World class service! I went in there a few minutes ago for a trailer light adaptor and the guy who helped me was awesome. First, I didn't have to ask for help, he insisted on it. Second, when we found the empty spot where my adapter should have been, he offered to go to the back and check for it. We found an alternative so that wasn't necessary. Finally the guy had a great sense of humor and an overall helpful demeanor. Should have got his name, on the receipt is says Register 03, CSR 05. Receipt no. 164139.

I have historically had a good experience at this location until today. Twice before I’ve purchased engine oil and this location and had employees offer assistance to me when I went back to my car. Today’s visit was different. First, upon walking in the store, the employee looked bothered that I interrupted her personal phone call. When I asked for assistance with the product, she states “we don’t do that”. I explained that I’ve had assistance before and she says “well they weren’t supposed to”. She sold me the oil and I had to ask for a funnel. She handed me both and didn’t say “have a nice day” or “do you have questions “, went back to her previous activities. I have known AutoZone to be very helpful, matter of fact, another employee had just come inside from helping another customer install something in her car. I wish that gentleman would have been the employee I encountered, because he seemed very happy to do his job. I will not be visiting this location again

Terrible experience. I placed an online pickup order and AutoZone had two days to cancel it or notify me that the item was out of stock. Instead, they let the order sit and made me drive 35 minutes, only to tell me in person that they didn’t have the product. Total waste of time.

It's usually pretty good, but I got some "poor" service on my last visit. The associate seemed annoyed with helping, and even more, when I asked if I could pay for my products there and pick it up at their other location.

Advertise clearly on the store window free brake pads with any two brake rotors. The salesperson told me that was such a sale. Really. Went to another AutoZone, same advertisement on the front window, and received the sale. I will never come back to this AutoZone again!

The associates were so helpful! The battery in my SUV was a little tricky to replace but they went above and beyond to get it done.

First, we were at another AutoZone who called and confirmed this store had the part, asked them to hold it, and provided a voucher. We had a part to exchange as well and were going to return it at the first store but decided to wait to do the exchange. Once we got there, no one had pulled the part, no one knew what the voucher was, and they refused to do the refund because they claimed they couldn't pull it up through a phone number.

Terrible service. Neither the manager or employee helping me knew what a hose was, and kept pointing me to aisles with no hoses, then started pointing out items that clearly weren’t hoses. The employee got an attitude and walked out on me, and the manager also seemed like he did not want to help. He finally was able to bring some hose from the back but didn’t ask how much I needed and got mad when I told him I needed a longer piece than he brought me. Go somewhere else!!

My sister and I went in this evening and were greeted by Randy who spent about 20-30 minutes with us to talk about a maintenance light, fuses, oil, and the radio. My sister is a broke college kid and Randy made sure that if we were going to buy something that it was actually necessary. Thank you for your kindness and customer service!

The employee Stephen was absolutely amazing he was bouncing around with at least 3 customers inside, my husband and I waiting to be helped and another person outside needing their car worked on as well. My husband had to help Stephen with the other car outside because his manger was no where to be seen this entire time. The only time we saw the manger was when he started swearing in the store before even looking for customers and coming outside swearing because there was customers waiting ( the ones Stephen was helping). Came up to our car rudely explains the same exact stuff that Stephen had already explained and was helping us with, trying to dismiss us and get us out of the store?? I don’t know but he clearly does not care about his customers or employees. I told the manger Stephen has it under control has been great and we do not need his help ( and we didn’t Stephen did an amazing job on our car ) and he wanted to argue with me instead of backing away from both myself and my car.

Eric from AutoZone was the rudest when my fiancé and I came in to get our battery replaced. It wasn’t even that late (only 5pm when they closed at 9pm), but he acted like we were there right at closing time. He kept sighing and mumbling things under his breath the whole time he was helping us. Then, when changing my battery, he kept slamming his tools AGAINST my car and wouldn’t stop grumbling. VERY unprofessional. Everyone else was super nice and very helpful. I do not recommend having Eric help you.

Don’t EVER let Stephen change any lights or even touch your car!! He offered to change my brake light. He proceeded to change my tail light instead of the brake light. In the process of changing the wrong light, he broke the bulb and got glass everywhere in my trunk. I waited almost an hour for him to get the remaining pieces of glass from the bulb before a manager finally came out. Finally after about an hour and ten minutes, the manager then tells me that they are unable to change the light and I need to take it to the dealership. Over an hour of my time wasted and very terrible customer service. Stephen needs to be fired!!!

Stopped into this AutoZone at 8:05 pm needing a new battery. The staff person, Randy H, was very helpful and was able to install my new battery in my car in under 15 minutes. He was extremely helpful and professional. This was a huge help to me as I am moving out of town in the morning and did not want the trouble of my car not starting. Thanks really go out to AutoZone and particularly Randy for his great help. I highly recommend this AutoZone.

I needed help with my car. My husband is out of town and I needed a "car" person. My first stop was at another auto place and I was instructed to download the app and figure it out (the guy wasn't as blunt but that what he told me). I drove a few miles up the street and got help. When I say "help" that's what I received. I wasn't told to download an app. The gentleman walked me through the process. This will be my "Go To" place going forward. I'm deleting "Advance Auto" from my vocabulary.

Randy provided an EXCELLENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. He greeted me as I walked in, assisted and helped me find my items, provided his opinion on the product, compared prices of larger a smaller size differences and registered me for an online account. 7/7/23 was a great day and Randy was part of this .

If you're the store owner and you're reading this, I'd like to give a big shout out and thank you to the employee that helped me confirm the battery I needed to install on my 2019 Honda Fit. Register 3, store transaction #466147 at 5:18 PM. I'm not normally in that area, and it's the first time I visited this location. My wife works nearby and her car battery died, so I had to drive on over and get a new one to install. I was exhausted, hungry, and really out of it so I forgot to get the gentleman's name that helped me. He even picked out a newer model of the same type of battery I originally got off of the shelf. I also misunderstood that I was being given an extra 10% courtesy discount, which I thought was just part of the core battery trade in discount. I did not realize that until after I got home and went to file my receipt away for record keeping. So that REALLY helped us out in saving on an unexpected replacement purchase. So sir, thank you so much for that your great customer service! Again, Register 3, store transaction #466147 at 5:18 PM. Please give this employee props and tell him to keep up the great work!

The folks at AutoZone were great. They were all friendly and glad to help. I had a battery issue that they helped me confirm quickly. They had the exact model of battery that I needed, which Darren exchanged and installed effortlessly. He did suggest one tiny addition designed to protect the terminals. It was an upcharge of less than five bucks, so I went along with it. When we popped open the battery cover, my old battery had the similar piece in place. And those old terminals looked great. Thanks for the recommendation!

Maurice and Elliott went above and beyond to offer top-notch customer service! I am extremely thankful I found this store. My car battery died at the local gym, so I attempted to YouTube- how to replace the battery. Unfortunately, I did not have the proper tools to remove it, so I went to AutoZone to get the correct tool and a new battery. Maurice welcomed my mom and I and guided us through the battery and tools options. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable through the whole experience. He excused himself for a minute and came back with amazing news! He and the manager, Elliott, offered to follow us to my car and replace the battery. In less than five minutes, my car was up and and running! Thank you, Maurice and Elliott, for the incredible experience you provided. I am forever grateful and now a lifetime customer to AutoZone.

This was the first time I have dealt with AutoZone. And I would highly recommend the John Rolfe location! My experience started with my car's key fob not working. I called AutoZone, and Dee couldn't have been more helpful. She stayed on the phone with me to help try a few things and determined the fob needed a new battery. When I got to the store, she also checked my car battery, because I knew it was about time for a new one. I was able to watch the battery test with her, and I decided to go ahead and have it replaced. No extra fees, no long wait time. And everything is working properly. Dee and the staff are friendly and a great team!

Jeff W. provided wonderful customer service. He really went the extra mile for us. We had a family crisis that required going out of state, only to find out the battery was dead. We had a lot of arrangements to take care of, but fortunate we were able to get everything done because Jeff helped us get on the road quick. Also, his manager Roel was helpful, too. It’s nice when a place cares for its customers.

I went in for wiper blades on a temporary work van. I didn't know what it was, other than a 2019 Nissan van. The lady got really mad at me for not knowing and stormed of to check. I apologized but wasn't treated very well. They even got one of the wipers wrong, so had to return one and buy the correct one. It was a hassle and the lady in the button down shirt surely hated me.

THANK YOU COLLIN AND COLIN!!!!! My Highway Angels! I just want everyone to know not only is staff at this store (specifically Parts Sales Manager Collin) professional and knowledgeable, he also extremely kind and willing to literally jump in and help when you are in need. I was in the middle of a 6 hour road trip back with my 3 year old with 4hours left to go when my windshield wipers gave up in the middle of the interstate during a thunderstorm with a forecast full of thunderstorms for the rest of the route. I was extremely stressed after a very dangerous moment on the interstate and when I called around asking if someone could help other parts stores told me it was too late to deal with but when I called AutoZone and explained my situation and asked if someone could take a look at my windshield wipers Collin who answered the phone told me he would immediately call a mobile mechanic who was there by the time I got there. Both this amazing parts store manager and his friend mechanic took on finding what was wrong with my wipers, making sure they found the exact parts needed, and made the repair all with a bit of humor to brighten my day in the midst of a stressful situation. I am so incredibly thankful for these guys! You just cannot find service like this anywhere else.

Awsome! My mother called in for information about batteries. She said the lady Kathy on the phone was super helpful explaining the differences between the brands. I went up there with her van to get the battire changed, it only took about 5 minutes. Amazing people, amazing service! I will see you for the ice melt stuff this winter!!!!!
