I needed a new battery for my Cub Cadet Garden Tractor. I ordered one on-line and went to pick it up, but it was clearly the wrong size. The young female clerk got me the correct battery, completed the transaction, and refunded the original purchase price to my card without making me feel foolish for my lack of "Tech Skill". The online price for a RAM 1500 battery was much cheaper than the dealership price. In addition, I used a code to save an additional 20%. My battery was ready for pickup in just a few minutes.

Very pleased with the level of customer service received today while trying to best insert a new battery into an old clock mechanism. The battery was being held in position in an unusual manner and the Sales Associate was able to make it happen easily.

Customer service was fantastic. Polite and quick. Shook my hand. Was in and out of there in 15 minutes with a new car battery installed. First experience was online with ordering and setting up my battery installation appointment. The website and ordering process is extremely well designed. Good explanations throughout of what different terms mean and what different fees are for. Helpful for me since I’m not a car guy. Will definitely be thinking of these guys if I ever need batteries or bulbs again. And from what I can tell, competitively priced. Same battery elsewhere was 10-25% more. I.e. my battery was $197 all in and I saw a similar battery at my local auto store at $245ish before taxes and fees. 5 out of 5 stars.

I pre-ordered a battery for my car and arrived around 5:20 PM. I asked if someone could assist me with installing my battery, as installation was advertised. I was told that they had a corporate policy that would not permit them to change any batteries prior to one hour of closing the store. My wife had to come and jump my car. Once my car was running, I immediately went to Advance Auto Parts where they installed my battery in less than 10 minutes. My first impression was a lasting impression, to never go to any Batteries Plus store.

My phone slipped out of my hand and my screen cracked on a Friday. I immediately filed a claim with Assurant, my claim was approved, and they had me schedule an appointment with Batteries Plus for that Sunday. I arrived at my appointment, and I was told there was an error message coming from Assurant. This message, apparently was preventing Batteries Plus from fixing my screen. I was then told that since Assurant was closed on Sundays, I'd have to come back tomorrow. They promised to call me the next day to set up my appointment. To make a very long story short, I never got a call from Batteries Plus. I called them though, for 4 days straight. Each time I was told that Assurant was the issue. Finally, I called Assurant and they said they had approved everything and that they had notified Batteries Plus of the approval. They also said that Batteries Plus' computer system had been the issue the entire time, not Assurant. I waited to hear from Batteries Plus and still received no call. I called them, AGAIN, and told them to cancel my appointment with them. The employee said "Oh, I talked to Assurant yesterday and everything is good to go." My reply was, "Yes, and still no one from Batteries plus has called me." I told her to cancel the appointment and I am now transferring my claim to a store that will actually fix my phone instead of giving me the run around for almost a week.

Really good customer service. Man assisted me in finding the correct battery and then moved connections from my old battery to the new one. Very helpful, very pleasant

Batteries Plus is not the cheapest, but they have a large stock of multiples of various items. Need four 12v batteries to replace the aging ones in your UPSes? I did, walked in, did a quick database check, and purchased all four of the batteries. I was out the door within about 5 minutes total. Staff was excellent and friendly. They even warned me of a possibly wet floor as they were on end of day clean up duty and were still cheery and nice. I'll be back when I need them again.

Don't waste your money! I was given the wrong battery for the motorcycle I'm restoring. The battery was too tall for my bike. I went to exchange it for a shorter battery. The girl went into the back for 10 minutes to remove terminal screws (finger tight). When she came out she told me they only honor a 14 day return policy. WHAT!?!?! She said it's on the back of the receipt. I was under the assumption the warranty pamphlet that came with the battery would be good for at least 30 days. $140 plus tax down the drain DUE TO THEIR MISTAKE OF GIVING ME THE WRONG BATTERY!!!! Don't waste your money!!!! Go anywhere but this place. I ended up buying another battery from Napa for $30 less with a 1 year warranty. I have 2 motorcycles and 3 vehicles. BATTERIES PLUS, YOU LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!

Katelyn has been extremely helpful in surching for a glass replacement screen for my Samsung S10+. The service at this store in Mechanicsville has always been excellent. I would recommend it to anyone. Sue Miller

Back in 2021 I purchased a new battery for my 2018 Kia Optima S at the location in Cherry Hill, NJ. This morning my battery completely failed, with hardly any warning. Emily at the store tried several times to jump my car because the battery I needed was not in stock and I had to go to a different location. We were unable to get my car to start so she asked the manager, Greg, to assist. He brought a different type of charger and my car still wouldn't start so he began to troubleshoot and realized that I was given the wrong battery. My car requires an AGM battery and I had a flooded battery. Since it still was under warranty, they called the district manager who approved replacing the expired battery with a new, more expensive battery at no cost to me. They did have the AGM battery in stock. Greg quickly installed it, my car cranked right up and I was on my way. Emily and Greg really went above and beyond, when many other companies would have pushed me out the door. There were two other employees on duty and they were also very nice. At some point all the employees came out to see how things were going and were very engaging and thanked me for coming in. It was really just an exceptional experience in every way. I can only give it 3 stars right now until I see if they will fix my issue. Went to get my cell battery replaced. Everything went good initially. Got the phone home and noticed some weird ghosting on my screen later on. Went to check my camera and that is not working now. Will set another appointment to see about getting it looked at.

Bought battery online, asked to have it installed, was told it was a difficult install and there would be an additional charge of $70 . This is a scam, what an embarrassment to your company. Telling me the reason was i could lose certain settings. I cancelled the order and left. Bought a battery and installed without losing any details. I won't be back

Was online looking for some deep cycle batteries. This place popped up. Had what I needed at a decent price. Called them spoke to Annie she verified they had them. Went over to pick them up. They had them waiting for me. Checked them before loading them in the car. She answered some questions I had. Super nice folks. Great to deal with.

The only place near me to replace my VW battery. Staff is very polite, professional and exceeds excellence! I would recommend this store to everyone! A dead car battery is no fun and they were efficient in getting it done!

Went in for a keyless remote battery for my car, I expected this to cost $30-40 dollars, but the associate took my keys and replaced the battery in a matter of minutes. When he returned the bill was less than $7!!!! Customer service was excellent and I even got a little history lesson about the area. Pretty cool. Oh looks like they are pretty big into the LED flashlights (NEBO and Streamlight) if you have an addiction to these like I do...

I went in there to get a new battery for my key fob. Thought it was nice of them it replace the battery when I didn't ask for it. Of course until I saw they charged me $6 for the battery and $13 for the installation. Wish I was told prices before anything was done. If I had known I would have just ordered a battery online, and done the install myself.

POOR SERVICE! Purchased a battery for my generator, finally got around to installing it less than a year from purchase date, to find out it was the wrong battery. Went to go exchange battery for correct, I was helped by Anna, who seemed to be having a bad day to begin with. I explained the situation and she confirmed that the battery was the incorrect battery. Of course asked for a proof of purchase, which I did not have. I asked her to look it up by phone # with no information obtained then stating they were supposed to enter the phone number at purchase for the warranty. I explained that I was helped by as gentlemen, so all in all. I was sold the wrong battery, information was not entered into computer, so I am stuck with a dead battery (wrong battery), out 50 bucks!! All to purchase another battery for another 50 bucks. I will not purchase from this store again, lack of costumer service and attention to detail is insane!!

Stopped by to get a battery for my watch. The wait was minimal, after the battery was installed, the tech said okay your good to go. I said well how much, he said its n/c . I had a lifetime warranty on the battery I purchased b4 and didn't know it. (After he put my phone # in). Great service!!

dude was awesome. got my i-key successfully programmed for a nissan sentra, and saved big money! i purchased the key fob from an online retailer, and in a previous review from their site, batteries plus was recommended, and did not disappoint!

I have problems getting batteries for my watches so I went to Batteries Plus. I took one watch up there and they told me if I paid extra I could get a lifetime warranty. Then I went back for another watch and told them I wanted a battery that had a lifetime warranty. They said fine and one month later the battery died. I went to Batteries Plus and the salesman said the battery I was sold didn't have a lifetime warranty. Not only did they not honor the warranty I was told I had they didn't give me my money back for a battery that only lasted a month. I posted a review and Annie, the new manager contacted me and I couldn't be more impressed with the response I received. She is 100% committed to providing excellent customer service. She provided me with a lifetime warranty for the battery for my watch and when I purchased another lifetime warranty for another watch she personally took care of typing it in the system so there would be no confusion going forward. I think the reason I originally had a problem was due to a new employee that wasn't familiar with their procedures. Annie informed me she was having a meeting with her staff to cover these issues. I was very impressed with how concerned she was that I have a positive experience and I will continue to go to this location in the future because of Annie.

Was excited to find a specialty store near me - hoped I would FINALLY be able to buy local and not on line. Went in looking for 2 ceiling fan light bulbs and one battery - they had nothing I needed in stock. Not sure why a specialty store would not have more of a selection of the main things they are supposed to specialize in...bulbs and batteries.

This place rocks!!!! Derek fixed my Galaxy Note 4's screen super quick and it looks GREAT!! Adhesive was coming undone, he took it apart, cleaned it, and re did the adhesive for literally half the cost I would've paid else where. Keep it up guys, love the store and your products!!
