Scott is awesome. Explains everything being done. Cashier is very nice and has a good sense of humor. Cost for car repair is never cheap but Edwards is most reasonable around!

I arrived here at 7:50am for an 8:00am appointment for a oil change and tire rotation. When I made the appointment I told the service rep. that I had a 11:00am engagement and he told me to be there by 8:00am and he would get me out in time.My vehicle was not available until11:09am! I had to wait 3:19 in the waiting area! Needles to say that I missed my 11 o'clock appointment.
