Broke down out of down and quickly found the nearest Oreilly and was assisted by Jacqua who got me back on the road in no time. Fast friendly service, I highly recommend this location.

Ordered parts online and requested curbside pickup. The clerk came outside without my order, said that whatever the computer said depended on whether I would have to come in and present an ID when I showed a printed out receipt and the email stating my order was ready for pickup. I said why offer curbside if I still have to get out, that I expect what service I requested. They eventually bought my order out but I feel as if they were discriminating because I am Black and transgender, despite the order matching the Cadillac XT5 I drive. Will not be returning to this location, ever.
I went in for a return. A 4 way tire tool I'd just bought broke my first time using it. I wouldnt recommend buting one of these from O'Reily's but employees are great!
I don't appreciate that the clerk hanged up in my face when I was asking a price check on an oil gauge switch. I think the clerk was fowl & disrespectful to an potential loyal customer. You don't treat customers like that I will never call or spend my money at this store ever again!
I dropped the battery off to be put on charge. Was given a piece of yellow paper and upon returning it was not the same man that waited on me yesterday. But instead it was this man who was quite rude telling me that I was not supposed to get the entire piece of yellow paper just should have been ripped into or whatever. As if it were my fault. Regardless the battery was bad but nonetheless the man that waited on me really needs to work on his customer service skills. I would have given no stars if it would have been possible.
Rickie, Francy, Antwan, & staff were exceptionally wonderful today. They showed patience, professionalism, & empathy w my car needs. They had the lowest price for the starter I needed & had it delivered to the store in a couple hours. Thx OAP. Y'all were great. Appreciate you.
Stopped in here to get some oil and filter deals and they had the best prices of all of the automotive chain stores friendly people as well this place is in an area that is not very nice but it was a breath of fresh air to stop there I will go back here when I am in the area for my Automotive Parts needs
Price Match Guaranteed! Thank you guys for getting me back on the road safely. One night after leaving the airport in the rain, with one headlight, I drove to the nearest Advance Auto Parts, the manager, refused to honor their price match policy. The same exact part, in stock at a local retailer (Walmart), shipping included. I could have just driven to Walmart, but I have been going to Advance Stores for this purchase consistently. As I was heading to Walmart with ONE HEADLIGHT I noticed this O'Reilly. Decided to see whether they had a similar policy, sure enough they DO, and they Honored it. I quickly paid, replaced my bulb, felt so relieved I started singing the 'oh oh oh O' Reilly-' jingle, laughed, and thanked them again for getting me back on the road safely.
