I came in stressed & worried, and left happy and confident! I needed new windshield wipers because my old ones were not working anymore at all. Patrick promptly helped me choose the best option for what worked for me according to my car, needs, and budget. Very quickly located them, and even made sure to install them for me! The customer in front of me, I noticed, was also there for a windshield wipers and he quickly took care of both us all within 5 minutes. All while providing great customer service. Caleb and Demetrius were amazing! I had an excellent experience with them at AutoZone location today. After another auto shop quoted me $300 to replace my battery, I decided to get a second opinion. The 1st AutoZone team tested my AGM battery and didn't want to bother with me. They tested my battery under the wrong settings and then tried to sell me a battery after I asked him to correct the settings for my vehicle type. So I came to this location, Caleb and Demetrius were very knowledgeable and they took the time to double-check everything regarding my battery. They researched and adjusted the correct battery settings for my specific vehicle to make sure the test was accurate. Once tested properly, they confirmed my battery was actually in good shape and didn’t need replacement. Their honesty, patience, and attention to detail saved me from being ripped off and wasting money on something I didn’t need. I truly appreciate their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommend this AutoZone location and these employees! If you visit any AutoZone, let it be this location!

One of the workers stinks up the whole store every time he's there. I mean I was about to puke. I know everyone one that works there knows who I'm talking about there is no ignoring it. I will not go back there until that changes.

There is no auto zone at this location!! It's closed down. If you continue down the road (to the right pulling out of the parking lot), there's one next to the food lion a minute away. That one is NOT on Google maps.

Very Bad Customer Service.People are waiting long time. Nobody help,Employees are walking outside and smoking. My recommendation find different locations. Do not come this location.

This location of AutoZone was clean well staffed cat and wolf were amazing. I had to exchange my brakes quick I got the wrong set. It belong to a Mercedes versus my Kia Sorrento. They fixed the issue made my life easy and I even pour more stuff above my windshield fluid,,,, lock tite the blue color and a socket The brakes are amazing and a really good high-quality… as long as you own your car, you can get new brakes for it… I bought an extra set to make my life a little easier so I always have a new set ready to go. I have three Kia Sorrento one Honda minivan and one town in Chrysler minivan. They all have dura last breaks And yes, I bought each one a set of breaks

I came in looking for a obd reader to diagnose my car after replacing spark plugs and coil packs and Lane was the biggest help, he helped find and solve the problem and asked questions to further invest the issue after going to countless autozones HE was the one to fix it.

Awful service. Purchased a part online early morning Wed for same day pickup. Paid a bit more for that service as I could’ve gotten the part cheaper at RockAuto or CarParts and had them in hand next day. I did the same day pickup in order to get it same day. Order wasn’t completed that day. Waited through most of Thursday until I finally called and asked them the status to which I was told “we don’t pull parts before people come in because we have no staff”. This was by a gentleman named Jason who took the call. I was taken back at first and thought why are they offering a service they don’t actually do? So go in Thursday, and to my surprise, 3 people are working there, 2 of them (one of them was Jason) were doing nothing. Literally, laying on the counter waiting for people to come in. I’m a Store Manager myself so I fully understand the staffing climate in today’s retail world. But never would I have team members sitting around doing nothing while they have orders to be fulfilled. I have no idea how AutoZone is condoning this behavior but I will not be returning to this location. Buyer beware - stay away.

Would not recommend coming to this store or placing an online order here. I placed an order and got in the regular line to get my order to only be told that I should be in the commercial accounts line. I waited in the line for 30 minutes only to be told rudely that I was in the wrong line. I’m guessing the guy who advised me to get in the commercial accounts line just wanted to go home because he left shortly after I got in the line. This defeated the purpose and quickness of an online order. The staff here is rude and business is extremely unorganized.

Had a really good experience here Today That's two days in a row with two different AutoZone's. The manager David was exceptional. He was the only one that was able to get a new wiper blade on even though everyone else tried and he has a great personality. He's an asset to AutoZone. Janay was also great! She had a smile and helped me find what I needed, etc. Great experience

I'm not sure what to make of this. I called this store location asking if they had a specific product in stock before I drove up. A young man answered by the name of "Nate". Nate stated "I'm not sure, you'll have to come check the isles yourself. I asked the young man "you can't check for me before I drive there?". Nate emits a huff, indicating I was inconveniencing him, goes silent for about 20 seconds and says "the isles are very mixed up, you'll have to come look for it". Being a retail store owner myself of 17 years locally in Richmond, I would never treat a potential customer this way. This guy is in desperate need of empathy and customer service training. Wow.

I just called this location. I couldn't get a simple question answered. There chick that answered put me on hold. To find out I was transferred to someone asking about commercial. When they found out I wasn't calling for commercial I was transferred. I just hung up. I just need to know if you have rotors for my car in stock. I'll take my money to a different location.

My father went to this auto one location to buy a brand new alternator for his car. After buying the old alternator for a 180$ he also sold the old alternator he had for 10$. After this my father went to the shop to have someone put in the alternator into the car and he was charged around a 100$ for the labor. After 2 days the car broke down and we found out that the issue was with the alternator that we brought from this Auto-zone. So now my father -100$ because of the mistake of the auto-zone as I was supposed to have bought a fully functioning brand-new alternator. I go back to the store to get a refund and instead of getting an apology for them giving me a faulty alternator they actually wanted to only give me 170$ as a refund not the full 180$. Why you might ask, because they wanted to basically take my original alternator that came with my car basically for free now. No offense but that is now how you do business in any way and this is what I like to robbery. How do I buy something for a 180$ and then when I want to return it because it is faulty I get a 170$. Now I am currently -110$. Makes absolute no sense and completely unfair. I would not recommend going to this location as you will probably get sold a faulty product and then when you want a refund they will make up some lame excuse as to why because they want to rob you.

I came in and purchased a set of headlight bulbs for my vehicle, but unfortunately I was sold the incorrect type. When I came back, the manager was extremely kind, gave me a full refund and one of the associates, Vincent blessed me with installing them absolutely free of cost. I'm so grateful for the wonderful customer service. The team are very professional and helpful. As a female I don't know much about cars, and Vincent took his time to educate me, provided exceptional care for my vehicle and made sure my child and I commute safely. This is my go to location from now on. Very thankful and satisfied! Highly recommend!!!!!!

First of all, the best and most helpful, and friendliest staff ever. The best part is that it's not only a auto parts store, it's an auto parts warehouse, this is 10 auto zones in one. I can pretty much guarantee that what ever part you're looking for they have it. They have a grand selection of automotive parts from old to new. It just opened, and if you ever get the chance or need those brake shoes for a 1980 nova, I'm sure that they have you covered.

I made a Dog In Basket for all my son's for Father's day with All car items from Auto Zone. The young men that was working that day were Very nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me. 5 ⭐'s to them! The reason I only gave them 4 ⭐'s is because the prices are ridiculous!😑

Help full staff, they were not able to change my battery due to a corrosion issue. However they sold me a battery and hooked me up with a mobile mechanic that came to my job the next day and changed it. Awsome staff, I went in here a few months ago and it was terrible service and I said to my self, I will never go back, but bbn I'm glad I did! Big shout out to Cassandra for her awesome service

Didn't purchase anything...yet, but the sales manager ran some diagnostic tests for me and provided me the codes I needed to figure out my next step with my car. He was friendly, professional, and made suggestions for me to save some money. When I buy my parts, I will definitely be going back to his store!

Went in today for a replacement battery, I wish I remembered the man's name, but CSR #11 showed what excellent customer service was all about. He: offered to test my battery to make sure it was indeed due for replacement; recommended a battery, explaining the differences between models; and swapped out my old battery all within 20 minutes. He had a great attitude during the whole transaction, which put me in a better mood as I drove off the lot.

Very courteous and helpful. Easy returns. Unlike other auto shops I've been to, the AutoZone chain has never treated me like I had any less Auto knowledge or competence based on my gender, and has always been happy to teach and explain what I have yet to understand without talking down to me or making me feel stupid. They truly care about ALL of their customers. And they have some of the best prices around for most any part!

Just went in for a few tools that had been forgotten about until just after 9pm. Even being this late and just before close, the crew provided excellent service with a genuine smile. Will definitely be returning to this location more often!

I went in to replace the car battery, as I had to get a jump in the morning. They gave me a fair price for a new battery, removed the old battery, installed the new one for me, and even helped clean up some of the corrosion on the battery holding apparatus. Finally, he sprayed some formula that would help prevent further corrosion. I was so surprised and grateful for their excellent service. They really went the extra mile. Great guys. Great service.
