Rrrapid motors LLC (also known as Rayo Towing & Recovery LLC) doesn't attend to our apartment tow requests in a timely manner. We will not continue our business partnership and search for an alternative towing solution moving forward so that our tenants can have their predictable parking spaces
Worst experience ever with Rayo Towing!!! The guy who answers the phone has terrible customer service. He was extremely rude, unprofessional, and wouldn't provide even basic information. He makes the call frustrating from start to finish. After reading other reviews, it seems I'm not the only one who has had this experience. I would never recommend this company! Like others have said, they use predatory tactics.
The guy in the office has one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever dealt with. Instead of doing his job, he accused us of tampering a screenshot that clearly showed we were on the visitors list. We still had to pay $312 because of their broken system. Even one of their own employees admitted the system doesn’t work. Rather than owning their mistake, they blamed us and took our money. Terrible customer service and completely unprofessional.
These people towed my truck from visitors parking (Where it should be parked ) and there were no apologies for there mistake. I had to drive 30 mins away to go pick it up, instead them bring it back for there mistake.
Also known as Rayo Towing & Recovery LLC. Very unprofessional the whole situation felt predatory. The guy drove off and did not even allow the drop fee to be paid which legally he had to. Scammers.
The most inhumane people ever..The towed my car when I got their the guy was the most ignorant person ever calling me “la morra esta”when he got in the phone to call someone else.He has a blue charger they call him rocky he said I would give negative stars if I could

Called this towing company because my car broke down. What I got felt less like roadside assistance and more like a live-action episode of “Guess What Goes Wrong Next.” They showed up late, acted confused about how towing works, and somehow managed to make my already broken car look even more stressed.
The driver hooked my car up like he was assembling IKEA furniture without the instructions. I was honestly impressed — not in a good way — at how something so straightforward turned into a full production.
Customer service? Let’s just say I’ve had warmer conversations with automated phone systems.

Vehicle towed within minutes of parking. Proper signage present, but towing was immediate and felt predatory. Charged $329. Be extremely careful even for brief stops.
They have towed my car 3 times in my apartment complex not only that each time they change the reason to an even more ridiculous one this time the reason was “you were parked in two spots.” My family and I have payed 900 dollars in the 5 months we have been here it is getting out of hand.
Se llevaron mi automovil a un lado de la Plaza Mall en Floor and Decor , me costo 280 dolares recuperar mi carro, se tardaron mucho en regresarmelo porque no habia quien atendiera en la caseta de recepcion .
I do not understand how they have a 4.8 rate on this company. my friend has been ready since Monday to pay to take out her vehicle, and gave her the run around until today she was finally able to take out her car, mind you her price just went up 20 dollars everyday that they messed up on saying that would be here but never came through until SATURDAY! What kind of company does that very unprofessional of them. Luckily we don’t sue this company for making us pay more than what would should have paid!
