanks again Derrick! You are the man! ????

Brent was incredible. He got my phone looking brand new and really came through for me. He even drove an extra 45 minutes to a different location when online scheduling didn’t have availability. I honestly can’t thank him enough. he saved me. I had completely forgotten about the appointment and was at work, but he still handled everything perfectly. He went out of his way to plan his route and distance, and took great care of me from start to finish. I just wish I had more cash on me to tip him. 10/10 service. he seriously deserves a raise.

Derrick and Brian at the Pinellas Park store had my phone in and out in just a few short hours!! They even put my tempered glass protection back on which wasn’t guaranteed so that was a bonus :)

Stopped in because my charger port appeared to have something in it - my cord would not plug in. My account popped right up on the screen, and since I had used them before they took a quick look before charging me. Within less than a minute, they had removed the debris from the port and I was back in business. Nick was a fantastic help! I highly recommend this location!

Good customer service experience with Matthew. He was knowledgeable and quoted me the worst case price and repair so I was prepared for what needed to be done. Successful repair and my phone is working well now.

I took my iPhone in because something was preventing my charging cable from connecting fully. They removed some debris from the port while I waited and did not charge me for it. Great customer service and advice from them on operating my phone and keeping it in the best condition.

I stopped in the UbreakIfix store to get a screen protector for my iPhone 17 Pro Max. Matthew waited on me. He was extremely friendly and did a great job installing the screen protector. I highly recommend this place.

Great place to get your phone screen or other devices fixed. Went there once and had a great service from Daniel, and just came back again for a screen repair by Richard and he was extremely welcoming and informative of the process as well as the Asurion Tech Care program. I should've considered it the first time I came because it definitely helps save money in the long run for tech device repairs.

I have a new Samsung Flip 7 which I bought less than 6 months ago. The screens are known to have issues where the phone folds. I took mine to a ubreakifix location here in Tampa but they didn’t have the part, they had to order it, and it would arrive next day. The next day I called and they said it could be 3 or 4 days depending on shipping. I started calling around and the only place that had the part was the ubreakifix location in Pinellas Park. I told them I was on my way, and I showed up within an hour. The guy working there didn’t get his name, looked at my phone and said it was not covered under warranty. He started a long explanation of how these phones are no good and this is an issue and they won’t cover it. I asked how much it would be to repair it if I paid for it. He went to the back, when he returned, he said it would be $XXXX.XX to fix it and also the front screen was damaged as well and would need to be replaced for an additional $XXXX.XX. I felt as though they were trying to take advantage of me, charging me for a repair that is a 100% warranty claim. I left the location, waited for the location in Tampa to call, they did, took the phone in, they replaced the ONE screen only and it was covered under warranty and cost me nothing and the phone is working perfectly. Needless to say, I will NEVER use the location in Pinellas Park nor will I ever refer anyone to them.

I had an excellent experience at this store. I had a battery issue with my Google phone, and this was an authorized repair shop. Richard was very helpful, and they had my battery replaced in less than two hours. I would definitely go back to this Pinellas Park location if I needed further tech repairs.

Bilal was extremely helpful. His customer service is exceptional. When I called in he was resourceful and when I arrived he fixed my iphone 15 pro faster than any other phone repair store ive been too.

I had an excellent experience at this cell phone repair shop. My phone screen was completely shattered, and they fixed it perfectly in no time. The staff was professional and honest, specially Bilal and Jarell. They took care of my phone and explained everything clearly and even checked my phone afterward to make sure everything worked like new. I really appreciated how quick the turnaround was and how clean and welcoming the store felt. I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know.
