Thank you for your service. My wife and I have been customers of your store for over 20 years. We always buy a brand new F150 every 3 - 4 years and We have it oufitted by Texas Tops of McAllen. We have had tool boxes, bedliners, spray bedliners, tops and steps installed on our vehicles over the years. Your service has always been excellent, your personnel have always treated my wife and I with great respect and even listen to our jokes. This year was the same. We will always come to you for our needs.
These guys are awesome they do a lot more than just tops. They got me fixed same day, on the spot, with shocks for my camper shell. Check them out for all your truck needs including lift, tires, and other gear!
I was charged a 3 percent credit card convenience fee after being asked to pay cash to avoid the fee. The estimate I received did not include the fee and was not offered the opportunity to bring cash in prior to arrival when the estimate was done by phone. I should have been told about the fee being added after the estimate was given.
We have used Texas Tops for our work vehicles and today I brought my own truck for a bed cover. I was greeted by their friendly staff and who took the time to explain the differences with each brand and each option. Once I decided on the brand and type, they quickly went to work on my truck and had it out in no time. I cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend Texas Tops for their range of brands, their options, prices and friendly staff.
These guys were great. I had an issue with my truck and RV travel trailer. Ford nor Ron Hoover would look at it. They had no idea how to fix it. These guys had heard of the problem and fixed it right away. Plus I gave them an additional request for which they solved it brilliantly. They are the best.

I purchased the electric steps for my truck and right after they were installed I realized they installed extra long steps just an inch or two to hit the floor and when I complained about it the sales man said that I had already purchased and that they were already installed and that they could not do nothing about it. After a while I went to another location to ask if I could get a different set of steps and the guy advised me that Texas tops should of made it right so I went back to them and the guy denied I ever complained about them steps and said if I wanted the shorter one I needed to pay for replacing them. This people have no moral carácter it’s the last time I do business with them.
Marco was exceptionally kind and attentive to my needs. I have Parkinson’s disease and there are days when I cannot balance my gait. When most look at me and wrongfully assume that I am drunk, Marco greeted me well and respectfully offered to assist me. He installed the hitch on the truck. I was having a troubled day and found him willing to help. Thankful for Mr. Marco Salinas.
Texas Tops (and Pete...Pedro) have been absolutely great in providing information and services I needed and customer service I'd rate A1+. They got my Jeep ready to be flat towed with my RV without hesitation. Everything was done in a timely manner, at a reasonable cost, and to my expectations. Unless I need something they don't do, they'll be my go to place for my Jeep stuff.
Excellent customer service provided by Pete at Texas Tops in McAllen, Tx. He was very knowledgeable with their products. He ordered us the Leer 100 XR, completely satisfied with price. We will add photos once it gets installed.

It was a great experience at Texas Tops. The sales man (older gentleman) was knowledgeable and funny. Excellent show room as well. The camping set up y'all have on display was awesome. Went in to look at running boards and the salesman asked what I was looking for and he found what I wanted and purchased them and hopefully we will have them put on by the weekend. Thank you and I believe you know have a customer for life.

I had got a quote on an item n when I dropped in one of the sales personnel had already ordered the part I needed for future sales. This shows commitment amongst the sales team.

Marco has been very helpful on the products that I’ve needed. From selection, to equipment needed for installment. He’s been really knowledgeable on the products.
He is my go to guy now and per the last week, I’ve been coming to him to help with the equipment needs on my new truck.

I would be aware of products purchased here. I had a rack installed 2 years ago. It literally is rusting apart. 1 year warranty. 2 years trash. 50.00 charge to remove it. Very sad.
Being my first at this location I was very impressed with the costumers service ! Sharing stories of this business . How the husband was a perfectionist!!! With his business . I will bring my truck back for some extras . Very impressed and prices very reasonable.
