I bought a used car with a defective windshield I did not catch before purchase. Friend recommended Alabama Glas Tek because it was self pay. Ayden and his team had me in and out within the hour and saved me "$Hundreds$" compared to what the dealership was going to charge me. Give them a call!
I am very satisfied with the quality of service. I had to replace what windshield after a hail storm. They worked with my insurance company, made my appointment convenient for my availability, my windshield was ordered and at the shop within two days, I arrived and was offered drinks, WiFi, snack and a very friendly face to make my brief wait very pleasant. They showed me my replacement and made sure it was what I was happy with, took out the old and old and installed the new one before I could check all of my emails. Very nice, very professional, very fast. I recommend this place if you have a tight schedule and need someone to fix it fast and correct at your convenience. Hopefully I won’t need another windshield but if I do, I will use glass tech on Gadsden hwy. Thanks y’all
Everyone at Alabama GlasTek was incredibly kind and accommodating to me. They did excellent work, and the job was finished quickly. My car's windshield needed replacing because of a water leak, and I was having a hard time finding a shop that could do it for a fair price. Eventually, another shop suggested I call Alabama GlasTek.
From my first phone call, I was treated with genuine hospitality, which was a breath of fresh air after calling several other places. I could tell that the woman on the phone genuinely wanted to help me, which is becoming more rare these days. It felt like a nice local “mom and pop” shop, where you could have a genuinely pleasant conversation and the feeling that helping you was their pleasure. It never had that cold corporate feeling that a lot of businesses have these days.
Overall, it was a great experience. They even gave me a "no questions asked" lifetime warranty against leaks for as long as I own the car. They provide high-quality work with a kind and personal approach. I highly recommend them!
Scheduling was easy and they got me in quickly (<3 business days for a specialty/instrumented windshield). They worked seamlessly with my auto insurance and provided excellent costumer service, from start to finish. Labor has a lifetime warranty, but I assume that I won’t need to go back for any issues. Would highly recommend.
Customer service is A1, here. Full windscreen replacement, with OEM parts, in and out under 45mins. My insurance and Safelite tried to hustle me, but GlasTek was about the business. I first called them at 330pm yesterday. Now its 11am and I'm done.

I discovered a windshield crack while driving to get my windows tinted.. The tint shop recommended Glastek and I drove right over. They greeted me and took a look at the Crack and said they could repair it. Fixed it while I waited. The repair is not visible, the windshield saved and the customer extremely happy. Tried to get my rock chip repaired with these guys because Safelite is charging too much. When I called someone would answer and tell me I would have to come when a technician is available. I called the next day and was told the same thing. I asked to schedule appointment but I was just told there’s no technicians available except for 8-11am maybe and I would have to call 20 minutes beforehand to see if a technician is available. So I’m being told to work around their schedule because I’m not important enough? I was able to schedule appointment online with Safelite no issue it was worth the extra money. I refuse to beg a company to do work for me a PAYING customer. Horrible customer service not even sure you can call it customer service they sure know how to make you feel unimportant, would not recommend to anyone.
Alabama GlasTek is the best! This is probably the third time I've needed a windshield repair/replace and the first time I've used them and it blew me away how easy they made everything compared to my prior experience with other companies. I got a call immediately after filing my glass claim with my insurance, she was able to confirm on the call that the windshield I needed was in stock, got me scheduled for the next day, and then they had it ready sooner than I expected. So friendly, extremely competent, and hospitable - everything you could hope for from any kind of business!
I had a rock hit my windshield and had to have the entire front windshield replaced about 3 months ago. Just a few days ago another rock hit my windshield fortunately it could just be repaired. It was half the amount Saflite was charging. The receptionist at GlasTek is awesome. She is always very friendly and accommodating. I was in and out the same day I called in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

If I ever have another glass need, I’ll def be returning! From the time I got my quote over the phone with Mr. K, I felt welcomed. Very nice people and it just felt “homey” throughout my experience. Maria is a hoot (in the best way possible!) with very high energy!! I didn’t get anyone else’s name but everybody was super nice! My service was fast and done professionally. I’d def trust them with my glass needs again!

The absolute best! I had my 4 year old son with me and he was given the royal treatment! Crayons coloring books/pages a special back stage mini tour. The receptionist went above and beyond to make sure he stayed occupied. Service was fast friendly and great! 5+ Stars!
Awesome service, front desk lady was very hospitable. She made me feel like I was in someone's home, comfortable, relaxed, and easy going. As for the service I received on my vehicle the glass looks clean and installed well and I have no dash lights popping up for my sensors. speedy, reliable, and hospitable are the three words I'd use to describe this company.
Service was super fast and they had the most competitive rate within 50 miles! Was quoted an hour and 15 min and it took less than an hour including the calibration. Hopefully I wont need another replacement but if I do, they have my business!

Great customer service. They were very busy but made every customer feel like they were the only one. This is my 4th windshield replaced with them from various cars and trucks and will always go back to them if I need any glass repair.
Marie was absolutely fantastic. Customer friendly and up front with what was going to happen before they got started on my car. The technician, prior to taking my intro he shop, approached me explaining if he could get the car in earlier than my appointment he would make it happen. He wait once replacement began was not long at all. Overall, excellent customer service and replacement of the windshield in a timely manner.

Highly recommend! I got a quote from them very fast, and it was the best price in town, way better than safelite which quoted me over double. They got me in the same week, within 2 days and got my repair done in 2 hours! Customer service was great too! Great place!

Well well! Great service! They have very friendly staff and friendly fur babies!😁 vehicle was done within the time they said it would be ready! The warranty was explained in grave detail and also warning on what not to do!! Place is also kid friendly!! I would recommend them for window and glass needs!!!
