Yasmine, the office manager lady, was so helpful during a very stressful situation! She gave me all the information I needed, took the extra time to help me, while managing lots of inbound calls and work load. The tow truck driver was also kind and helped me get across the yard even when it was very stormy/ rainy, tons of puddles everywhere and he helped me get around them. Nobody ever likes having to deal with the tow service but at least at Chimas they help you get it taken care of!
