Phenomenal experience with Knight and Pawn and everyone working there today. I caught 'em in a lull so got to spend some time chatting with everyone. They were all super knowledgeable, friendly, and just generally a joy to work with. The shop is clean, organized, and seems well stocked with all sorts of fun stuff. If You Need help in a bind this is the place you need to go. It was easy and terms very clear …. They can really be a lifesaver…… Joe and John were exceptional. Store is very clean and inviting
When SELLING to Knight and Pawn expect to receive a list of reasons for a low offer. When BUYING from Knight and Pawn expect to pay a high price regardless of some of the same reasons. That is the nature of the pre-owned firearms market. Best advice is to be willing to walk away if you feel the amount being given to you seems lower than internet searches reveal. The internet has made the playing field a bit more equal but the Shop holds the advantage. They are, of course, in business to make money and must purchase at a price where they can profit. Unless you NEED the money immediately to survive, do a lot of research and stick to your research.
As far as customer service at Knight and Pawn, they are a high volume Shop and during busy times they are not shy to let you know they are busy and to make your mind up. Don't be pressured. It is your money and your property.
They do super bad business when it comes to you doing a pawn with them. They will blame it on the app they use say you was late and all. I did research for three weeks and spoke to numerous people and found out I was cheated by them and I don’t recommend doing any business with them when it comes to a pawn. Once I alerted them I was cheated they treated me like trash when I went to do business to buy a gun. Not just by the owner but the entire staff. Gonna send all info to the better business bureau.
Recently purchased my first pew pew ?. The guys there are really helpful and knowledgeable about all equipment. Very clean, calm and professional atmosphere. I’m glad to have found this place and will be back for another visit soon.
Had a great experience today at Knight and Pawn. This isnt your average firearm pawn shop at all. Everyone was very friendly & attentive. With a bunch of top name products at a good reasonable price. NOT a rip off spot or over priced at all. Spoke with Heather who was very knowledgeable about their products & was given valuable information & ideas about a build im planning to do. Possibly saved me future hundreds of dollars just from her recommendations alone. Great place. Clean, organized, knowledgable, friendly, attentive, environment. Highly recommend!
Worked with John, very friendly and they offer reasonable prices. Shop is clean and well kept up and the rest of the staff seemed very friendly. Will definitely do business with them again!
I had one of the worst experiences at The Nation's Gun Show. This was the only vendor that was not only rude, he was not willing to work with any Maryland buyers even though there was a Maryland FFL dealer 2 rows over. Knight and Pawn clearly needs to review the gun laws for Maryland.
My friend purchased a gun at the show and his vendor had no issues dealing with the Maryland FFL dealer on site.
BEWARE MARYLAND BUYERS!!!! The guy at this location said that he will not ship or sell to Maryland and turned around and walked away from me. So, I took my business to another vendor that was willing to sell and ship to Maryland.....

Had a transfer sent here, followed the instructions though the website. The second time I went to this FFL but first time having something actually transferred here. Super easy and simple process, glad to find a friendly small gun shop. Morgan was great to talk to and answered all the questions that I had. Heather was awesome as well! Thank y'all so much!
Hands down the best experience I have ever had purchasing any firearm. Everyone on this team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and really ensure that you get not only what you want but what you need. I Zion and Morgan were huge in making my new weapons exactly as I wanted them as well as making suggestions I hadn't thought about. These guys are fantastic, and I will be back when my curiosity gets the best of me again. This is the only place in Richmond I will purchase my weapons from now on!
Great selection of handguns and long guns. Huge selection of mid to high end AK platform rifles. Came in this afternoon just browsing and left an hour later with a Zastava M77. Staff was helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. Ben’s running a great store here.
This was my first visit to this fine establishment and I could not speak higher of the experience if I even tried. They were extremely welcoming and quick with the entire process and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They made my purchase easy and informative something you just don’t get with that level of great customer service. I will be not only leaving this review but endorsing it to all my close friends and family as this location is in a great easy to get to spot and have all my wants and needs in store. Thanks to Morgan and Jay they were awesome and made the entire experience streamline and comfortable. Will definitely be a return customer!
The store is well hidden in an excellent location off of broad street, cozy but spacious. My fiancé and I browsed the gun selection, assisted by Jay and Morgan and were completely impressed with their professionalism and second to none customer service. This was our first time coming to this establishment and the store and it’s employees definitely exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be returning, Thanks so much to Morgan and Jay as well as the woman up front who checked us in and the other kind man who assisted with paperwork.
Awesome shop!! Ordered from PSA and delivered to this shop. Everything was perfect! Took just a few minutes for the paperwork and ended up staying for great conversation! Very fun, helpful, and kind people with a great selection at fair prices. Can’t ask for better.

I traded my AR-15 for a brand new pistol they are ordering for me from their store, and I put a different AR-15 they had on layaway. I didn't realize the caliber of the firearm is very powerful, I have a physical disability in my left arm from a bad past injury, that significantly hinders my ability to hold a firearm/control recoil. They accepted to refund the layaway for me and simply told me to come in and get it canceled. I really appreciate it, even though I also feel bad for the bother as well of course. They just got my loyalty that is for sure!

So many great things to say about this place.. the customer service is amazing. Walked in asking questions and bought my first AR. Doc hooked me up. 2 weeks later and purchased a Springfield. Doc gave me some quality insight on purchasing a used weapon as well.
