I live in the area and this person has a dog although it's not mean to me it's tries to get my cats and I am.tired of it. Happens all.the time he eats there food leaves a mess and terrorize's my cats and small dogs. If this continues i will call the pound I love animals but this is ridiculous

Morning shift and you start your car for warming up and come back cant open a car. Oh Gosh, it locked you out. So stressful. Called Allstate and they send Gotcha service. A guy very professional, polite name Sergio came and did his job in 30 seconds. Problem Resolved. Also he arrived way before ETA. using this company if i need to call them directly. 100 percent recommended. Thank You Gotcha.
This morning my rental vehicle had a full flat tire. Called the rental car company for road assistance and they told me to expect a text and call for service. The text came with a window of arrival, which was about 20 minutes from time the service request was submitted. I also got a follow up call from the service provider.
I received expedient and courteous assistance and was able to get back on the road for work!
I locked my keys, in my trunk @ grocery store, I have Allstate Roadside Assistance, they sent 3 different tow agency's, the first 2 never showed up, after waiting over an hour, on the 2nd tow company, with 3 big containers of ice cream, over 2 cases of yogurt, whipped cream, in my trunk, plus my little MiniPin pup. It was after 1:20, when Gotcha was notified. I had a Dr. Appt @ 2:20! Gotcha was the 3rd responder, even though my Allstate App said 73 minutes wait, I called them up, gave my location & situation, they arrived in 30 minutes! Very nice guy, got me into my car, in less than 5 minutes, and I was on my way, my ice cream/yogurt/whipped cream etc. all survived, pup is very happy & I made it to my doctors appt, just in time! I am so grateful, it takes 2 months to get a doctors appt, I couldn't miss it, I was upset & stressed out, from the first 2 No Shows, it was wonderful, that Gotcha cared & came immediately! I definitely recommend Gotcha Roadside Assistance!
Locked my keys in car by accident. Gotcha came really fast and got my car open for me. I appreciate the good service. I will definitely tell my friends and family give them a call if ever need good roadside assistance.
Locked my keys inside car when pulling over due to flat tire. Gotcha came in a quickly manner took care of the situation and got me back on the road safely. Very professional.
