My wife’s van blew out a tire on the side of the road and we called ABDOZ RSA & Towing to haul the van to the dealership (tire was under warranty at the dealership). He was very helpful, offered great communication throughout the process from before/after pickup and after drop off. I felt like the prices were reasonable for a local tow, although I’m not extremely familiar with current price points for that service across other DFW providers. If we ever need roadside help in the future, we will definitely use them again.

My car broke down at night, so I Googled wrecker services in the area, I saw these guys had 5 star ratings, so I gave them a call. My call was answered quickly, I was given a fair price and told they could be there in 30 minutes. The Driver (Moe) got there in 30 minutes. Moe was very professional and friendly, he took great care loading and unloading my car and was very helpful. I would absolutely use this company again and I highly recomment them.

These guys are top notch! They were determined to help me with my tow even when the information I provided them was not accurate (car color was actually grey, not green as I had told them)! They were super patient with me. I had an EV with a dead battery. The driver made sure to park it in our back alley garage, right next to our charger! Did not expect the kindness and extra effort to make sure I was taken care of. Will definitely recommend them to any body needing a tow!

EDITED (LOOK AT THE PHOTO NO 4 WAY OR JACK NO WHERE IN SIGHT) NOW LIE AGAIN MISS OWNER !!!! I reached out to the manager and advised that the guy came out and didn’t have a four way or jack to assist with tire change. Yes I called for a tow but I ALSO ASK IF THE LUG NUT could be REMOVED and I stated I had my own tire to replace if this could be done. OWNER STATED THAT THEY COULD DO THIS and if NOT could just tow the car. The driver followed up and stated he was 100% sure he could do the service for the tire , I made him confirm this !!! When he arrived he attempted to take off and couldn’t so My son gave him the wheel lock and he asked my son to assist him then he needed a four way then he had his twist with him to remove . I stopped and stated we are contributing at this point and should be half off since you don’t have equipment and using our equipment, with additional assistance. If you are coming to do a tire change you’re aware of the equipment needed. We had to use our own items which leads to we could have did the job ourselves . Basically was told the trip was $150 alone without even doing the actual job and seems like what I stated wasn’t valid . The owner was argumentative that the guy did have equipment AND HE DID NOT OR JUST TOLD ME HE DIDNT. Edit - The lack of professionalism with your reply (misspelled words and incorrect grammar) tells a lot ! DO NOT USE THIS LOW QUALITY COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The driver came with only a drill gun .. We provided the Wheel lock ,four way and 2 jacks. The driver asked my son to help him twist the four way one direction and he go another direction , his exact words (two man job) he also had him placing the lugs on the spare and then he would drill (like seriously do what we paid you for this is included in the service). THE DRIVER DID NOT HAVE A JACK or A FOUR WAY coming to assist with a TIRE CHANGE! These ARE ESSENTIAL WITH AGREEMENT OF A TIRE CHANGE / REMOVAL OF LUG NUTS. As the owner YOUR LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY is horrible!!!! Your driver was using our equipment he stated he did not have the tools so we gave him ours .. He was trying to lift the jack with a power gun to lift up the car up to remove the tire.. he end up using 2 of our jacks and had my son to screw on the lug nuts, I told him he will have to do these steps as we called the tow company to ask for this service YOU AGREED YOU COULD REMOVE AND CHANGE /REPLACE with a spare we already had !!! Paying was never a problem but WE SHOULDNT HAVE TO PAY FULL PRICE IF WE ARE ASSISTING YOUR UNPREPARED DRIVER FOR UNDERSTOOD SERVICE !! ETA WAS 20 MINS YOU UNPROFESSIONAL IDIOT ! Total rip off , uber doesn’t even charge that amount . Look elsewhere !

I had a flat tire last Sunday and contacted this company for a simple tire change. They charged a $50 prepayment and promised a 30–60 minute wait. I ended up waiting over 1.5 hours in the cold, and a passerby helped me before they arrived. They were rude on the phone, did nothing to help, and still kept my money. Very disappointing service.

Mo was amazing! They got to me within 5 minutes of me calling while being on the expressway. Unfortunately a lady was on her phone paying no attention and almost ran into the back of the tow truck and started screaming at mo as if it was his fault it was not cool but he handled it great I would use them again if I ever needed roadside assistance.

I have a 6×10 V-NOSE TRAILER that needed to be towed 11 miles from Garland to Sunnyvale. I had called 9 other companies that were all quoting me ridiculous prices, but Abdoz was able to give me an excellent price ':0) I was having several delays from the person at the drop-off location in Sunnyvale, so I really appreciated how patient Abdoz was with me. He provided amazing service and was extremely professional.

Called at 530am and they were on site in 30min. Super professional and very skilled at towing my trailer. My trailer snapped at the welds in Allen TX. It was back in my storage by 730am. I Definitely would use these guys again!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 10 Stars ⭐ On Star sent AAA to recover my Z06. They failed! ABDOZ to the rescue. I contacted ABDOZ and they scheduled to meet me at 0800 Saturday morning. He was on time and had my Z06 on the way to the dealership within minutes. Pls understand, this is further complicated because the Z06 had no battery power and could not be placed in neutral Moreover, when we arrived at the dealership, ABDOZ parked the Z safely inside the bay. They are outstanding! Highly recommend
