I've been coming to this specific O'Reillys for well over a decade. I have seen many employees come and go, I have a shop and have stuff delivered and picked up daily. I have to say that Jim is hands down the best store manager this place has seen yet. I deal with Rhett a lot too since I'm a shop owner and I'm here to tell y'all, I don't ever want to deal with another ISS person who's not Mr. Wanner. Rhett is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and does a damn good job. If we ever lose either of the people listed above, my thousands of dollars and I will go elsewhere.
Walked in today in need of a car battery. Stood there for nearly 15 minutes and no employee offered to help me. One employee walked by me twice as I stood near the counter. Had he actually been helping someone I could understand. If this is great customer service I would hate to see the bad. I left and got a new battery somewhere else.
We had a highway emergency hours from home and went into this place. They were courteous and helpful and suggested some local mechanics who could perform the repairs right away. It was a Saturday and a holiday to boot, so we were so grateful for their help! O’Reilly will be our parts company from now on!
I called the store and was told someone would be there until 4:00 that could make a hose. Drove 30 mins to the store only to be told they did not have anyone there and it was before 4:00.
I don't understand parts stores anymore. They never have the parts so you might as well order them yourself. No difference than them ordering really. I got put on hold when trying to order some fuel line. Waited ten minutes then hung up. I guess they had alot of customers or something. I'm still a fan of parts stores though but I'm not gonna rate any of them over 3 stars. No hard feelings though.
Love the knowledgeable staff at o'Reilly's. You may spend a little more on the product you need but you knowing the quality exceeds and quantity the places have.
The guys there are great. They're extremely helpful when they order the right part. That is an unfortunate part of it. When you depend on them to order the part you need and they order 160 amp alternator instead of a 180 and then you go to pick it up that morning after you've waited several days to get it and it's not the right one it gets a little tense in there for a few minutes. The good news is they have the right alternator and tupelo and they had to delivered within 2 hours. That's a plus! But all in all it's a good Auto store and I've been using O'Reilly's for a verey long time

I like when I'm remembered .means alot to us customers.what I dont like is people mostly females that have never changed there oil trying to sell auto parts.
Updated: Recently I've visited this site and found the personnel friendly and accommodating. Traveling around the south it is a pleasure to stop by O'Reilly auto parts stores. The store is ordered and clean. I left with a smile, job well done.
Every time I go in there for a part, it either has to be ordered or is never in stock. Last purchase I made there was a waterpump. After installing it it was making a whining noise. Within 5 miles the sound got louder so I turned around to go home. Well I never made it home.The pully had come off and destroyed my radiator, fan, and shroud. Orilies refused to replace the damaged parts. Haven’t been in there sense
Jody is the best. He suggested a mechanic and then gave me a ride to the shop to have my truck repaired. Super nice people! If you're vehicle dies, go see Jody. Everyone else in Hamilton was also very nice.
Manager was great and handled everything that I needed. Was knowledgeable. And helped me out more than I could have asked for. Will continue to shop for anything auto at this store. Great management here. Thanks a lot!
The much advertised prime rib falls way short in flavor, color, tenderness etc. There was no flavor and the color lookod like one of those packs of old meat at the grocery store. It was also tough as a cheap over cooked flank. Also the guy carving the meat was grumpy and refused to interact or even speak or smile. Everything else was way below what we've come to expect from Golden Corral. Overall our experience was quite disappointing. Worth about $7.99, but was actually $13.19. I think it is safe to say that we won't be eating here again.
