What a great dealership!!!! I had been looking for a van to fit my needs for months and it was becoming extremely stressful. When I reached out to Fikes they were amazing from start to finish! They really helped alleviate my stress on my van purchase especially since I’m from the other side of the country and bought the van prior to even seeing it. I flew out to pick up the van and they coordinated getting me from the airport to the dealership to get my sprinter van! Several weeks ago I purchased a slide-in camper from Fikes.On original call I spoke to Zane. He answered my questions to the best of his knowledge [camper was there on consignment] and said he would find out from the seller the ones he didn't know. He responded quickly and answered all my following calls and questions immediately. He went above and beyond to be helpful. I recently had the experience of buying my first car, and was on the lookout for the new Trax. Ever since calling to ask if they had any available 200 miles away, Zane helped me through the whole process and was extremely accommodating. Any time I had questions he was quick to call or respond to texts, and made everything super easy! Very great experience, thank you Zane!
I brought my vehicle in for a sagging front shock, a leaking differential on the front axle, and a tachometer issue. The fixed the tac problem but misunderstood me and fixed the front suspension but my diff is still leaking and my front right shock is still lagging. Also 3 of my lug nut were swapped out and look terrible. What they did repair I had no problem repair myself but didn't have time to mess with a differential or shock.
