This pressure washer is well worth the money and easy to use. The spray nozzle comes with several interchangeable pieces. Pop 1 on and you are washing. Pop another on and your rinsing took longer to write this than changing nozzles.
I went into the store bc it says something was available on isle 7 on the site. Of course it isn't when it says it is. I guess the guy working on 2.27.25 can't speak or see his customers. He didn't say a word. Not can I help you welcome in or anything
December 2024 - The staff and management at the Hamilton, AL store are very helpful and courteous, and the store has always been well-stocked, clean, and organized since opening in recent years. Joining the Inside Track Club has also been worthwhile for the ITC discounts/sales. I definitely recommend shopping at this location (and joining the Inside Track Club if you plan to shop at HF routinely).
The two ladies they have there this morning are rude and ill...guess having to WORK...
If you like cheap stuff that u only need to use a few times, here you go... good for loaner tools...
If you need quality, keep out....
Decent prices on decent stuff. You can pay more, but will you really get more? Sometimes, sure. Most of the time their stuff is just fine. The people are nice that work there and the place is clean and easy to shop. They even have a nice bathroom!
Thesaurus service I've ever seen in my life ask them to help me with something and all they would do is point their finger real nice you want business to look good you help somebody when to ask instead they don't care sorriest place I've ever been I believe
Relatively new location that seems to be managed properly. Clean, organized and well stocked store. Every team member I have dealt with has been courteous and helpful. They all deserve recognition!! Keep it up guys and gals!!!
Nice store, organized well. Only issue is that some employees don't know anything about tools. In my opinion and this goes for any store for that matter, employees should know a little something about the products sold in the store. I'm not talking about every single tool but have a general idea about the common tools screwdrivers, hammer, wrenches etc.
Always a great experience at Harbor Freight in Hamilton, AL! The employees are always super friendly and helpful. Working in customer relations myself, I know how difficult it can be, so kudos to those wonderful people there. On to the products!
The Hercules line of tools is extremely impressive! I need all of the different attachments for that incredible 5.0amp Hercules battery, haha. For now I just have the Hercules impact and 2.5amp battery but I love it dearly. The rest of the Hercules tools look equally awesome, and I will own them one day for sure!
For some reason the Hercules flex bit is still not in stock and it's been over a month, but they do have other options for getting screws into tight places, so I wouldn't take a star for just not having exactly what I wanted. Beyond that I've always found exactly what I needed there. Keep it up H.F., you're the best!
My first time shopping at this location and Jimmy is the most helpful, customer friendly, and professional employee I’ve ever seen! And I’m almost 30 years old. Please allow employees to take tips because he helped us with a heavy load and I wanted to tip him badly.
Compare prices before making a purchase at the store. I bought an item and then looked on Amazon. I could have brought 3 of the same for considerably less at Amazon. Manager seems "overloaded". I asked for a certain item, got a quick "no" and manager disappeared. Remember to compare prices!
Went to purchase jump box. Price was listed on shelf. Got to check-out and was charged 30 dollars more. Was told the price on shelf was for club members only. Offered to sell me a membership for 30 dollars. Left with items left on counter.
