Office clerk was RUDE! Uncalled for and unprofessional hanging up on my call. At no time did I raise my voice, I called to get the ETA of my service call. Your rep was over 20 mins late and request was sent 45 mins earlier. I will ensure your banned from my account and insurance will be advised of this encounter.
Skip this company, especially when you're going through an emergency.
If I could give a negative review or zero stars. I would. These people do not help you when you need it. I got stuck on the expressway, and they took a call from roadside services and said They could take it their Driver , as per the lady was in Laredo. She had the audacity to tell me that her safety or her care was for the Driver , and not the actual client. I would highly recommend. Not taking these people. You never know what type of people they’re sending out there or not sending out there. I’m leaving you there.
Got a flat tire on the highway and immediately parked on the shoulder with hazards on. Cars whizzing by. Filed a claim with my insurance who promptly assigned me this HORRIBLE company. 1 hour wait time to arrive. I waited. 1 hour later, Geico says they have "arrived". I waited another 10 minutes. I called them directly. They said the claim was "cancelled". I asked why. They said call my insurance, very very rudely. I said thank you and they hung up. I called Geico. They said that Pop-A-Lock cancelled the request. They gave me time stamps and assured me it was not on their end. This shameful company flat out lied to me and rudely answered me. If you are ever unfortunate enough to be assigned their services, ASK FOR A DIFFERENT PROVIDER. Horrible company.
Terrible customer service. Took forever to answer the phone. The lady behind the phone is very rude and a bit dismissive. Would NOT recommend. They are not available 24-7, only m-f. 8-5pm. So keep that in mind.
It took a little over 30 minutes but that’s okay it was 15 minutes before 5 pm when I made the call. This is the 2nd time I call pop a lock didn’t think twice about looking for someone, love how fast they opened my car

30 minutes turned into 1 hour. I called a lady answered and didn't identify herself. When I asked she hung up. Poor customer service. Poor service over all
Jaime was awesome! He arrived early to restart my car battery and he quickly saw the problem and helped start my car again! He was super professional and kind! Definitely recommend him!

Great and helpful service from Jaime H. The battery to my vehicle was dead and the only key hole to unlock the vehicle was damaged. Not only did he unlock it but offered to jump start my vehicle as well. Very appreciative of his service!
Really disappointed in the customer service I received. I was stranded with a dead car battery and when the service member arrived they didn’t even say hello. My request came with an added hiccup since the hood of my car doesn’t open easily, it needs a little finagling. After a couple attempts, he quickly gave up on opening the hood and said my car needed to be towed. I called a relative afterwards and they were able to easily assist me.
Left my key fob in the middle of my console of my 2011 Lincoln MKS... Did not know the key code to get in, so I called Pop-A-Lock... They arrived with in the hour. Took 25 seconds to pop my car open.... The price was incredibly reasonable. Will call again and I do recommend highly.
I lost my one and only key to my Jeep. Jaime called with a quote within 15min and was able to get my Jeep unlocked and a new key programmed in less than 24hrs. The delay was my schedules fault. Excellent customer service!
They will give you an eta of 90-120 min then when that passes increase another 30 min, then another 30 min, then ANOTHER 30 mins. Dont accept the job if you're planning to take 4-5 hours to get there. All pop-a-locks are the same. They take forever.
Lady Veronica whom I spoke with by phone was being sarcastic & rude. She even accused me of driving my car for a week when it would not even start. The driver broke my passenger mirror mount. You can clearly see in the pictures were he is hold on to move around the car while it was loaded on the towing truck. She started laughing at the questions I asked. She was extremely rude . I completely understand having difficulty customers but she refused to work with me. There are cameras everywhere how do you expect me to lie when every home nowadays has cameras. I’m Never recommending this place . Maybe if they were a little educated they would know how to talk to people instead of laughing at their questions or making accusations. Bad service!!
Worst experience ever!!I was given a time frame of 30 minutes. 3 hours later (What appears that they have only 1 employee/technician) shows up and proceed to take 30 min picking the lock and then decides to pop it open. I waited in the heat to pay over 100 dollars. Call these people if u wanna sit down and wait. Their excuse for being late was becuz customers lie about their situation so it makes the technician late to their next customer l! Poor very poor services.. I would give them 0 stars!
Why does it even say 24-hour service if I just called and for one of their services they were "unavailable for the night"? Ummm sir it's 4 pm and your company boasts 24 hours service. Just call it "Part time service"
Reliable and super quick. I waited only for 10 minutes. They were able to open my vehicle door in another 10 min! Price was friendly I even tipped them for amazing work

Pop-A-Lock helped me remove a lock on my storage unit after I lost the key to it. They were on site in less time than they estimated and super professional about removing the circular lock without damaging the storage door and nearby wall. I was very impressed! Helped me get back to what I needed to be doing that day. Definitely recommend this business!
Very fast service. Needed a tow Sunday morning on Labor Day weekend. Towing technician was very courteous and gentle with my vehicle. He was very patient with us. He let us ride with him to the location. Towing truck arrived in about 20 to 25 min from McAllen to Mercedes. Thank you!
