As a long-standing AAA customer (over 20+ years), I appreciate fast and efficient service.
Apparently, my vehicle needed to 'take a break' or 'catch a breather', one evening. She wouldn't start for me. After a few minutes of troubleshooting, I figured that it may be better to have her towed to my garage for a deeper analysis.
I initiated contact with my provider, and Absolute Towing arrived in record time! (Almost no wait time! Incredible!)
The cherry on top is Jacob (and the team) customer service. The experience felt like family. We were laughing and speaking to each other like we were family, while the job was getting done in record time.
That's hard to beat.

I had an exceptional experience today with using Absolute Towing for tire service through my AAA Membership.... I was contacted by them shortly after my work order was dispatched through AAA....they informed me of the estimated timeframe it was take for the Service Technician/Austin to arrive....he called me personally to let me know he was in route to my location....was professional and gave me some DIY tips....I would recommend. 💯🤝🏾
If you need assistance please call these guys. Every person we dealt with was absolutely amazing. Get it....... Walt came out and went above and beyond to get us taken care of. And maybell was super helpful in getting us the right solution for our issue.

Needed a vehicle towed. They showed up when they said. Everyone was very professional from the dispatcher to the driver. Fairly priced. Would highly recommend.
On our way to church, my car had a powertrain fault so we pulled off on the highway shoulder. Joe from Absolute Towing was our guardian angel of the road! He arrived an hour sooner than AAA estimated, got us back home, amd gave a recommendation of a good mechanic nearby.

We experienced a breakdown in Gardendale while traveling from Huntsville to Auburn. AAA connected us with Absolute Towing, and we could not be more satisfied. Mabel, the dispatcher, was incredibly friendly and polite and kept in contact with us from start to finish. Andre, our driver, was equally friendly and professional and kept us informed as well, letting us know his arrival time and contacting us again after the vehicle had been dropped off at the repair shop. I would highly recommend Absolute Towing to anyone in need of roadside assistance/towing services!
I had an incredible experience with Absolute Towing and especially want to give a huge shoutout to Cole. From the moment he arrived, Cole was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He made a stressful situation so much easier with his calm demeanor and clear communication. Not only was he quick and efficient, but he also went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled safely and correctly. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about doing a great job, and Cole is definitely one of those people.
Austin of absolute towing was received a call for my lockout on my charger Austin was very compassionate even though I had to cancel the call because I was able to get in the vehicle I really appreciate Austin of absolute towing as he is an asset to your company
I am so grateful for Absolute Towing! They were dispatched to me through my insurance company when my car broke down on the highway on a Sunday. Their driver Kevin was friendly and efficient and took me to the shop my insurance company had approved. The shop felt they couldn't help me with my issue, but there were very few places open on a Sunday. I was a stranger in a strange land; I knew nobody in Birmingham. That’s when the excellent service really began! Kevin called Jimmy, the owner of Absolute, and told him of my plight. Jimmy said that because of his connection to a particular shop he thought he might be able to get me an appointment the next day, on a busy Monday. He let Kevin drop me off at a motel for another night and left my car there with me. The next morning I learned that Jimmy had gotten me an “in” at a transmission shop. My insurance had tried to dispatch a different towing company but I insisted on Absolute, and opted to pay cash for the tow and be reimbursed later. I also insisted on Kevin, because he’d gone above and beyond to help me out, and is a really nice guy. Their dispatcher Laura was also friendly and kind in a stressful situation. I got my repairs made and was able to proceed on my journey. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Absolute Towing! I’ll never forget how you alleviated so much stress for me!
Ive had some bad luck lately, and I have had the relief of having this company come out, go above and beyond to help me. Between saving my ass in a bad situation to getting my cars moved with precision an easy, to being courteous I would recommend this company over again. My coolant had completely leaked out of my car and I had to get a tow to my mechanic. When my mechanic was going to be closed before the tow truck could make it out, Absolute Towing went above and beyond to ensure my car would get picked up first thing in the morning, without me having to call and place another dispatch the next day. When I called in the morning just to check in because I hadn't heard anything, the job was already done probably 2 hours before I called! I cannot thank Absolute Towing enough for their assistance during a pretty scary time, and for taking all the hard work off my hands.
These guys were outstanding. They came quickly, and were able to help me get a tow to my destination. They were also very understanding, and did a great job at helping me out. Would recommend.
My aunt Alicia said barry was professional and amazing. Barry made her feel extremely comfortable in a very stressful situation! Alicia said he even told the guys to take care of her and they were very nice as well! Barry distracted her from all the nonsense and even invited her to a company event ! So kind and 10/10 will recommend !
Today I had the pleasure of receiving excellent service from Charles. My car was called in to be towed and I live on a very very very steep hill. I honestly didn’t believe he would be able to get up the hill let alone get my car down there. He absolutely showed me he was TOP TIER. He loaded that car up and did magic. Not only that he was super reassuring, pleasant, and professional! Charles is a great asset and he gets 10’s across the board from me!!! Thank you!
SCAMMERS!!!!! Left my car for less than 5 minutes in the SHELL gas station parking lot in north shore across from jimmy johns after paying for gas!!!! and the assistant manager called them to come tow my car. Had to pay $125 for no reason. ALSO the towing company man admitted to me that the attendant who called calls them constantly on innocent paying customers. So this company scams people and is definitely paying the gas station to as well. HORRIBLE PEOPLE. SCAMMERS!!!!!!

I didn’t get the drivers name but he done a Absolute Great job pulling my sisters car out a deep inclined driveway.The car didn’t have the power to back up the driveway.It was in a very dangerous curve in pinson.He called the sheriff to block the road n did his thing.He went about n beyond for my family n i wanna thank him.Absolute you have a great employee with a great attitude that knew what to do.

I had a great experience with absolute towing. Jimmy Hudson was my driver and he even gave me and my husband and our 2 dogs a ride to a hotel because we were gonna walk at 11pm. I can’t say how thankful I am.
I had to have my truck and trailer picked up from the side of the road tonight. They got two trucks out to help me in under an hour and a half after calling. By far the fastest and most professional group of guys I could have hoped for. Really saved my hide. It was raining and dark and they still got me to my spot with with a great sense of humor that really helped ease the stress of a hard situation.
I could not recommend them enough. I'm grateful for their help.
Company was sent to tow my vehicle by AAA. Driver asked me to pull my truck up on the flat bed (who does that).. The driver then proceeds to secure my truck to the wrecker. I advised him that it looked too close to the light bar and he said it was fine… Lo and behold once my truck got to my home the light bar was inside the grill of my truck!! I immediately contacted the office and later was contacted by “the owner”. He promised to have my truck fixed. This happened in March of 2024 and here we are in November!! All conversations were recorded and I have video of my truck arriving damaged to my home. Now the owner ignores my calls and my $70k truck is still damaged. Thankfully I have all convos recorded and video proof. Contacted my attorney & I’m now perusing a lawsuit!! Something so simple to fix will now cost them more money!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! TRUST THE REVIEWS!!!
Had to call AAA because my car wouldn’t start. Was continuously updated by Wes, letting me know how far he was away. He arrived and was determined to get my car going. After trying a couple of things, he found the problem and was able to get it fixed on the spot. Truly appreciate his help - definitely recommend!
I called AAA for my car to be towed due to tire blowout. Chris, the driver, arrived within 15-20 minutes. Chris was very professional, respectful, timely and accommodating. I appreciate the service rendered my him. Exceptional, quality service like this is rare. Thank you Chris for getting my car home and me home safely. Highly recommend this company.
I recently broke down and called AAA for a tow, and they dispatched Absolute Towing to help. The driver was there within an hour, got my truck loaded, and made sure I had a ride on the way (I was originally going to ride with the driver but had to change plans last minute) I would recommend Absolute Towing and would personally use them if I needed to (outside of AAA)
