I had a great experience with carstar collision! Their customer service is 10/10. They were very responsive and also did a good job fixing my car. I’ll use their services again if i ever need them in the future.

I have used this place twice now. In 2010 Camaro SS and 2026 Honda CRV. Both times have been stress free and satisfying. Friendly and helpful staff. One repair had glue on a door handle and they took care of it as soon as it was pointed out. They even offered a refund on some repairs they were able to save me money on, which helped cover my rental costs. I am so thankful for their services.

Sandra was amazing! Her customer service was impeccable! I would recommend this body shop 10/10!!!

Got a brand new Toyota rav4 less than 6 months ago and my ac went out I was having so many issues with the Toyota shop and finally took it to car star and I’m so glad I did they were in and out got my condenser fixed within 24 hours and even washed and vacuumed up my car for me before I picked it up I’m so grateful and so happy with the service I was provided thank you to everyone at carstar!!

Had a great experience with Carstar auto collision center. I would get daily updates on the status of my vehicle. They provided me with an Uber to go pick up my rental. Then I was able to leave the rental car there at Carstar. Exceptional customer service by Mrs. Kassandra the front desk staff. I would highly recommend Carstar if you ever need collision auto repairs.

The staff at CarStar was nice and helpful, especially Cassandra who helped me through the whole repair process. They have an easy repair process, just dropped off my car and they coordinated with my insurance. They even ordered an Uber for me after I dropped my car off which other places probably don’t do. My car looked brand new when the repairs were done, their repair team did an amazing job. Highly recommend for insurance claim repairs.

Hats off to all of the crew at Carstar Collision Specialists for their excellent service and workmanship on our 2018 Mazda 3. They provided consistent updates on the status of the repairs and were even able to resolve several electrical issues with this fender bender. Horrible workmanship. I would never recommend this company and would recommend that you take your car anywhere other than Carstar McAllen. So far, I have returned the car twice to fix the same issues. They claim each time the car has gone through “quality control” only for me to arrive and point out the defects that were supposed to be fixed. They routinely represented timeliness that is not true. I paid directly so they can’t use pending approval from an insurance company as an excuse. I question their competency to do this type of work properly. Things as basic as the hood won’t close and the door had a corner not painted.Go anywhere other than Carstar. I have yet to get what I paid for.

I dinged up my wife's Mini a couple of months ago, so I researched for the best place to have it repaired. CarStar got my attention, so I made an appointment took the car there. I was given detailed information as to the process, timeline, and was given time to ask any questions I had. I felt comfortable with the level of courtesy given. Communication was though, I received test messages updating every step. Repair time was shorter than expected and the work was impeccable. If needed again, I will be going there.

A gentleman backed into the drivers door of my pristine mini-cooper and crunched it. So I began getting estimates to have it repaired. On my 5th estimate, I knew I would look no further. The staff were the best I had encountered in every way. They were kind, courteous, knowledgeable, respectful and petty funny. There was an all-around good atmosphere. My estimator gave a thorough explanation of the process to fix car, as well as explained the details of estimate. First time all day I had felt confident that these were the people I could leave my baby with!! I was right!!! They handled it all. From insurance claim to rental car. I received updates daily of progress. I picked her up and perfection is all there is to say. They even cleaned my car inside and out. Cannot say enough good things about the people and integrity of this establishment. I hope to never need them again, but if so, I know where i'm going. Thank You to all the staff for a job well done!

When they evaluated my car, they explained to me the process to fix it. They're knowledgable and made me feel at ease. Dropped off my car on a Monday afternoon and was ready for pick up on Thursday pm.

They claimed to have replaced my trunk with spoiler it's the same one the scratches and dings speak for themselves and the mess left in my back seat not sure what that white stuff was but had to scrub my seats twice just get those stains out

It took more than unexpected but I was beyond happy about the results from my car everything was put back to normal and it was just amazing, I thank you all for every effort you all put into to make my car look like it did before they crashed it. Once again amazing job all that you do keep up the great work beyond satisfied

I was devastated when a hit-and-run driver did significant damage to my car. It's so horrible to realize there are people like this in the world!
For months, I waited to get a quote to have it repaired because I knew it would be expensive. Like most people, I work so hard for my money and don't have a lot of extra cash for such expected and infuriating things.
Finally, I went to CARSTAR Collision to get a quote. Sarah was wonderful--professional, efficient, and friendly.
I waited for a couple of weeks to take it in due to my schedule. When I called to make an appointment to deliver my car, Sarah made me feel like CARSTAR valued my business. My one concern was that the work would be completed on time as I only have one vehicle and decided not to rent a car. Sarah assured me it would be ready. Later that day, Joe called to offer additional reassurance.
I called to return Joe's call and to check in, and Yadira was also so friendly and professional.
Not only was my car done on time, but it was done a day early!!! I was so happy when I got the text to let me know I could pick it up, but not nearly as happy as I was when I saw the results of Lupe's work! Finally, I have my beautiful car back!!
