For many years if I have a problem with a vehicle, I know I can call Hurst. Broke down on the side of the road….call Hurst! Locked keys in the car call Hurst! The gentleman today was fast and so nice to me. I knew I was in good hands! Love you guys.
Had called to have my truck towed to the shop. Young lady I spoke with was very polite. Wrecker driver arrived in just a few minutes after I had called. Driver was nice and polite also.
I have used Hurst Towing for more than 30 years and have always received outstanding service. I also have known the owner for many years as well, and he is first class and as honest as they come!!
The guy answering the phone was polite. They had the ole Red Betty packed up quick and took her off to her repairs. Guys picking up Chevy Betty were polite too. No problem from this crew. I appreciate your help.

I absolutely love Hurst Towing. They are a great company with outstanding staff and immaculate morals. They get the job done quickly, efficiently, and carefully. They take what they do seriously and share compassion for the individuals in need. A true blessing each time i’ve been in a pinch. From dispatch to the driver there’s not a lack of excellence in this team. If you ever find yourself in a sticky situation please do yourself the favor of trusting in Hurst to handle it.
Driver was top notch. Arrived sooner the. Expected to pick up the vehicle and myself, delivered safe and sound. And the bonus he had a good personality and we laughed after a crap situation.
Called them about having load reworked they picked up first ring, they dispatched their rotator and he was onsite within a hour and gone within another hour. Everyone I dealt with was pleasantly nice and respectful.
Craig was an absolute blessing today! I was trying to fill up my tires with air and struggling with a gar station air pump in Gardendale. Craig took time out of his morning to help - unprompted! He was professional, polite, and got me back on the road safe. Great representation for this business and the Gardendale community - highly recommend!
The actual towing service was standard. Thr driver very professional but for the distance and being a member of the community for over 30 years as well as family friend of the original owner, Mr. Gilbert Hurst, having to pay $200.00 cash , in which I received no receipt, is absolutely absurd. For just 2 blocks. Couldn't tow it to a mechanic due to everything was closed and everyone was unavailable .
Omg thank you so much after waiting on Road side assistance for 2 hours for a Tire Change or Tow , I called Hurst Towing and they came in less than 20 mins …AGAIN THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE ASSISTANCE THE DRIVER WAS AMAZING HE GOT US BACK ON THE ROAD HOME SAFELY
The representative was very courteous and kind when my truck was missing from the lot to stay with me until the situation was figured out (he was not obligated) wish I remembered his name,I was sleepy. Great customer service and moral integrity. 10 stars

Someone picked up immediately when I called and they were very efficient with getting all the information needed to send someone out. Michael Hall was assigned to assist and he provided excellent customer service! He was friendly and courteous. Thank you all for everything!
We were stuck at Love's with no one who could fix our def system issue. Matt was absolutely the best. Very professional and courteous. He took us to Peterbilt with no problems at all. We highly recommend them for your towing needs. %
Can't recommend enough! Not only did they manage to tow my old truck that's been sitting up for thirty years with two SEVERELY flat tires, but they managed to back it through my back gate on the first try with only inches to spare. These guys are GOOD!
Cory came out to give me a tow after I broke down due to a ball joint falling out and I couldn’t have asked for a better driver. He was the friendliest guy I’ve probably ever met and he just has a friendly attitude. If I could give him a 15/10 then I most definitely would and if it’s needed I will make sure to call hurst again

They came out right away and pulled my cutter out of the mud. Barry went above and beyond to get us back rolling and at a very reasonable price point. I'm from out of town and am grateful for the service as a first time customer
