This service is beyond 5 stars. Couldn’t ask for a nicer or more knowledgeable towing service. Craig will get you out of literally any situation. You’d be foolish to use any other towing service.

Unfortunately my car broke down, and I needed a tow. I called Knight's Towing and the gentleman that I spoke with was extremely helpful and ended up towing my car. I didn't have any problems with this company, and hopefully will never need another tow, but if I do, I now know who to call. Thank you for the great service and customer service.

Craig handled what has been a very hard thing for my family after losing my mom in january, by doing an outstanding job in towing my moms car to families house. He is the best in the area, very reasonable price, communication was excellent. I would recommend him to anyone. Don't hesitate to have this man do whatever your needs may be.

Craig was extremely fast getting to us (within 20 mins) and the price was very fair for the distance he had to drop off our vehicle. Very processional and efficient. I would recommend him over and over again for anybody needing help.

Today could have gone very differently. I was stuck inside Bryan Park with my two kids, unable to make it up the icy hill, and honestly pretty shaken. Craig answer the phone quickly and in less than 30 minutes was that my vehicle. With temperatures in the '20s I was very happy to see him so quick. Had my truck loaded up and we were down the road and just minutes. I was very thankful to be off the side of the highway. Keep up the good work!

Some told us no right off the bat, others were wishy washy with us. Knight's was willing, responsive, and professional. Most important of all, they got the job done right and done timely. They were upfront and honest with us about what we needed to do to get the job done safely and helped guide us along the way, even collaborating with a local tire company to get new tires for the trailer. Great experience, couldn't have gone any better.

I cannot recommend Craig, owner of Knights Towing & Recovery, enough. From start to finish, his communication was outstanding—clear, honest, and incredibly reassuring throughout a very unique towing situation.

Craig helped coordinate the towing of a heavy tiny house on wheels that belonged to my former tenants and needed to be removed from my property. The house had been sitting for quite some time, was in soft ground, and required a careful, step-by-step approach. Craig took the time to explain the entire process, patiently worked to get it safely out of the soft ground, and then towed it gently to get all new tires installed before completing a one-hour tow to its final destination.

At no point did I feel rushed or in the dark. Craig was professional, kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable, and he handled the entire situation with care and precision. His pricing was fair and transparent, and his calm demeanor made a stressful situation much easier to navigate.

While I do not own the tiny house, Craig made sure the removal was done responsibly and without damage to my property. I will absolutely be using Knights Towing & Recovery as my go-to moving forward and would confidently recommend Craig to anyone needing a reliable, experienced towing professional.

My van broke down near Mechanicsville, and I was able to get it to a friend’s house close to the interstate. After a quick Google search for a towing company, I called Knight’s Towing and Off-Road Recovery to help get my van back to Williamsburg. Craig was very polite and down-to-earth on the phone and immediately willing to help. He arrived promptly and safely got my van back home. I was especially impressed with how skillfully he backed his truck and trailer into my not-so-easy driveway and unloaded the van without any issues. Something that was impossible for us was wildly easy for Knights, we tried for hours on our own, and within 10 minutes of arriving, he had both of our stuck vehicles out. Can't recommend him enough when you're off road. We were truly in the middle of nowhere in the woods in a mud pit bad enough to sink his truck too, but he still had no issue pulling us out. I don't think any other towing company around will get you out of a spot like we were stuck in.

I was referred by Dave’s Automotive, and just like they said, Craig was there in an hour, so friendly and completely supportive of my predicament. He chatted with me while he loaded the car, teaching me about how to properly secure a vehicle on the trailer.
Once he arrived at the shop, he texted me a picture of a tire problem that needed to be addressed right away, because he knew I had a long drive home, once my car was repaired. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs a tow!

I bought a tractor at 2pm & Craig Knight of Knights Towing had it delivered to my farm (100 miles away) by 6:30pm the same day. Fast Service & Reasonable Price & Friendly. Craig gets it done.

After calling 8 towing services, Knight’s Towing & Off-Road Recovery agreed to move a W 7.5’ x L 12’ chicken coop 35 miles for us. I had 2 others scheduled but both had backed out at the last minute because they realized their trailer was too narrow for the coop or the ground was too soft for their heavy truck. The others I called were either booked too far out or too expensive.
Not only did Knight’s agree to do it at the last minute (he showed up within 45 min. of me calling), they had one of the lowest quotes. Since he uses an off-road truck pulling a trailer & not a very heavy tow truck, he was able to maneuver through a narrow gate to access the coop & did not leave deep impressions in the yard with the truck. He was a magician when it came to unloading the coop in the EXACT location we wanted it! He did it quickly, demonstrated concern for maintaining the integrity of the coop’s construction (no damage done to coop or yards), all with a very professional & friendly manner!
Highly recommend Knight’s for his knowledge, speediness, price & concern for the well-being of your property!!

Had great service. Quick to respond for my Tesla as I had a flat tire on 301. Quickly got it loaded and to discount tire to have the tire fixed under warranty. Would highly recommend for all your towing needs!

Craig knight and his buddy really came through and helped me get out of a seemingly impossible situation I had this dodge completely buried exhaust underwater and 4inches deep in the cab, definitely worth the money, he got me out in less then 20minutes!!!!! 10/10 recommend

Wife got our Camry stuck in our yard. The yard is old farmland with deep topsoil. Companies that I called told me I had to wait until late spring or early summer to get the vehicle winched out. Knight's Towing came to the rescue. Can't say enough good things about them. Response time was very short and the winch out was awesome to watch. The cost was very reasonable. Craig was very courteous, sympathetic, and highly professional. We have him a hefty tip. I highly recommend Knight's Towing.

My car had issues around 11 PM and been calling many
towing companies that claim they are open 24/7 but
most of them didn't even respond or say they don't
have anyone available at this time. 2 hours later after
loosing hope and started calling random numbers from
google I ran into Knight's towing number and he arrived
within 20 minutes and was very friendly and towed my
car for more than 100 miles. Definitely gonna save the
number HIGHLY RECOMMEND
