Today, January 12, 2026, I stepped foot into this tags and title office, and I don’t regret it at all. From the moment I walked in, they treated me like family and went above and beyond to help me resolve an ongoing headache I had been dealing with while trying to register a vehicle I purchased in New Jersey.
The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I’m writing this review so others know that this is a place where you’re truly taken care of. If you need help with tags and titles, I highly recommend coming here you won’t be disappointed.

I was told I save money paying cash, I regret paying cash. I didnt get my title in the mail like they said I had to pay again and mail to Harrisburg office. I did get my registration transferred same day at least. Either they wrote something wrong or pocketed some of the cash and put me down for only registration even though I paid for title as well. Make sure you dont pay cash and ask them to double check their paperwork.
I had to get something notarized and decided to come here. They were nice and got everything done but when I got there a lady was sitting outside on her phone smoking (which smelled as I walked in) there was a lady inside helping someone and another lady sitting there waiting to be helped. I sat down and waited until the worker came in from outside after a little. She helped the other lady first and then me. Like I said she was nice but I just didn't understand why there were people in there waiting to be helped as she was sitting outside. Plus the cigarette holder is right next to the front door which for non smokers smells pretty bad walking by. Not an awful experience but also not a great one.
My husband recently got rid of our Honda Civic to someone in the Emmaus area and used this place for transfer. The process was fast and easy. I wish they had a location in the area in which I live.

I brought a friend and recent widow to get some Title transfers done from her recently passed husband into her name. The paperwork that we had didn't have everything needed but they were extremely patient and advised on what should be done with these based on what she needed to do next. so i live in CT but i commuted to PA because a car was gifted to me. I came here to start the process of transferring my title and registration and i thought everything went well, i even had the lady reassure me that everything was all set for me. i come back home, a few days later i get messages from PA title and tag inquiring the information i already gave to them, and now i have to mail back my info for em to complete the process AGAIN. im not able to transfer or register anything until then.
The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. So grateful we stopped here to transfer our tag. I would recommend them to anyone. We will definitely be using them for any title/tag needs we have in the future.
I haven't purchased a vehicle since 2018 and recently purchased one from Indiana. Simply stated, IN laws and regulations on vehicles are a little different than PA's. Regardless, the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful; they didn't break a sweat sifting through the paperwork and connecting the dots! I was really happy walking out the door. Their hours are great and have reasonable prices with top quality customer service! I couldn't have asked for more! I will use them for all of my notary needs and recommend them to anyone who asks!
I just recently moved from out of state to Pa, and both of the ladies working at the counter guided me through the whole process of getting both of my cars registered to the state without any hiccups. Ladies at the front desk were AMAZING! Michelle was so patient and helped me avoid sending an illegal open title like the insurance company wanted to send. She spent more time than most would helping me (even talking to the insurance company on the phone with me!) Highly recommend! Best customer service out there:)
