From the beginning to the end. I had a pretty good experience. Alex, Vince and Mrs Alex were all nice to me. My experience was good so far. Hopefully if any problems occur, which I hope they don’t, I will take it right back up there to be resolved. Thanks yall!!

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this place ever! I bought a 2014 Nissan Altima the first day I had it , it kept smoking from the exhaust pipes and I told them and told them something was wrong with the car and they ignored me I took it to a couple of my personal mechanics and all three said the motor was about to go out.! They were fully aware of this issue but still sold me this vehicle smh it finally quit on the side of the road after one month of purchase, but they came and picked it up towed it to their shop fixed one problem then tells me of yeah we’re going to keep it because your motor about to go out ! Wth 🤦🏽‍♀️ so they fixed that problem, I finally got my the car back after a month of it being in their shop, the first day, the catallic c. (However you spell it) goes out and that’s a 700+ job!! Wth that was the last straw.! One thing I can say about this experience, they actually gave me my down payment back. They didn’t have any choice because I would have took legal action if they didn’t.. I had that car ONLY ONE MONTH & they kept it for one month fixing it..they did not and I REPEAT did not service that vehicle before selling it to me and I have two small children but that’s how they do females.!! Take a mechanic or a male that knows about cars don’t let this happen to you.!!!

I can not lie. This is literally one of the worst mistakes I’ve made. The owner is so rude. I make my payments on the “RepayIt” website that does NOT update right away and it DOES not provide details about your account. So I usually call in after I make a payment to check my status. The owner was rude as hell and basically said he’s not about to go back and forth about an account just wait until the app updates. (Which doesn’t tell me anything). I be only had the car a couple months and since I’ve had the car. The Heat stoped working IN THE COLDEST DAYS OF THE WINTER. There’s a major oil leak. The car shakes and wants to turn off when I’m going up a hill. Along with other issues.They were quick to remind me that I’m behind a my payment in such a short time frame. But won’t acknowledge that the car is literally breaking down in a that same SHORT timeframe. I thought they were my blessing. I walked in no car, my new born baby and 1000 dollars in my pocket and I drove off the lot with a car I thought was good no issues (that’s what I was told). What I thought was a blessing turned out to be the biggest mistake ever. The biggest financial burden on me and I’m a single mother.The car note is biweekly and every time I look up I have to get something fixed on the car. So I’m trying to play catch up on the payments. (That’s why I call after I make a payment to see where I stand) If you go to this place thinking they are going to help you. It’s a lie… I was in repossession for $50 🙄. It’s not worth it.

Great people excellent to work with. We have had some financial hardships this past year and they are working with us to get everything caught up and paid. They all have great personalities and the cars run great and are worth the price you pay for them.

My experience with Iron City Imports had to of been the best I’ve ever had with a used car dealership. I’ve had bad luck with lemons in the past and because it’s an “as is” sale I’ve had to deal with it myself and once I even bought a car from a place in Jasper that only ran for 2 days and they wouldn’t return my calls!! Bought a car from here about a month ago and had an issue with it running rough so I stopped by and Alex worked with me on getting it fixed! Definitely glad I chose to do business with them instead of a place that doesn’t care about their customers.

I just paid off a 2014 Hyundai sonata from them in 2 and a half years with no problems or complaints about the car, company was willing to work with me during the times I was in between jobs. good company to get a car from.

These guys repossessed my vehicle while I was in between jobs. I had already received an offer letter from my new employer and completed on-boarding but had some lag time before my actual start date. I consistently provided updates to Iron City Imports during this process. I was unfortunately arrested for a failure to appear warrant for a traffic ticket I received pre-pandemic. Before I could have the vehicle released from impound, Iron City Imports, without notice to me, retrieved the vehicle from impound. They have since ignored my attempts to contact them to settle what was owed (which I was more than happy to do) and recover the vehicle. They have not responded . They have not allowed me to recover my personal property that was inside the vehicle when they repossessed it after having paid over $9400 towards it and with $1000s in repairs and maintenance out of pocket. My vehicle and all of my property inside of it gone because Iron City Imports stood to gain more by reselling the vehicle than they did by allowing me to pay it off.

Alex & Amy are the sweetest couple! They go above & beyond for their customers! The mechanics are highly trained & informative! The new title clerk is friendly, professional & outgoing, she is a great asset to the team

Nicest group of people you will ever meet. The owner and his wife run this business with the customers' best interests. Bought my daughter a car from Alex and had no issues. She had the car for several years and sold it for the same price she paid. That was unheard of.

My son purchased a car from here. Amy and Lynn were very professional and nice. They were upfront and direct. This was my son’s first vehicle purchase and they were very patient with us!!!! Alex and Lynn are so down to earth and honest. I am a good judge of character, and I could sense the genuineness in their spirit. Other customers came in and you can tell clients are more than a sale but friends/family. Even a little one came in the office with his mom, and you can tell he loves Alex and Lynn. The process was easy as pie, fast but not rushed, and they even have a list of insurance companies for you to call and get the best rate for your needs. My HYUNDAI GENESIS is my new baby. There were no hidden fees. You can have your car service there and purchase a warranty that covers all major issues. After being turned down by other dealerships or having them try to force a car that wasn't for me, Iron City Imports was a breath of fresh air. DID I MENTION I LOVE MY GENESIS!!! I am particular and hard to please; let's say my co-workers noticed my joy even before they saw why I was so happy---my new blessing was right on time. Thanks God for always sending what I need. They are very nice people and the cars run great for the price you pay!! I've had my car almost a year now and I haven't had any issues. Alex and Lynn are both compassionate and understanding. My relationship with them has been nothing short of professional yet empathetic. I would recommend their business to anyone looking for transportation but your credit isnt the best or if you just like to buy cars flat out. Iron City Imports is the way to go!

Alex and his sister are Awesome people! They listen to you in your time of need and they will help you as best they can. I was down on my my luck and needed a car. I explained my circumstances to Alex (which is the owner) he understood my circumstances and worked with me. Alex is really understanding to customers needs. It took me less than a year to complete my payments on the car and now I have my title on the car, the car is paid for and it did not take a years to complete the payments. You Rock Alex!!! So if you are looking for a car, suv, or whatever Alex would be the person to contact. The cars are nice and dependable.
