Broke down off Interstate 22 towards Birmingham. Water pump went out on my 22 W900 kenworth. Topped off coolant and drove 4 miles to Lily Towing and Repair.
These guys were hard at work at 4:30 pm but still sent a driver to Birmingham and installed it before midnight.
Excellent service, And economical!!
I was even able to 10 hour break in lot!

These guys literally save my life and picked me up on the side of the highway in the cold right before dark and brought my car in and towed me to a hotel and told me everywhere to go to get the best food and told me how to get my car fixed. And who to call when they opened up on Monday morning. These guys are truly a Godsend. And they did it for an unbelievably great rate. I will never forget them. Thank you so much!
We broke down on interstate 22 in a loaded down 18 wheeler. We called Lily’s and they were right out to us quicker than we could have expected. They also spent an entire day prioritizing our truck repair to ensure us getting back on the road to deliver our load and home in time for Thanksgiving.
They went above and beyond to help us get a hotel room, and even shared their family pizza dinner ? with us while we’re waiting on the repair.
God sure blessed us with Lily’s being our first call.

Can't describe the blessing this family owned business was for me & granddaughter. Stranded, they extended themselves beyond anyone's expectations. Beautiful family all round. Don't know how I'll ever repay their kindness. They deserve 10 stars if it were an option.
Truck broke down on the middle of a road trip. They came fast and helped me out a ton. They recommended me to someone who could fix my truck as well. Thanks to them I could get my truck fixed fast and continue my road trip. 100% would recommend to anyone.
My brakes were locked up due to low air in the street near the Loves in Hamilton and he stopped and got me rolling. I followed him to the shop and he repaired the truck. My total was less than 500 bucks. We need more like him.
