Rob and his driver Joey came to the rescue when everyone else was unable, I needed my car towed down the road to be fixed and there was ice everywhere. They still came out like they said and made sure it got to the shop to be fixed in time. I recommend them to anyone in need!
Wow I don’t even have the words to express all of my appreciation for you but I can say that you have a customer for life and this will be the only company I ever recommend. I was stranded for hours in a parking lot with my keys locked in and couldn’t get anyone to come. I called and called and one person finally said they’d come for $200 to get my keys out. I was a ways from home and had no one to come get me. With literally one percent left on my phone battery, an angel and her son on the way to subway offered to drive me somewhere but said while we’re inside call this towing company, they are good people. Before they even got out of subway, my truck was already unlocked and I was driving away. I didn’t have any cash and was fumbling to find my card because I had been trying to break into my own truck for hours and he said he wouldn’t take any money. I would swear I imagined this man or he was a literal angel if I didn’t find this business on here so I’m glad to know he’s real. Thank you thank you thank you!
** UPDATE Thanks for your response . I would call but some companies have owner operators. This person was driving reckless the speed limit is 70 mph. The truck did not have a car on it .The driver was negligent. If your driver valued you they would not been driving so hazard. Please don't tell me how to react when I entered the highway from Mechanicville 295 South and your company truck did not move over and that's DMV laws.Business over safety ..............9/17/25 7:42 am in the morning I experienced and observed this trucking company driving reckless .It’s raining and RH Transport was bouncing in and out of traffic This was 295, the truck was going 90 miles an hour. In and out of traffic. Do better. #carelessdriving

Was stranded with my bike broke down and he had no trucks available for three hours, but went out of his way to call around to find me a truck and he did! Called me back and got me in touch with the other truck! Most blessed man!

Called them for a non emergency vehicle tow. I was not in a rush but they delivered the vehicle within a couple hours(my time frame was present-48hrs so no rush on my part). Price was under quote upon delivery! Couldn’t have gone more pleasantly.
If I could give them 0 I would.. we've been waiting for 4 hours for a truck to show up when they said it'd only be 1. And we called and they told us sorry it'll be another hour. So 5 hours of waiting after being told we'd only have to wait 1 hour and that's if they actually show up in another hour
Would recommend this company to anyone in need of towing, transporting etc. Robbie went above and beyond helping us transport a car- even helping us get it loaded into our building (which was not easy) without messing anything up. Excellent customer service. Came when needed everytime we call.
Very respectful and awesome individuals. They towed my truck and cars within 2 days apart without any trouble. Much appreciated and recommend 10-10.

We have been using RH Towing & Transport for a little over two years now towing our fleet vehicles when needed and also equipment hauling. Dispatch has always very responsive and the drivers Rob, Steven & Cooper have been nothing but courteous to our staff. We highly recommend. Keep up the great work!

Called Rob the owner after my daughter had been in a fender bender on a bad section of 95, he didn't hesitate to finish his last few bites of dinner and was on-site within the hour. Amazing friend and company. If you want someone who will take care of you like family call RH Transport for sure
