Terrible service. Originally told 30-45 minutes. Waited over two hours and never received a call that someone was coming. I was only informed “someone was coming” after calling to cancel the tow. Choose anyone else. Dispatch treated me like I was an inconvenience. Avoid this company at all cost.
I received great service today from the young man who jumped off my car. I didn't have to wait for a long time. He was friendly and professional. I will use Weil Wrecker again and will recommend it to friends and family.
Jimmie was very personable and helpful. What was a very high stress level situation he was able to manage and calm us down while being professional. Best experience with a tow company yet!!
Omg brought a load in today and trailer landing gear got stuck in tracks Michael came to my rescue and another young man they coached me through the ordeal and said it happens all the time tracks are awful thanks guys and weil wrecker
The guy who was sent out to me was very nice and helped me out a lot. I don’t recall his name but I was on the side of the road stranded with my four year old in the backseat. He helped in and out of his tow truck, and was very reasonable. Good experience altogether.
These guys go above and beyond!! They will literally make you feel like a friend they have known for years. Andrew was crawling around on the ground and helping out without us even asking. Amazing service! Had to call Weil to come get my car from another towing lot. Pricing was fair and the time from the initial phone call to pick up was quick. Will definitely use Weil for any other towing needs.

When I called and needed my Mercedes sl550 towed from GreyStone subdivision to Jacksonville Alabama i was greeted by a very friendly voice. They arrived within the hour. The driver "Alan" was very nice and knowledgeable. He put my car exactly where I wanted it.

Truck broke down in my front yard(luckily), said they would be at my house within the hour and meant it. Very professional, didn't catch the guys name since it was like 8⁰ outside. But Weil never fails. Best in Birmingham metro.
Absolutely amazing service! My daughter was stuck on the side of the road with a broken-down car. JT got there within 40 minutes, got the car hooked up and even gave her a ride to the dealer. He was professional, courteous and a gentleman.

My daughters landed in Birmingham on a early morning flight and were traveling home to MS when they had a flat, they were not strong enough to get the lug nuts off. I called a few 24 hour roadside numbers with no answer, when I called Weil the friendliest woman answered and helped me. Within 30 minutes, they had sent Jimmy to my girls to save the day!! I was on the phone with my daughters the whole time when he towed the car to a well lit area off of 459 to change the tire for them. We were stranded at Loves in Clanton Alabama and he came with his wrecker to haul our 44,000 lb Class A Motorhome to Freightliner to get repaired. I can’t believe people can do what he does. It’s a very involved process and we are grateful for his knowledge and skill. Thank you Brandon! We have had the best experience with the people in Alabama and couldn’t be more grateful.
The driver, Fred, got my vehicle loaded and delivered safely, which I appreciate. However, during the process, he made some personal comments that I felt were unnecessary and unprofessional. He also used profanity while talking, but not directed at me, but it made the interaction uncomfortable.

Nathaniel Moore happened to be just a few cars behind me and immediately came to my rescue. He was professional, kind, and quick to make sure I was safe. These tow truck drivers dont know how to drive properly. Constantly ignoring traffic laws. I've had multiple instances where they almost hit me through either running a red light, stop sign, or yield sign when myself or another driver has right of way. They are also extremely rude when called out after the fact.
These guys were great to work with. Their service was outstanding and their pricing was fair. I would use them again in a heartbeat. I called him one day and they were there the very next day to load up my container and drive it 600 miles north and drop it off the very next morning. Everything went without a hitch. The driver was knowledgeable and professional.

I'm always impressed when these folks are onsite. Our lot is tight cause business is good and they're bringing in semi tractors and putting them in spots that are challenging. No fuss no drama. Very skilled and competent.
They sometimes do a lift for us with their 75 ton wrecker. It's a superhero beast of a machine. The operator makes the day though. Very smooth, in and out. Big lift but he made it super simple and safe. Call Weil and don't worry
