Woke up to having a flat tire after just getting new tires yesterday….was having a stressful awful day and Shawn came and helped me turn my day back around. He was absolutely wonderful. I had to ride back with him to the shop and he was very sweet and turns out we are both Powhatan folks. Please don’t hesitate to call Robinson’s and if you are lucky you will get Shawn. Many thanks to Robinson Towing (especially our driver Logan!) for coming to the rescue when our insurance company’s roadside assistance left us stranded for more than four hours. The dispatcher was very kind, answered all our questions, and said someone would be there in 20 minutes (and kept their word!). Logan was friendly, courteous, and respectful. Highly recommend and will make Robinson our FIRST call for future towing needs.

My car wouldn't start around 8pm thursday night and I made a phone call to Robinsons. Within 30 minutes or so Logan showed up and was very professional and made me feel safe. He hooked my car up with care and towed it to the shop and suggested where to put it at. I'll be using this company in a time of need from now on. Very pleased from the dispatcher to the driver. Thankful for Robinson’s towing and their guy JP. I Had serious engine trouble along the highway and Called in for a roadside pick up/tow. JP was very friendly and even went through the trouble of checking over my truck before he pulled it up. He also hit the nail on the head, knew exactly what was wrong. So my truck blew up and I needed a tow. I reached out to several local companies with no luck. I put in a call to Robinsons Towing and within 30 minutes they were pulling up to help. The lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful, understanding and professional. The tow operator Shawn went above and beyond to help with the placement after it was off the truck and not his responsibility anymore!! Whenever I need a tow I not only call Robinson, but I request Logan everytime . The experience from having to have any tow sucks but with Logan’s funny and kind personality he always makes you atleast laugh a bit in a really low time. So because this place has a tower like Logan is why I’ll always choose this place for as long as Logan’s apart of the crew. This guy was by far the best experience I’ve ever had in my lifetime of needing a tow. Ill only ever recommend this place and Logan to anyone who ever needs a tow!

Called early morning after being stranded on the side of 64. Dispatch called the driver Shawn Pearson who came in early just to make sure I was able to get off the side of the highway safely. He was quick and professional and proved he cared. I highly recommend this company if you need roadside support.
