My son purchased a car through them, not even 60 days later the transmission went bad and they wouldn't even offer to put him into something else for the same value. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!

I've never bought a car from them, but I have looked at a couple of them. The ones I looked at all had problems of varying degrees. In looking at other reviews I see where they may have failed to disclose that some vehicles had "Salvage/Rebuilt" titles. If so I suggest that formal complaints be filed with the Virgina Motor Vehicle Dealers Board. They have their own invesigators to sanction crooked dealers. And, you can also sue for Fraudulent Inducement.

This place lies bought a truck from them they tell me it was a clean title but when I went to dmv they had me sign a form stating that I had a rebuilt branded title. The truck has an oil leak which I have to get fixed the brakes on this thing has a lot of play even my girl friend noticed it before I did. Also the front bumper bracket is broken so I am going to have to replace that. The back hitch where you plug in the trailer lights is crushed in and broken so I also have to repair that. Not only that I found out this truck was totaled and the person in the accident died in my truck I found out from the car fax that it was damage all over the truck I talked to the fire and police department from where the accident had occurred. orbit auto sales rebuilt the truck then sold it to me for 8k and told me the title was clean and refused to show me service records I had a mechanic look at the truck it went on the frame machine. What a headache! Orbit does not like customers to know everything up front. We asked them for a maintenance log and they declined to give us one. When I went to insure our new used car, my insurance company flagged it and said that it had been in involved in a theft that resulted in an accident. They said because it was a rebuilt car, they could not insure it until a full year has passed. We can't drive the car and I am pretty disappointed!

If I could give less than one I would. Bought a car 2 months ago. For 6500, check engine light came on as I was leaving. Ahmed said it was just a o2 sensor. LIE. Got home, took to a mechanic. My o2 sensor were over heating, car misfiring. Blown head casket. Put another 1200 into it for someone to tell me the engine was completely shot. They definitely buy the inspection tickets bc how does a car with a shot engine pass. AVOID

Very great customer service, respectful people helped me get into the right car and it was a fast process, highly recommend and will be coming again in the future.

AVOID THEM!. They’re scammers. We went and found a red Lexus car that we wanted for my little brother. We asked about if the car has any issues or needs any maintenance, Ahmed answered and said “no everything is perfect”. We tested the car for like 10 minutes and we didn’t find any issues. The next day we started the car and drove it which revealed so many issues which one of them seems to be permanent. We went back to orbit and told them everything and the issues that started to show and they said “we don’t car, you bought the car and went home so it’s not our business and we don’t do returns”. We had a long argument with them and they kept lying to us. It had a knock sensor issue that never got fixed. The axles, brakes, engine issues and many more issues that cost us 4k to fix but the knock sensor issue was never fixed. Knock sensor was messed up and it made the car shake hard while driving it and if you keep driving the car, the car will break down. We spent so much money to fix it but it would get fixed for couple weeks and it would come back, so we decided to sell the car for any price and we lost pretty much all the money for the car.

Guess they give everybody salvage title cars ! Worst car place ever and they lie about mileage and forge signatures on documents over charge for cars that need alot of work lie about a lot I wish I could give 0 starts because they don’t even deserve one

I bought a Nissan Altima 2012 and the mileage was low and supposedly had “no problems”. When I tried to insure it many companies said no due to it being in a previous accident and it was marked as paid out in full. My husband and I also had to change the tires which were supposed to be brand new. Lastly, when we were there the person we bought the phone from was very rude and said I didn’t know what I was talking about when I tried to tell him the car wasn’t worth the price he wanted it for. He also didn’t want any to give me and my husband the guarantee because we weren’t paying the full price of the car and we ended up paying $100 for it. Turns out it was a good idea because we had to take it to get the engine fixed the next day.

Terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend no one to buy a car from Orbit Auto Sales this broke my heart to know that my car have a salvage title also not to mention other damages and when it was brought for 8,000 dollars nothing was told about the title being salvage or being in any accident I try to get insurance and I couldn’t get full coverage due to my title being salvage so which means I have liability on a car that don’t mean no good to me and also not to mention I called and notified the dealer he didn’t notify me that the title was salvage and he hangs up in my face literally called them 20 times !!! Don’t purchase no cars from here terrible service and customer service ..

Brought a car there. The transmission started acting up in less than a week so we had the fluid change which was so fifty and so was the filter. The transmission is still slipping with 100.000 miles. Didn't tell us it was a rebuild title whatever this means we didn't get the title until the next day. Please don't buy there. I wish I could give zero stars. Hard earned money waisted. We ask for a warranty and he promised nothing was wrong with the car.

I bought a car about a month ago from here and its amazing! I only had one issue with it and I called and they offered to fix it for free. Everyone was super freindly and explained everything in a way I'd understand during the buying process. Would 100% reccmond to my family and friends.

Do not buy anything from these guys, Ali was so rude, do your research cause they will lie to you. Found out the car was in two minor accidents. They do not like educated buyers.

Would not recommend. While I arrived, car listed was clearly listed incorrectly and the salesman wouldn’t provide info on the car. Ex. Listed “Brand new tires” when tires had dry rot. When asked about it, the sales man responded, “well it looks like new.” Car was listed with 1 owner and the Carfax reported 2 with a major title issue. The salesman insured me that wasn’t correct.

Bought a used car from this place and within the next week had issues. come to find out i need to replace the radiator AND transmission. do NOT buy a car from this place. so horrible

There are some nice cars but I suspect that they buy the inspiration stickers. I was really interested in buying a car, however the check engine light was on (for the Airbags), there was a lot of oil leaking (my mechanic said the Engine Gaskets needed Replacing) and it had just passed Inspection that month. When I was trying to talk to the owner about my concerns he was more interested in his phone than talking to and looking at me. I'm not so old that that I didn't have a cell as a teen, but this is Business and my Safety in a Vehicle I was trying to purchase. What on your phone was more important than giving me 3 to 5 minutes of uninterrupted time? (I can tell you without a doubt it was not an emergency with his child, the only acceptable reason to be on the phone during Business) If you are looking at a car here, BE VERY CAREFUL!!

Total rip off. I bought a seemingly reliable Subaru from them recently. They swore up & down it was sound, inspected by their shop, and good to go. A week later I find out it needs struts, head gasket, and many other things they were aware of but didn’t mention. Absolute RIP OFF. Stay away!
