Unprofessional parts department, called in to ask about a part, provided a part# and all necessary information, got put on hold in the middle of speaking, when someone picked up the phone I started speaking and got hung up on. Called back same thing got put on hold half way trying to explain what I need and 5 minutes later someone picked up and hung up again! Not the best customer service in my opinion!!

These guys are honest hard working people. Best prices, I go here over dealer. They have a lot of parts in stock, not only for Volvo, I buy my freightliner parts here also. The owners are always nice and courteous. Slava and Vlad are very knowledgeable. They also deliver parts. I’ve been going here since 2011. Awesome company!
