One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a truck service.
I brought my truck to Premier LLC expecting professional repair and ended up paying without anything being fixed. The truck left in the exact same condition it arrived.
I lost time and money trusting this place. For a truck driver, paying that amount and getting no real solution is extremely disappointing.
I strongly recommend other drivers think twice before bringing their truck here
Very bad experience with Premier LLC.
They charged me about $1,600 for my truck and in the end nothing was repaired. The truck was exactly the same as when it arrived.
Charging that amount of money without providing a real repair or solution is very disappointing. I lost time and money trusting this place.
If you are a truck driver and need help with your truck, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.
Highly recommended. Arrived to my truck quickly. Our repair was complex but they had it done in a couple of hours. Pricing was very fair for road service and hourly. Mechanics were very knowledgeable and friendly.
My friend and I were stranded on a road trip after 3 blown tires between Oklahoma and Florida. We were on the side of the road in the middle of the night after being told no providers were available in the area. AAA told us that the police were on the way but they never showed up, when this angel of a man from Premier happened to see us and changed our tire!! I didn’t catch his name, but he insisted on helping even though we didn’t call and were out of options. He didn’t even want to take the $20 we offered but we made him, because he saved us! Thank you Premier!!!!
3 AM with three blown tires on the camper. We received amazing Service on the roadside, emergency service. We were five hours into a 14 day trip which had us on the road for approximately 24 hours not all at once though. Not only did the three tires blow out but the forth tire was bad and we ruined two rims. For roadside emergency service, the price was phenomenal, much less than what I expected. And now 14 days later, we are on our way home no more problems out of tires
Called Premeir for road side service. Showed up did a fantastic job. Very knowledgeable with airlines. Would highly recommend. Great service and reasonable rates.
Avoid this location,i called them for a Jump start and they tried to take from 440.76$ on a daily road call for a simple jump start,they are scammers and liers.
Came to the rest area on I 22 11 pm put in an ignition switch so I can get the truck started to go deliver in Memphis

Was in a very bad situation with them,i had just a tire replace ,they weren’t busy but i stayed there 3 hours,and most hilarious is that they these 3 hours included in the bill like diagnostic.
I do not recommend. I spoke with them on the phone; they said they had good tires for $250. In the end, I argued with them because they showed me a good tire but installed a damaged one. On top of that, they wanted me to pay $417.23, where the damaged tire cost $340. I do not recommend.
Unbelievably good service. The owners are honest and took great care of my mother-in-law who was in a bad situation with the car. Reasonably priced and know what they’re doing. These are salt of the earth folks.
I dont recommend service , we called this servoce for good used tire, was quoted $368 in total., tires they had was junk , ended up paying $300 for nothing , just for replacing valve stem and putting air in tire , tire technician will try to charge more ... stay away from this servce
I recommend Allison Auto & Towing or Watha's Towing 24 hour on call service if you want to get used or new tires or go to Loves, even Loves is less expensive than these guys
truck broke down at the loves lost the rear diff. got the truck to them. Dustin was spot on! asked if we can remove the old part as i drove all the way from Texas with the new part. we got it in the shop and 30 minutes later i had the old part loaded in the pickup and the new one in the shop. they even gave the driver a car to use to get back and forth from the hotel. THESE GUYS ARE TOP NOTCH, ANYONE WHO SAYS DIFFERENT MUST HAVE BEEN DOING SOMETHING WRONG. The dealer quoted 8 hours these guys had it done in 3 hours. granted we had most of it tore down for them before it got there but none the less they got it done quickly and done right! IF I HAVE TRUCKS DOWN WITHIN 200 MILES ILL TOW IT TO THEM BEFORE ANYWHERE ELSE. THANK YOU GUYS!!!!!!
