Very bad communication, I got out of my job ready to go home my truck was nowhere to be found luckily I had the gps location of my truck and I was able to see they had my truck. Honestly very unprofessional they could’ve at least let me know they were taking it before hand.
Very inconvenient. Lady said she would work with getting an appointment. drove over an hour to location for her to have a closed sign on her door. do not recommend!!

The administration is very professional and we will continue using them in the near future.
Although getting our car repossessed was of course a stressful event, especially with it being over the weekend and having to wait til Monday to get it back, I must say Sylvia in the front office was extremely helpful and friendly. As well as the other employees that walked in while we were waiting they all greeted us with a smile. I've seen all the negative reviews before picking up my car and was kinda nervous but thankfully our experience was different & everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The people that have rated this business as hounding them or harassing them should know that these are in fractions against the towing company because the state of Texas does not allow them to breach the peace or to cause damage or to be threatening this is not allowed I've been reading the reviews there is a towing Committee in the state of Texas I have reported towing companies in Austin for in fractions against towing laws
The staff and the manager are very rude and they also pretend they’re law-enforcement. They followed me when I was on the road try to block me almost caused an accident, and they ran. A red light kept following me and almost hit me an and blocking me and we did not know we had a repo order and having a tow truck behind you and call me when you would know details if something else cause you do not know where nowadays who is who right now at this time it was it was the -10th star rating I would give them maybe a negative 20 star rating this company should not even be in business because they jeopardize people’s lives, and do not follow the traffic laws. They think they’re above the law, and while I was in the vehicle and my wife was in the vehicle. This company hitched up my vehicle while we were. Vehicles turned on and that if call kidnapping, these people are crooks and have no respect for the laws they thing above and beyond the law.
My lender hired Millennial Capital to pick up my car even though I was in the middle of an accident claim. That company hired Weaver Assets Recovery to pick my car up. I was able to get my car back that was sent to SA and my personal belongings were not in my car. 3 companies claim Weaver should have my items, I called and they claim not to have my items. I had over $2000 worth of items in there. The lady was very rude to me at Weaver. I have not been able to recover my items. There google rate is a 1 star and people claiming they steal belongings. I want my items back or be reimbursed. I know Weaver stole my items everyone points back to them. They are not taking responsibility, they even committed a crime opening a FedEx pacakage I had unopened and taking out the item from in it. All of this is considered theft if they don’t return my items. They don’t even deserve a 1 star review. I will be taking this to the local authorities

Very RUDE!!!! Yes, they are following orders but I believe they should at least tell you where they are taking YOUR vehicle!! They took my truck, the driver didn't want to hive any information as to where should I go pick up the vehicle, no address, no number, nothing! What I understood is that the owner has to sign a paper (to say the least)....well in this case not only that. While I was trying to
settle things out with the finance company, the man just left withiut even telling me WHERE IN THE WORLD WOULD I RECOVER MY VEHICLE!
I will definitely press charges, for that and for any little scratch it may have. I wasn'teven able to get my prescribed vision glasses....I'm not even talking about sunglasses, but vision glasses for God's sake!!
The driver was so rude to my mother who opened the door, he told her that if she wasn't the owner she shouldn't be interfering!
When i asked to see the order, he showed ne the tablet where he "had" the order but responded that I couldn't take the tablet he had....uhhh hello its not like I'm going to steal it!!!!! Definitely going to the BBB to file a complaint!
If I could I would give them ZERO stars for there business, and also the address posted is wrong it's located WEST SIOUX ROAD SAN JUAN, TX. When I went to go retrieve the items from my car, many were STOLLEN. Will be going to the police
