My go-to spot on Atlee! Great management and crew that goes above and beyond to help their customers. Items always in stock and I’m able to be in-and-out.

Pretty standard prices but the service makes it my preferred store over competitors. This morning I was in their parking lot fiddling with the wiper blade trying to get it off, and Austin came out and offered to help. He identified the size I needed, let me pick the brand I wanted, gave a good explanation of their warranty program, and then offered to install the new blade. Excellent service; Austin needs a raise!

Young girl at the register has a personal conversation with a customer, who had been done with their transaction for 5 minutes, while there is a line. The other guy working ends up helping me and the guy head of me all before they finish yapping about nonsense.

Ernie was beyond helpful. Truly customer-centric and will be coming back as long as he is there. Helped with buying, install, and maintenance tips. Hats off!

I'm impressed that a 26-year heater core valve part is actually sitting on a shelf in Richmond, VA. at Advanced Auto. I blew the dust off and installed the new valve, and my 1996 jeep is back running strong with only 314,000 . Thanks to Advanced Auto for saving my part for 26 years. Awesome

I went to get a cabin air filter there. Female clerk is so rude. When we got the wrong air filter, we came back to return and get the correct one. She gave us attitude and questions like i swapped out parts and return it back for a refund. The store manager did get involved and correct her. Soon, the manager walked away, but she still didn't do what the manager told her to do. I have been a commercial customer with advanced auto parts for a long time. But this time, i have to make a review on this.

I came in yesterday to get an oil bundle and was greeted by Amber time i came in the door. Her customer service and professionalism spoke volumes to me! The store was neat and clean and because of the good service i will be returning to this particular location!

Who knew they are a drop off for UPS packages as long as they are boxed up ready to be sent including a prepaid label! Very convenient and if you need some vehicle stuff, your already in the right place, easy peasy!

Unprecedented. I dropped off an Amazon (UPS) return, and was greeted by the most abrasive employee I have ever encountered. I have been going to this store for Amazon drop-off and subsequently, auto parts because the employees there are so kind and courteous. This was an unpleasant change of events.

I needed new wipers and Gene was super helpful. He gave me recommendations for brands, told me which sizes I needed for my car, and installed them! Thanks!

Call Joe has no call Customer service skills. Very rude. Not helpful. I told him I needed a lightbulb for a running tail light and he read off 20 different lightbulbs that go on that car. He couldn’t determine the one I needed.

Just left this store and the manager lost a sale (and my future business) by declining to install a battery until a tech arrived (2 hours later). Lots of employees in the store, only 1 or 2 other customers. Same manager pretended a few days earlier not to have the authority to make a decision about honoring a product warranty. Beware.

Wade was amazing. We were out of town and had battery issues. It was really corroded. Wade was very patient and professional. After quite a bit of effort, he got it off and replaced our battery. Huge relief finding someone like him to help... especially when you are 1.5 hours from home. Thanks, Wade!

Have had the worst experiences at this store. Including but not limited to them locking the doors 10 minutes before closing time and I knocked on the door so they could open it and I could purchase the $1.50 part so I could finish up my repair on my vehicle allowing me to transport to work. Only to watch the employee duck behind the counter and roll his chair in the back of the store.... I could go on with many other discouraging episodes here but recommended no one ever going here ever! Ps... I have never in 3yrs left a bad report on google this is the 1st.

I needed last minute parts for my vehicle. Ross is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable he knew the products and had ideas and solution to my problems. He really made my experience at Advanced Auto great and I will be returning with and auto needs.

Well after Advance y’all have our done yourselves I’ve been shopping at this location since it opened and after today I’ll never set foot in this location again tonight was the straw that broke the camels back. I Tried to warranty out a battery that was bad I was told when I purchased it it had a three year warranty and since it failed in back in 2017 and I replaced it in April of 2017 now it 2020 and this newer manager says he can’t warranty something with a three year warranty Said says he can’t warranty it well good bye advance I’ll take my money elsewhere and never to return again Thanks

The GM Rob Jones was extremely helpful and has a wonderful attitude. He changed our battery on Christmas Eve. Highly recommend!

Went in to get two oil change specials. They didn't have all the pieces and the system didn't have the pricing correct. After 10 minutes, I went to Auto Zone and got the same special quick and easy. They really need to get their act together at Advance.

Pretty typical auto parts store. Selection is okay, prices are pretty high on some things (carwash/wax supplies) yet pretty reasonable on others ( car batteries, oil change combos). Service is very good, the location is very good as well.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! I was given the wrong oil for my $30,000 brand new van after having the guy look it up in the computer and even ensure the specifications were correct. I get home and realize I’ve put the wrong oil in my van. Called back and spoke to April the GM who told me “well I’m sorry you didn’t pick the right oil off the shelf and our employees just point you to the shelf”. Then proceeded to tell me that her expertise in the automotive field is superior and that “it should be ok to use that oil” which is incorrect for my vehicle. This general manager has decided that her store saving $30 on oil from not reimbursing me is more important than the life of my engine. She was condescending and rude. It is no wonder her employees don’t care when her as a leader is setting that example!! I will never shop at ANY advance auto again due to this one GMs handling of the situation. And as a customer of over 15 years apparently they don’t care about me or my vehicle.

This location is open an hour longer than the AAP on Mechanicsville Trnpk, which was a game saver for me. Store Mgr Mary and Associate Doug were super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable - characteristics that are always much appreciated (@ least by me), but woefully absent in all too many customer/business interactions these days.

Ordered online, when I went to pick up, my order was ready and I was out the door in under five minutes. Returned old battery for core refund in less than five minutes. Then had some wiper blades installed (free) in under three minutes. No complaints at all!

Guy had me on hold for almost 20-30 minutes with out coming back to the phone need to improve to make it better for customers.. whats bad just opened I hope manager will talk to employers thank you!! date 05/03/2018

I went to AutoZone up the street from here first. They tested my battery and said I need to replace it, no hope in charging it. Recommended a $160 battery. Then had Advance Auto check the same battery minutes later, they recommended trickle charging for 12 hours or so. Did that. Months later, same battery still running. No need to go back to AutoZone for me. Thanks Advance Auto.

Well it did serve my purpose for stopping l am a commercial customer and have a battery that the connection post has melted and it's still under warranty and this store couldn't find anything on me at all personal . Or otherwise so now l will have to go 30 miles out of the way and the store will not be open in the morning for me to start work

Love Advance Auto Parts they always have promo code such as TRT30 which saves you 30% off your item but your purchase must be +$50. Auto Zone is losing business because of ADP I buy all my parts from here and let other family members know about their deals. I do not even go to another part store.

Seems like they have some nice people in there but the person I got at the counter was rude and unhelpful. Another patron ended up helping me after he saw how the worker treated me. Seemed like the other workers were nice and helpful so not sure how I got the bad egg. Ended up going to walmart for the part and got it half off.
