Heather at the front desk was extremely nice. Made my day a bit brighter. The room is much nicer than expected inside from looking at the outside. Overall amazing stay.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Check in was easy and they even let us check in early during Storm. Rooms were very nice and clean

Absolutely terrible customer service. Made it clear when calling about booking I had 2 cats and that I would be arriving at 4AM off a 15 hour road trip, all acceptable to them at the time. Upon arrival the receptionist tells me cats are now not allowed and they “called several times to try to tell me”, and showed me the number they had on file which wasnt close to mine or my fathers whomst im travelling with. After raising their voice with me and threatening to call police on me he finally decided to call his boss and rectify the situation which should have been done before treating me like a criminal, with hostility. DO NOT COME HERE. UPDATE: Called the room and decided to kick us out, cops showed up as we left. Someone became too important at a lowlife job.

Recommend staying here: Yes Excellent 2-star hotel for a fair price. Superb, friendly staff …we will stay here again when in the area.

From the moment of arrival until departure our stay was excellent. Front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and a delight to talk to! Room was very clean and quiet. Bed was super comfy. Will definitely be back!

3rd stay here. Everything was great. Morning desk DANELLE was so very sweet, kind and beyond efficient. We will definitely choose this location again. Room 113. Only request, breakfast eggs have zero taste. Happy New Year!

Newly remodeled. Everything was clean and in working order. Good bang for your buck. Only downside was that the large RCA flat screen in the room had too much input lag to be good for online FPS gaming. Tried reducing my console video resolution down to 1080p and then 720p, but it was still out of sync with the controller. I think RCA is just not a good TV for gaming (Samsung, LG, Sony Brevia are much better). It has a good picture so for just watching TV it will be fine.

Front desk personnel was friendly, room was clean and comfortable. However the room was outdated. Room needed new furniture.

We were in a tight bind last night and we had no issues getting in for a reasonable price. Workers were kind and well mannered. Thank you guys again !

This is a nice hotel and convenient to I-22. It is updated, the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The service is friendly and the free breakfast is really good. I would recommend it for anyone.

Wanted to charge an extra $30 for checking in late and the total was more than double what was listed online. The guy working the desk was nice, though. Edit: They responded, but I cannot reply to them. This is NOT standard practice and is the first time I have ever encountered this is dozens of cross country trips. The motel a few doors down did not have any additional fees and their price was the same as I saw online.

Nice and clean motel with spacious bathroom. Would recommend anyone to stay here. Very friendly staff as well.

I use this motel every year, however this trip, October 3, & 4th, 2025 they jacked their prices up to well over $320 for my 2 night stay. When I asked why, they said there was a group in town that had 6-8 people in a room, and they came in and ate all their breakfast food up. Now I did not see that at all. And if that's the case, they should charge those rooms extra per person, not the others. Very dissatisfied as I've been staying there for years the same weekend every year. Needless to say, next year I will not stay there. They never even asked if I needed towels, ect, which every other year they did. If this is new ownership, corporate should have a stern talking to them, as this is just wrong. They are giving a bad attitude to customers as I talked to another couple that felt the same as I just wrote.

10/11/2025 11:30pm arrival: room was okay (room 202). Sheets clean, floors barely vacuumed. Dust everywhere, hair and food crumbs under bed. Tissue stuffed in peep hole of door. I found bed bugs moving on the head board of bed, as well as a lot of bug feces behind the nightstand near baseboard/around outlet. Check out immediately after finding the moving bug and feces: 10/12/2025 approximately 12:30 am. The staff was very friendly and I really appreciate his understanding. Hopefully my refund is processed and they truly resolve the bug issue.

Stayed at this hotel in September 2025. Requested a pet friendly room and was very disappointed. The room smelled like a kennel, the couch was covered in fur. We had 2 small dogs so we made the best of it using lots of air freshener. Found evidence of pee stains on the floor near the bed. We were too tired to change rooms and left very early the next day. Will never go back. On a good note the front desk clerk was very nice.

Room was nice and clean. Very well maintained. Lady at front desk was great. Very friendly and nice! Location of hotel is good not hard at all to find. We came in late and place was nice and quiet all night. Defiantly will come back!

Positive: It was clean and updated, just as you would expect for the rating (8+). The price was in a reasonable range. Negative: The owner left his car parked in the spot right in front of our room. The other nearby spots were handicapped, so we had to park across the lot.

It wasn't fancy but the room was clean and comfortable. The room was good size and there was a work space and chair plus a cushioned chair and small table. The breakfast was a little disappointing. The juice machine, pancake machine, and bathroom was out of order but hopefully those were temporary. Although we didn't use the pool, it looked clean. The hotel was fine for a one night stop.

The customer service was amazing, from the front desk to the room service! The rooms where clean, shower was hot, and the pool was well tended and the hospitality was great! Here they embody that southern kindness everyone would expect. Wifi is fast! Even the breakfast was pretty decent, not the usual crap you'd expect, but food worth waking up for 10/10 would recommend.

!!!!***UPDATE*** !!!! Made a reservation by phone for a room for August 22. Plans changed so I called to cancel it. They had no record of my reservation. Started looking through my bank transactions and the desk person apparently made the reservation for July 22 and my card was charged because I didn’t show. My plans were not for July and now the motel won’t own up to their mistakes UPDATE. Refund was made and all is good. This really is a great place to stay and I have stayed here multiple times in the past on my way back and forth between Missouri and Florida. Thanks for doing the right thing and making it right. Before this happened, it was my go to for getting lodging. Their rooms are very clean and reasonable and they do allow small pets for a very reasonable fee . I will be coming back as a repeat customer

I never stay at Days Inn, but the options in this city are slim. After looking at reviews for this hotel, we decided to give it a try. We came for a last minute trip to the area and needed a budget friendly hotel for one night. We snagged the last room on a Friday night through the app around 9pm and arrived at midnight. Parking lot was well lit. Check-in was a breeze. We had a truck and trailer, and there was parking available for larger vehicles behind the hotel. Rooms were modern and clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and included coffee, orange juice, milk, pancakes, eggs, sausage, cereal, muffins, and toast.

This was a nice hotel for the price. Everything looked newly renovated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The pool is a bit small but it was okay even with a lot of kids in it. I wish there had been maid service at least for trash disposal and clean towels since we stayed two nights. Otherwise, no complaints.

We were here for kids Ramp. Very clean, nice and helpful staff, pool is a bit small but worked just fine. Wish there was an umbrella at the pool. Otherwise it was a great stay for the price. We stayed at the Holiday Inn out of town last year and it was much more expensive, a drive for every event, and strange in layout/room setup/amenities.

However I will say that a little more attention to housekeeping needs to be addressed before the cleanliness goes downhill.|Floors were clean, this is for dust on top of headboard, lamps, etc..|Also, the TV had a large crack/scratch in the middle of it, reported it to the front desk, stated they were aware of it, had been like that for several weeks. You’d think it would be swapped out.||We were originally given a handicap room (not sure why), however there were a couple issues that maintenance needed to address. Outlet on nightstand lamp not working, and needed to utilize C-Pap machine, and the room didn’t have a comfy feeling. Maybe it’s the shower chair just sitting in the bathroom.|Requested to switch rooms, which they accommodate and was pleased.||Breakfast area was nice, standard continental breakfast. There was one morning the a/c was set to 64 blowing cold air making the breakfast area not comfortable it was 30’s outside.||Would I stay again, absolutely if the rates stay low and the rooms stay clean
