This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Edwards Chevrolet Parts in Birmingham, AL earns a strong 94/100. Reviews are overwhelmingly positive about professional, friendly staff, a knowledgeable parts team, and fast, efficient service; several mention reasonable pricing and that they often had exactly what was needed or provided helpful referrals. Notes about the facility point to an organized, multi-level garage. Weak spots: limited detail on overall inventory in reviews, minor delays for some orders, and one complaint about a long wait despite an appointment. Overall, reliable, customer-first service with occasional timing hiccups.

Cool urban layout with a garage built on a slight hillside and a series of ramps to move the vehicles around inside the garage. Three distinct levels and maybe five doors and everything is a ramp. Oh, and an absolutely fabulous ceiling fan the size of a helicopter rotor, which it might be and likely is.
Scott is awesome. Explains everything being done. Cashier is very nice and has a good sense of humor. Cost for car repair is never cheap but Edwards is most reasonable around!
I arrived here at 7:50am for an 8:00am appointment for a oil change and tire rotation. When I made the appointment I told the service rep. that I had a 11:00am engagement and he told me to be there by 8:00am and he would get me out in time.My vehicle was not available until11:09am! I had to wait 3:19 in the waiting area! Needles to say that I missed my 11 o'clock appointment.
Thanks Chevy Man!
