I had an amazing experience here! I dropped my car off on 4/18/2025 and picked it up 5/2/2025. When I initially called, they were able to get my car in the next day after I contacted the insurance company. They are very responsive and helpful. When I picked up my car, Mr.Rico greeted me and brought my car to the front. They detailed the outside! My car looks brand new!!! You can tell they take pride in their work. They have such great customer service at the front desk and most importantly they did a great job with my car! I'm so appreciative. Hopefully i won't need their services again, but I do, I'm 100% coming back.
While traveling to Birmingham from JAX, I hit an object in the road and it did a number on my front end! Dobbs was able to get it fixed good as new. Rico and his staff were excellent, the job was completed in a timely manner, and i couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Dobbs to any of my Bham friends and family!
Rico was very helpful with my quote. The repairs were completed at the expected timeframe and my baby looks great! Great work. My car was even beautifully detailed inside and out. I am a happy customer and glad my sister-in-law recommended them.
They lied about when the car was ready i turned in my rental car and they didn't provide another one my wife had to find a way to work. The lady lied about everything she avoided talking to me it was just awful they work was decent the service was awful.personaly i wouldn't recommend them they was nice at first but once they had our vehicle they didn't contact us at all i had to call them over and over again just awful.
Went to get estimate on some repairs and came away impressed. Was given great quote but was advised could be more after a thorough examination. Was also told an insurance claim might be better.
This was the second time I have used Hull Dobbs to do body work that was not covered by insurance. Rico and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and eager to get my car fixed quickly. The work was flawless, and looks like new. Price was fair both times.
