Completely useless company. Unable to help when you actually really need help at your own building, despite their number being plastered all over the lot.

Towed my 17 yrs old daughter last night after she parked in a unmarked reserved parking. She was lefted with her 17 year old best friend which is also a girl at 10 pm at night in a desolate part of town, they begged to get they I'D he just sped off. They are not the business. They charged 460.00 for less than 2 hours.

I have worked with HB towing for years. I won’t ever use any other tow in the Sacramento area!!! Consider the sources of the bad reviews, as they are 97% from those that are not accepting responsibility for their own wrong doing.

Worst experience ever, they lie and tell you your cart is safe and locked up when it was not, all they care about is the dollar not the humans. By the way I was told to park in the spot they towed me from. 460.00 later

dustin was very rude while trying to obtain my vehicle. this place is very ghetto and shady, i would also make sure they get your correct information as they released my car to the wrong person. dustin treated me like this was my fault.

Filing a lawsuit! These people are liars and thieves. I had my car parked in my apartment complex in the handicap spot with my placard that must have fallen. I got home at 930pm they towed my car at 11pm without anyone calling them. First josh told me security called then when I told them security didn't call they turned around and lied again..oh nobody called. I told them my manager said they don't have a contract to just let them drive on private property to pick up cars he said oh yes we do but could not provide proof! They are straight up frauds and trust me I will be taking them to court and getting my money back and will also be involving the ADA for violating the disability act

I called to have a car removed out of my parking spot per mgmt!!! I received forms from the office to show proof that we where the tenants for the stall!!!! We showed proof when the tow truck arrived and that was not good enough!! The driver stated that I needed to call to get approval for the tow!! I called still needed more approval. I went to the leasing office mgmt talk to them. Management talked to them and still not towed!! It’s been one hour later car hasn’t been removed, been hung up on several times!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY DON’t use them !!!!

Horrible tow company I know all are bad but they were outright negligent and now we have to pay 800 due to it. They towed our car Friday night. And didn’t notify the city so we thought the car was stolen and was barely notified that the car was towed days later and now we’re liable to pay all the storage fees. Talk about misconduct and absolute negligence to do your job. And they don’t sympathize or car and say it’s our fault for not knowing something even tho we went through the steps to find out if the car was towed (2016 white Honda civic)

We just arrived from out of U.S. & learned we have to pay $3,000.00 to get our VAN, we were not informed about the towing as we’re out of the country & was told our vehicle will be auctioned the next day. Slow down HB, you’re too eager to auction our car when then is a court to settle this, payment options, violation of rights. It will never happen again to us the second time. We’ll be talking to you soon! 3k for two months! Previous years we called re relatives’ car but was told we can’t take it back, it was quite new, three yrs. later someone called we can take it back for $3k. What is going on there?

THEY WERE GREAT AND UNDERSTSANDING EVEN THO MY CAR GOT TOWED THEY DID THE MOST FOR ME AND I DIDNT FEEL BAD AFTERWARDS CRAZY BUT TRUE

Cordial, professional individuals. They do their job well, without damaging the cars in anyway. It's not their fault my car got towed, and another tow company might have scratched up the car on the way. All in all, I'm glad it was them.

1st tow, Feb 2020: My car was towed last year from my complex but that’s on me (and security, who said they wouldn’t tow me because I was only blocking my own space, and then proceeded to have me towed anyway). At the tow yard, I checked for any undotted I’s or uncrossed T’s and could find none, and they graciously didn’t let my interrogation influence their mood. I also gave them a bit of attitude, cranky for just being towed, and they still maintained a professional demeanor and didn’t let me bait them. I was definitely the one who behaved badly, which I regret. 2nd tow, May 2021: Same complex, same situation with security, this time towed my husband’s truck. Again, made sure everything in the paperwork was in order but I expected that it would be anyway. This time though, my husband had just ordered takeout from Texas Roadhouse and left it in the truck so there went our food. When we arrived at the tow yard and explained, everybody got a good laugh about it, and the food was exactly as it had been left. All the guys there really seem to be great guys just making a living. I’m sure they can be jerks too, if the situation calls for it. I just don’t understand people who screw up and then get mad at and blame the person having to handle the consequences of their screw up.

My used my car as her car was stolen with her placard in car. She left a message letting office of Lark Apartments (95820) letting them know situation, HB towed the car Mother's Day evening. I had to come to Sacramento on Mother's Day to get my car out of tow by appointment only. $380 down the drain. They didn't care, neither did Lark Apartments of situation. Not their problem.

Yes they towed my illegally parked car, but that was on me. When I went to retrieve it they were very professional. We had kind of a special situation as the registered owner, my son is stationed out of the country in the Army and they made it very easy for me to retrieve the car. They even gave my friend who drove me a jump! If I ever need a tow this is who I'll call.

What a great bunch of guys. Willing to understand how difficult it is to come up with $400 and a sunday morning. They knocked off $100 from my bill and let me out $100 down and payments of $50 per month. I never heard of a tow company so willing to work with me. Im sure if you ask they will help you too. Thanks again!

If I could put 0 stars that would be what this company is worth. They are a fraudulent business looking to over price everything they do. Not only will they illegally tow your car they will also charge you 380 for having it for two hours. I will have my attorney look into this business because it’s time to shut them down. I know I’m not the only one who has been done wrong by this company before.

This company is a fraud! They ripped me of $280 when I was legally parked in my spot! I am a tenant at an apartment complex. They claimed I parked in the wrong spot when I know for a fact I did not. They illegally moved my vehicle to the wrong spot and took a photo and then towed it! Never have I even been swindled for money like this! I will be photographing and video taping my car for now on and if they do this again, I will sue and then report them. Little do they know they targeted a criminal attorney! Let them do it again, I’ll make sure their business is closed for good.

Extremely rude and crass crew, bordering on belligerence! We had the misfortune of calling HB Towing as they were the contracted towing company at our apartment complex. Someone had illegally parked in our assigned spot, and there were not spots in our complex to park our car on Saturday night. We first called, and left a voice mail at 6pm. We had to call multiple times, before a crude attendant took our number, saying the tow operator will call when he's headed our way. No calls for almost 3 hours! On the 5th call, the rude Tow Tuck driver claims he'd called our phone and left a message! When pressed for the number he called, the truth finally comes out that he never bothered to get the correct number noted! And even he realized the mistake, he wasn't exactly ready to come to get the job done! Totally unreliable, with little or NO work ethic!

Every experience I have had with HB Towing has been great. Although it is never a good situation to utilize their services, the office team is always cordial and helpful as well as the person coming to assist us. Thanks for always being there when we need you.

Biggest extortionists, we have to boycott them. They go around preying on cars. This should be illegal. They are extremely rude and will try to get you to sign the papers in case they damage your vehicle they are not liable. Please be careful. Do not go to this company and be careful because they prey on cars. We can not support such disgusting practices

Fantastic company! They remodeled my front yard. Put in a driveway, hauled away hug rocks and installed our flag pole. They were so courteous and easy to work with. The bid was up front and honest. All the workers were very nice and respectful when they were at our house.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE NO MORALS, UNTRUSTWORTHY Today I was stopped at a traffic light at 2404 Sam Rayburn Hwy, in Melissa, TX and was rear ended by one of their truck, I puller to the right and the driver just drove away, Since I have cameras in my front and rear windshield I got it on camcorder, I called it and all the guy had to say was call a cop, SO, I reported it to DPS. Now if they don't care about who they run into really how can you trust them to do anything good to your home or business? They claim that they are licensed and bonded?? But the question is, are they really? I bet that they are not, and don't even have motor vehicle insurance, so really would you trust them to do a job for you, since they rear end someone then commit the crime of hit and run?

Bought a car from these guys, they claimed the vehicle was smogged and registered until 2018 which it wasn't. Owed over $200 at the DMV, and vehicle did not pass smog. They wrote on our paperwork that we paid way less than we did so even if we took it back we wouldn't be able to get our money back. The night we bought the car there were people sitting outside the building in what looked like a meth trailer. Should have known better, but don't do business with these people. They are slimey, and will rip off their customers to pay for their next fix with no remorse. If I could give less than one star I would without thinking twice.

Called to have them tow a car out of my reserved parking spot at my apartments. They don't care if you have to get up early to work the next day. They take their sweet time to get from one place to another, even if it inconveniences whomever calls them. 2+ hours to get to where they need to be?

They are terribly rude. They towed my car . Didn't have money to pay at spot... I went back with money. They said they are close. Never told me they were closing. This is Friday., I'm left with no car nowhere to stay. They said I have to make an appointment for Saturday, maybe they'll have an opening! Couldn't say for sure for the weekend... that means I may not have a car for 3 days, and of course they' wanted to charge $250/night

So my complex has no where near enough parking for the tenants...therefore our security company is lenient about the "no parking" zones and empty spaces that they turn into parking spots for tenants... and appearantly HB Towing does what they want regardless of tenant parking situations... Review pic...of this "No Parking" spot thats clearly soiled with years of parking!!! Oh and this other car that wasnt bothered, although not parked in a parking spot!!!

Funny, They towed my car because I asked them to. Those who parked illegally and had the car towed are more than likely the people who left a bad reviews. I had a great experience with them. No issues or problems. Professional drivers and dispatch. Would recommend.
