Poor customer service skills from a gentleman on their "support" team. After we had a HazWaste pickup from our warehouse, I followed up with an email to get some information since MWS was the Designated Facility listed, and the only response was that they were the wrong company. Since I knew it wasn't the wrong company, I called them to follow up again. I was still not treated in a very friendly manner. Even if there was a mistake somewhere, there was zero patients from the person I spoke with to help me figure out where the mistake was made. I was shocked at the level of unnecessary rudeness. I wish I got his name, because this individual was the opposite of "supportive".
Dropped off a couple things. Staff was very friendly. They answered any questions I had to the best of their ability. I will be using their services again.
This place is the best. The employees were friendly and quick. They didnt charge me anything to drop off acouple TV's. I would highly recomend this place!!
I have been to CA for the past 2 weeks and the only positive experience i had was at this site. Super friendly , super helpfull and in a good mood. Fantastic experience, highly recommend if you ever have something to drop off!

Pavel and Laddie were very professional, polite, courteous, and friendly. They did a great job of breaking down a very heavy video conferencing unit and removing it in a safe manner. Our company is very grateful for their assistance in getting rid of this device.

We used Modern Waste Solutions before for one of our commercial property e-waste recycling tenant events last year with great success; this year was no different. Basically a one-stop shop that will take anything from printers, monitors, laptops, cell phones, to batteries and UPS's. Very responsive to our inquiries, showed up on time to drop off and pick up the boxes. Their staff were very professional and friendly, and even took the time to broom-sweep some debris from our lobby when they picked up the bins. Will definitely look to use them for future events at other properties!

They were fast and efficient. They unloaded the car got my info and I was gone in less then 5 minutes. Nick and some other people did a great job. We will be back.

This is the only place I could find to recycle batteries from my hybrid car. There was 200 lb of them. Guys unloaded it quickly and handed me receipt. And I paid $0 for that. Highly recommend!
Great customer service and the people are easy to work with. Simple and straight forward drop off procedure. I was able to drop off all of my corded electronic appliances that weren’t working anymore and was able to recycle them for free. They only charge a flat rate of $15 for batteries but that was no issue at all. Will be using Modern Waste Recycling Center as my go to e-waste location.
Vincent always comes out with a smile and gets my trailer unloaded. He’s got forklift skills and he’s not afraid to jump out and give me a hand whenever needed. I always count on good conversation with him as well. Thank Vincent!
Vincent was a great help. We had 2,400lbs worth of batteries and he did everything he could to lighten the load and take over. Very friendly and warm. He had some help from his coworkers, which is a beautiful sight to see. His Coworkers Jody, and others split the load evenly to help get everything sorted and handled! Great work environment!
They are very cool and very nice for giving me a little PC to do home work, but there was no HDD because, ovisesly privacy reasons from the previous owner. And this is my 1# E-Waste Go-To place . 5 Stars highly recommend ✨️😊 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Team was helpful, professional & got the job done quickly & efficiently. We were able to complete an office move out/shut down in a day with their help! Highly recommend this business!
Upon Chris’s arrival, I was greeted with the upmost respect and appreciation. I made the work a bit more difficult due to having wires all over the place, but Chris was more than happy to help me get rid of that. Modern waste, works and I will rely on their services for a while.
