I am truely amazed, Rick G. Helped us out today... so i called too see if they can help with a flat tire and see how much it would be but they dont offer road side assistance, however this one guy again his name is Rick out of the kindness of his heart went out of his way at no charge to help us out and he was able to get it done (my tire was stuck i felt stuck and didnt know what to do) 😭 thank you RIck for making my day a little easier i am so greatful and pray that God multiplies your blessings we need more caring and humble people like you in this harsh world 🙏 i am so greatful and i appreciate you ! Maria is the most amazingly helpful worker, was such a stressful day personally but she made everything about the process of getting my car fixed easy as could be!

Great staff. I liked the service provided from the mechanic to the manager. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful explaining the issues. The problems were resolved with no issues. Highly recommended.

Expensive. They were going to charge me 1,700$ for breaks. I dont reccomend this place!!! I found somewhere else for 200$. Here the proof.

Just came in for a tire rotation and alignment , as I was waiting I felt compelled to provide this review. From the moment I called to make this appointment to the final return of my vehicle I was attended by a gentleman named Michael. This gentleman is really top notch with his customer service skills. He is efficient and very knowledgeable and all the while maintains a professional relationship with every phone call and every personal contact he makes with his customers. He appeared to go the extra mile for each person he spoke with. I definitely give him a top notch rating for making my visit easy effective, and efficient. I feel like I was really taken care of. In addition he fully explained what my vehicle needed and why it was important to take care of it, yet he was NOT pushy at all . Thank you Michael!

I've been a Firestone customer for years and I've always been pleased with their service. I took my car in for a repair on one of my tires. We have to leave at leas y a star for the services but if i could i would t leave any! They messed up the bolt for the oil pan and all we asked from them was to remove it. They decided to say we tampered with it instead of accepting their own fault and decided not to do the job. They are very dishonest about their work and incompetent. I’ll leave a picture of the bolt so that you know what they’re doing with your vehicles! They must have a lot of money to get sued over a darn bolt.

This is the 2nd time I’ve come to this Firestorm & I always enjoy it. Friendly, professional, straight forward & the service is fast. I’ve been to a lot of Firestones and this one is the best “in my opinion” they have my service from now on

I had a good experience at this firestone in McAllen. I arrived here in a weekday without an appointment, and although I had to wait a bit, my car was checked and I was given a diagnosis. The staff is friendly, a young man there was very nice and knowledgeable.

Bridgestone's mission is to serve society with superior quality. My most recent experience did not exhibit this. I purchased a car a day ago and this location was listed as a preferred vendor for diagnostic and repair. I had an appointment at 1pm, arrived at 12:48pm and was not seen until 2:15pm. The truck did not leave your shop until after 5pm. We went to this McAllen store where they damaged my new truck with the garage door. Since the incident on December 27th, there has been non-existent communication, no sense of urgency or any empathy expressed from your store located on 23rd. We are now left with a damaged vehicle due to negligence on your stores part by backing into the door. We had scheduled vacation to go out of town but now inconvenienced because of this matter. It has created an undue hardship and unnecessary stress. I understand mistakes happen but the sincerity expressed from this location and the leadership team at Bridgestone's none. Update: First point of contact received today. I received a call this morning 01/03/2023 from a claims adjuster and he stated that they will only fix the wing whereas it was recommended for the entire vehicle to be painted because of the color and it all matching. There was no concern of when the vehicle was altered by the damage caused form the negligence of the shop. It's the principal of it all. It's a need us attitude and that's just not right.
