Wonderful fast service. The truck came within 20 minutes. I was stuck on the freeway. It was a decent price and even with a adress mix up the price to fix it was decent as well. I 100% recommend danny he was very polite and professional. I will definitely be using his services again when needed!!!

But what really went above and beyond was their willingness to accommodate my changing needs. Initially, they towed my truck to my house, but later that same day, I needed them to take it to the tire shop due to flat tires. Steller service! We are from Washington and broke down on the side of the freeway. I had my kids and animals in the truck. Danny was so wonderful. I’ve had multiple cars towed throughout the country and this BY FAR the best I have dealt with. Said he would be to me in 40 minutes and was there in 15. Extremely professional and kind and it doesn’t feel like you are bothering him, you can tell he enjoys helping. I could not say enough nice things about this company! Danny & his son were great! I had broken down and called 14 tow places that were either out of business, over priced or going to take over 2 hours to assist me. I was already stressed as I was with my elderly father. Danny called me back quickly, had a good attitude, gave me a quote and a time that he would arrive which was reasonable. He was on time, great attitude with a smile. He brought his son who was helping him that day and they were really wonderful. It's really rare when you find someone that does their job with a smile and puts your mind at ease, so we were very happy. Him and his son put a smile back on our faces. Danny at Pinzon towing made my night complete! Let me say, not only did he come out to serve me in the middle of a monsoon storm, it was also 11PM! He and his assistant towed my car with a flat 63 miles all the way back to my destination. The kindness and care he possess elevates your mood after such an event in a storm.
