Great experience. Was looking for a used utv and come across the perfect one online and I reached out and Rylee Hulsey was the sales associate that made sure to answer all questions I had and was very honest about the machine. After not having what I was needing, they found a tire store that did. Most places would simply say they didn't have it and moved on to someone they could make some money on. Going out of there way to help like that is 5 stars in my book, plus they have a nice inventory of ATV'S and a good knowledge of motorcycles.
Trying to Find a Camper Shell for my Toyota Tundra Four Door, I messaged them, but they will not Reply Back, their Ad says you can pick up on Site or have it Shipped, I did get One Small Response a few days ago, I said I like to pick it up in person but they said NO, so I think they are not Legitimate Business!🙁

This place had the exact unit I wanted, and it was 5 hours away from me. I worked with Rylee over the phone for details and OTD pricing at the beginning of the week. The credit application was easy and convenient. Rylee stayed in contact with updates. I had an agreement worked out within one day. I scheduled pick up on a Saturday and got there close to opening. They stuck to their agreement over the phone. I was out the door with my new unit in under an hour. The show floor had a great variety of machines and accessories. Highly recommend and would use again!

The whole experience was super easy. Filled out credit app yesterday around 12 and by 1 Kyle contacted me and said everything was good to go. Went in this morning to pick up the machine ordered windshield and roof while there. Kyle went through the paper pretty simple explained the warranty and they went over the machine with me. If you’re looking to get in a sxs or any power sports definitely give these guys a shot. Will continue to use this store.
I was very hesitant to give this place a try after the terrible experience I had with the previous dealership that was in this building. But I am glad I gave the new owners a shot. They beat the price and service against other dealers I was working with on a new Can-am Outlander. The sales reps are very friendly people, and Justin Walker met all my expectations as well as took care of me during my purchasing process. Wow! Talk about a true exceptional experience. I stopped in with my family on Saturday just to check them out. Well.... I bought two, a Polaris ATV and a Can-Am UTV. Went to MotorSportsSuperStore in Hamilton, Alabama for the second time in two days and was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable Donny Harden.

We bought a jetski from there, and they were super great to work with on it. Liked them so much we bought a side-by-side from them, too. They are very friendly, and their service department is quite speedy! Customer service like theirs is so rare these days.
When I bought my RZR, there was a promotion related to the 2014 Auburn football championship game, and I bought it there because of the promotion. When I arrived, they tried to make me sign something rejecting the promotion, which I refused to do. They tried repeatedly, and I refused repeatedly. Finally, they gave in when I was about to walk out the door. If you are going to offer a promotion (which I didn't ask for in the first place) you need to honor it, not try to avoid honoring it when a customer walks in with a certified check with your name on it.
