"I had a very disappointing experience with this auto parts store. After being quoted a price over the phone, I drove an hour to the store only to be told that the price had changed. The store tried to bait and switch me, claiming that the employee who provided the original quote was inexperienced and didn't know what they were doing. This is not an acceptable way to handle a pricing dispute, and it left me feeling frustrated and misled. It is disappointing to see a company resort to such unethical tactics rather than standing behind their original quote. Additionally, having to drive for an hour to the store only to be met with a different price is inconvenient and a waste of time. I would caution other potential customers about doing business with this store. It is important to be able to trust the businesses we work with, and bait-and-switch tactics and blaming employees are not acceptable practices. I would recommend finding a more reputable and trustworthy auto parts store to do business with in the future."
This is great to buy to match who have low budgets or can afford limit budget than online. Lot of parts depend what kind of vehicle do have or not. Glad I found front bumper that perfect match. Yaya!!! The guy is cool and help us. Thank that company keep running.
