Went to get a throttle body, and they tried to charge me extra for a mass air flow sensor. Price went from $80 to $152. Told the cashier that what he was referring to as a "mass air flow sensor" was the electric throttle motor and is part of the throttle body. After being silent for a minute, he tried to argue that it was a mass air flow sensor while showing pictures of a completely different part!
Update: Went to the Rancho Cordova location and they charged me appropriately. Mather is a scam and I won't be coming back.
Hours listed 8-6. Called ahead, put on hold for 20 mins, was an incorrect number. They transferred me to the store where they picked up the call and promptly hung up without saying a word. Drove to the store and the employees denied entry due to being closed. Understandable, but a waste of an hour round trip
Take me 3 hours selling my retire car. Just only one person before me. The lady just sit behind the counter and do her stuff, on phone and super slowly. Wasted my time
Having never been at this location, I was at a loss. Once person at eegister was available he instructed me on check-in protocol and then provided a ticket informing me of the location of vehicles where I might find the desired part. I found it easily, AND it was a shaded area and the part was exposed and easily obtained. Like it was meant to happen. After purchase was complete is where I got tangled tangled up: A paint pen used to mark the item, somehow I managed to touch it unknowingly and managed to get paint marks on front and back of my manual, my sunglasses case and my left hand. It seems to be permanent on the book and case. Otherwise it was a good experience.
I was looking for a complete ashtray assembly for my 96F150 Ford pick upI According to their inventory computer there were 4 vehicles that would have the same assembly that I was looking for I was charged $2 to be able to enter the yard to see if any of the vehicles had what I needed I looked at all 4 and the interiors had pretty much been picked clean so I ended up paying $2 for nothing, Will I go back, I highly doubt it!!!
This location doesn’t like answering their phones if you want to buy parts oh but they answer right away if you wanna sell your car to them & then quote you a low ball price of $150.
