Big guys are not that good. Call. The store to have a quick question about the port. If they haven't stuck, they pulled me on, hold, breathe, hold 12 minute I call back. They put me again and hold. I keep calling. They're not picking up the phone. That's not how you do that business.

Pulled up at 7:55 needing a quick scan after I got off work. Door was locked then I called. Dude said sorry we are closed. I know it's inconvenient but some people don't get off work until 7:30. If you close at 7:55 put it on Google so I don't waste my time and gas. Never coming here again

O'Reilly's had the part I needed to get back on the road and, they were open for holiday hours on Christmas Eve!

This was literally the worst interaction I've ever had in any store in my 35 years of life. The guy who was supposed to process my online order, Jordy, completed the order without finding the parts. He was argumentative with everyone who talked to him about this and was cursing under his breath in Spanish (I do understand the language) while right up-front at the registers. My refund was processed as a cash refund, which was not what I asked for. I have a total of 5 receipts from all the mistakes with my simple order (I needed a new brake caliper bracket and the internals for it) During all this, the place was busy. One of the employees was arguing that he needed to go on lunch and was trying to refuse to do his job. Later, another one, named Isaac, was asked to help a customer. He outright refused while texting on his phone. The only one who was even remotely helpful was Destiny, who despite making a few mistakes, was trying her best to get me squared away despite everyone else I saw being completely incompetent and ineffective. Her mistakes were caused by the confusion created by the complete lack of teamwork and obvious animosity between coworkers. Of everyone in the store with a uniform on, she was the only one who was actually doing her job. Overall, this is the most embarrassing (for the company) and incompetent work crew I've ever seen, by a pretty wide margin. I will be following up this review with a call to corporate, and the outcome of that discussion will determine whether or not my family or business will ever use this store again. I know it sounds bad, but I can't actually articulate how disgusting this visit was with proper language, and I'm underselling just how bad this was without being able to speak freely. The employees at this location, except for Destiny, should be ashamed of themselves. None of them were even cursing at me, or rude to me, but the way they talked to each other was despicable and unbecoming of a business. As a business owner myself, I would start from scratch and get rid of the entire staff if I had to deal with this nonsense because people like this will ruin your reputation. Also, Jordy was very obviously intoxicated by something.

Old black guy got rude when I asked for help after getting an incident for no reason. Then most likely called tow in the morning to get my car towed. Terrible service disrespectful after asking him a second time if they could do anything to help.

Needed a headlight replaced since theyre supposed to offer that service. Was told he couldn’t do it because no one else was there, but there were 3 other people.. okay fine whatever. He told me these two guys in the parking lot could change it for $5-$10… sketchy. No thanks.

I came thinking I was going to pay a arm and a leg to get some spark plugs and ignition coils and DESTINY came over and got me high quality items for a decent price. THANK YOU DESTINY YOU ARE AN AMAZING!!!

Recently went into the Glenside Drive, Richmond, Va. O'Reilly's location. Waited patently for at least five minutes waiting for one of two clerks there who were speaking to other customers on the phone. I stood directly in between both of them hoping it would be obvious I was waiting for the first one available. But when one of the guys got off the phone a customer who came in well after me walked up and he started helping him. The clerk (and the customer) had to know I had been there. After another couple of minutes I explained I had been waiting patiently for the next available clerk and didn't appreciate being ignored. The clerk and the customer said nothing. Just looked at me. I said I would take my business elsewhere and walked out. Just before I exited the store I asked the clerk "do you care at all that I was ignored and did not receive service?" He said he "didn't think it was right" but then went on trying to justify why I wasn't helped. I just kept walking. I later called to speak to the manager, who initially apologized for my experience and said she'd talk to the employee. Still angry, I said "nothing will probably happen because you're probably friends with the guy anyway," which in retrospect was wrong for me to say. But, rather than saying that's not how things work at O'Reilly's she chastised me for "disrespecting her management style." It was apparently more important for her to paint me as the bad guy than to try to leave me with a positive impression of O'Reilly Auto Parts.

Fast service well I guess she's going to get that when you walk in about 7:45 a.m. LOL but friendly people the service man who helped me was very caring and understood. I really enjoyed the visit it was not a long one. My first time really going to the place too. So I was happy that everything went smoothly.

Even with the commercial savings, it's not worth my time. Poor customer service, unknowledgeable staff (not all but enough to ruin my experience with O'Reilly), wrong parts, it's always something. While I waited for the salesperson to check a part in the back I called another parts dealer and they pulled the part and had it sitting on the counter waiting for me. The last salesman was a young kid that was eating nuts and wouldn't speak up. I didn't want to go in there but I did and regretted it. That's the last time for me.

I went in to purchase tools so I can put oil in my vehicle. Oil cap was tight. The young lady that worked the evening of 4/21 was awesome. The guy for some reason seemed like he didn't want to help. All I needed was to purchase a tool to loosen oil cap and the coolant cap.I already had purchase my fluids I needed. He assisted with oil cap. I waited for vehicle to cool down. Once vehicle cooled down I went back in for the tool. He was assisting another customer and stated he will be right out. I was approached by a guy who said, the guy inside ask me to help you. I said all I need is a tool to loosen coolant cap. The customer who offered to assist stated if all you needed was a tool why wouldn't he just give u that. The customer didn't have a tool to loosen coolant. So I went back in to get tool again. I asked the employee why send a customer to me who didn't have the tool to loosen cap. If you don't feel like helping people just let customer do it. It is my vehicle after all. I was shocked because OReilys has the best customer service. So once I took care of my fluids I just drove to chesterfield oreileys for tools to purchase. Me and my daughters sat for about an 1hr 40 mins. He definitely need to get out out customer service.while backing in to the oreilys in chesterfield they let me know one of brake lights was out. I got my tools there and bulbs. They showed me how to put bulb in and I was good to go. The bulbs were easy. Something told me to stick to the location in Chesterfield on ironbridge

There were at least five people in the store wearing store shirts but only one person counting out a register who said “I’m the only one here” when the sixth customer in line asked “Can we get some help out here?” No one greeted customers or said so much as “We’ll be right with you.” So I went across the highway to Advance and was in and out in two minutes. Do better. You lost a regular customer today.

It takes an absolutely ridiculous amount of time to check out here. Plenty of cashiers behind the counter but no one seems to know how to work a cash register. Manager has to come over to give instruction to the cashiers for every transaction, no matter how easy or small. Stay away! There are plenty of other auto parts stores who APPRECIATE your business.

It takes AGES to check out here. If you walk in and there's someone at the register it'll likely be faster to go to an O'Reilly across town. There's another review talking about the Spanish speaking employees that is spot on.

Kyle was awesome. I asked him to scan my car that had the engine light come on. Told him about battery disconnecting and reconnecting to clear it, he not only offered to grab another tool from inside to do it for me.... he was able to spot how bad my positive terminal was and that it was a 5 dollar part...even put it on. While in store at first my wife had asked for the restroom he stopped what we were talking about, and walked her to where it was instead of just pointing and say "over there." Huge customer service excellence there. This O'Reilly's is fortunate to have him.

Good customer service. Replaced my front head light bulb that had blown out. Very professional and made other suggestions on items that would be helpful as well. Would recommend them to my friends.

Great service! I purchased a K&N drop in filter for my 18 Civic and the associate was extremely polite and helpful. I called the location on Broad Street first, they did not have the part in stock and referred me here. They also provided excellent customer service. Keep up the great work, guys! "Gloria" is breathing better and enjoying more power 😂

At O'Reilly Auto Parts, they put service above everything. The staff is always present and willing to help you from the time you enter the store until after you leave. I'm always greeted with friendly face every time I open the door. That on top of the lengths the employees go to find the part(s) you need is what gives O'Reilly it's amazing culture and experience. They will call everywhere they can to find you the part you need, even if it's a competing store or an online parts outlet. In addition to this, their parts are normally at very low prices and if they aren't the cheapest, they do price match just about any parts store. With that, they also have great warranties on most of their parts making it easy to replace broken parts of they malfunction. Overall, if you need parts, O'Reilly Auto Parts is the place to go.

Very disappointed with the horrible customer service. I walk in and there is a guy being helped by a gentleman that worked there. The customer was Spanish speaking and both associates spoke Spanish. The other employees was also getting involved with the order of the other employee even though there was no need. She doesn't ask what part I need and then she finally gets focused and another customer walks in and is Spanish speaking as well so she skips me and helps him. It was so noticeable that the first customer that was there said to the new customer.. It pays to speak Spanish. Wow really Richmond O'Reillys how about some customer service and help people that are in line and act like your at work . I waited patiently and was respectful but it took a lot to hold my tongue because it would have only been bad.
