I ordered an engine though them March of 25, the engine quit December of 25. I had a three year warranty that they won’t honor after going back and forth with me for 4 months. They confirmed they sold me an engine with 100k more miles than they had sold it to me claiming it had. Emails and phone calls went unanswered, and then they said “I took too long” for them to be able to process the claim. They said they could sell me a new engine though 🙃 absolutely do not trust this company.
The Worst experience EVER ! These people used my credit card and buy a part for another customer name Tracy in Tennessee for a headlight, I never order a highlighter?! They went to a three party company BAY Sharp auto to buy an auto part for another customer which my card , what kind of criminal enterprise are they running over here !!! They took my money and never had the part I needed in the first place 🤬 They will be hearing from my attorney soon . Plus I never got the part I thought I paid for ! A waste of time and money paul and Sam lied to me for an entire month! My part never made it to atlanta .These people are criminals and liars . Paul blocked my number after he lied and said my card was never charge but my bank statement said something different! This place needs to closed down .
I ordered a replacement transmission for my 2013 Mercedes C250. Quality Auto Parts purported that the transmission was a Grade 1 at a price $1k. The transmission was actually in very poor condition and the electronic leads were cut. My mechanic assessed the transmission and deemed that it had many more miles on it than Quality Auto Parts claimed, and had the odor of burnt ATF. I rejected the transmission and demanded a refund. I was ignored.
I was forced to challenge the charges on my card to get a refund. When Quality Auto Parts were notified to pick up the transmission, I was was ignored again. Two months later, the transmission is still sitting at my mechanic's shop as Quality Auto Parts claimed the did not want it back. Now I must incur the costs of disposing of the transmission.
This told me two things: the transmission was not worth their time, and it was in fact a piece of junk that should have never been sold to me.
DO NOT TRUST Quality Auto Parts! They sold me crap, and they were non-responsive!
Do not deal with this company. They sent us a motor that had all the heat tabs that were installed at the wreaking yard that sent the motor melted out. So the motor had been overheated and returned to the wreaking yard.
When we contacted Quality Auto Parts and sent pictures of the problem they said they would take care off it.
Time passed and then I got a notice from my bank that they had challenged my stop payment and since I was passed my rebuttal period the bank was paying them off my credit card.
If you like to get screwed this is the company for you.
Purchased a Mercedes E Class 4matic Engine, that turned out to be an internal component failure. The staff went over the top and beyond to remedy the mater, locating another engine having it checked over. No excuses just took care of it, Best Service second to none. I would absolutely recommend any one whom needs an Engine do the business with Quality Auto Parts.
I purchased a transmission from quality auto parts, Man the was so dam good and as promised by them. The service ppl there helped allot by keeping me posted about each and everything happening. I will purchase more parts from them from now. The best online experience I’ve had was with Quality Auto Parts. Hats off you’ll folks.
I had purchased an engine for my 2002 Toyota Corolla and the part was as per their promise and its running in pristine condition, Absolutely loved their service. I would also like to mention their "quality" service team, just as per the company's name the customer service was at top notch quality. I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family and hereafter will reach out to them for any further parts needed in future. Love you'll Quality Auto Parts.
Quality Auto Pats sold me a Transfer case at a very reasonable price, then since I didn't have a truck or van to pick it up with, they delivered it for a reasonable fee. They took good are of me so I recommend them .
Best Place for Engines and Transmissions I have been buying parts from them for over a decade now and trust me they never disappoint...kudos to the sales and customer service team...will use you guys each time I need a part for my cars.
Horrible! I tried to buy seats fir my van. Was promised the items to ship in 3 days. We'll over 2 weeks later, after calling them many times. They could not confirm that my order had shipped. From July 23 to today, August 6th. 14 days and still no product. Order canceled. I will never look for my auto parts from this place
My experience was GREAT !! James verified the part would fit based on the VIN. Part was shipped fast and arrived to a facility 3 miies from my home with no need to drive 30 miles as was thought originally.
I highly recommend James and Quality Auto parts based on the outstanding service I received.
If you're looking for a solution to your car problems, you found it! These people helped me get an outstanding replacement engine. James and Chris made sure this was delivered extremely fast and wrapped properly for delivery in 4 days! I took a chance when the first company I purchased an engine from sent me junk and still haven't received a replacement in 8 weeks! My engine arrived with all its components intact and in excellent working order. My car is very important to me. I was in a serious jam! Not anymore. I cannot thank them enough. Exercise caution when considering a purchase from this company. Our experience involved buying a motor that did not work, and receiving a replacement that was also faulty. Despite returning both motors as per their policy, we have yet to receive a refund of $3850 minus restocking fee. Quality Auto Parts currently has both motors in their possession and has not responded to out attempts to contact them for a refund.

Quality Auto parts has been a game changer for me... I was unable to find an engine for my car near me. However I tried going online in search of it. I found Quality Auto Parts. Who was able to deliver the part in 7 business days. Extremely happy with the part and warranty. Thanks guys for everything.
I have been a mechanic for 28 years and I have been dealing with Quality Auto for the last 8 years and i always get good Parts delivered within the time frame. They do source parts which are really hard to find. Cheers to Quality Auto.

We came to this company in an emergency situation. We are from Pennsylvania, my wife is in Florida with my daughter and special-needs son in a wheelchair van. The ABS module failed and we searched everywhere looking for this part. Quality Auto Parts said they had it and would ship it. After not providing tracking information, we started to get concerned. Then out of the blue, they say they made a mistake and shipped it to Pennsylvania. Meanwhile, never giving us tracking information. Then without a phone call, they canceled the order. Meanwhile we are renting a handicap van daily waiting for this part. What a horrible, unethical company. My son has a massive following on social media and has been on the Today show twice in the past five years!! We will continue to share this horrible experience!!
Absolutely frustrating to work with third party sellers who do not understand the items that they order or sell. Call an actual salvage yard that has the part you need, or call a parts store.... These folks order them from good businesses and jack up your prices. You want quality and honesty.... you won't find them at third party vendors like this.
In response to this company's REIVEIW - the part was a great transmission.. They claimed the torque converter was rusty. The transmission was cleaned, decent miles, and looked great... Their company lacks knowledge about parts from different regions of the country. They lack knowledge on how to handle used parts. We are concise. We are direct. WE do not mess around with third party companies that claim they know what they are doing. We have been around since 1939, with staff that has experience in the field taking these parts out. We put our headphones and pick up our phones with greasy hands. And do not let them mislead you... they did not decline the part. I canceled the order and issued the refund - not them... I will not sell to a company like this. I specifically told them I stand by our parts - they cannot have it.. and I WILL SELL IT TO SOMEONE ELSE.
