Check engine light was on, went to Advanced to have my car scanned.Upon arriving, I was greeted by Grant. He was AMAZING. His demeanor & assistance was on point!

Probably one of the best customer service auto parts store locations in the area. Service is fast with a helpful and knowledgeable staff that provide excellent service. Great products and fair pricing. Keep up the great work.

Employee sold my wife the wrong part then gave me a.issue about returning the item because j didnt have the card it was purchased with complete bullshit and annoying

Tonight had my car battery replaced by Grant! He was very professional and willing to help in such cold weather. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Was completed in a timely manner and i was on my way. I tried 3 autozones before calling Grant on the phone at advanced auto. He said sure bring it in and I will check it out to see if I can install the new battery. Very pleased with the customer service .

They had what I needed but wow the guy at the store was grumpy. It felt like I was irritating by just showing up.

Receiving service from this advance auto in Emmaus has turned out to be a blessing for me. I'm in a wheelchair and they have made my life so much easier with their dedicated service. I choose them over all other auto part stores. At least twice a month for over 6 years. I don't even know what its like to go in. They have always come out to me. A huge shout out to Zach from Advanced Auto Parts in Emmaus. As I was driving on Chestnut street. Something fell from a tree and hit my sunroof and shattered it. I had a long drive ahead of me and he graciously help me patch up the sunroof with a bag and duck tape. I’m so grateful that this young man was willing to help. It’s not often that people are kind and help. THANK YOU ZACH FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART.

Called to schedule a inspection man on the phone was very rude didnt give me time to talk obviously miss heard me cause he kept saying we dont do repairs

I stopped in to pick up 8’ of walker 40000 exhaust tubing. I purchased 2’ last week, so I know it is there. An older gentleman told me he couldn’t find it. It showed in stock. He told me to come back when the inventory person is there. They probably know where it is. I ordered from NAPA. I won’t be going back to this store.

One of the clerks was kind of rude to me when I told him I owned a 2023 Chevrolet Bolt EUV. He even scoffed at me when I mentioned it.

Great service. Ordered car battery online, it was available within 30 minutes. Brian B. helped me at the counter and installed it and was very friendly. Will shop here again.

Thay always give me the wrong car parts and not really known what kind of parts i need would not take back my parts 🙃

I walk over cause I live by the advance auto parts the guy smoking a bowl and his minivan Who’s supposed to open the store the doors unlocked I walk right and I’m like anybody home nobody answers he comes in a minute after me and says you need to leave the store is not open yet I’m like the door is wide open And he replied store hours are on the door I didn’t even turn around or say anything to him pos….

Great place to buy auto parts, and have wind shield wipers or car batteries installed. The latter service their main competition doesn't do.

Had car battery tested and replaced. As recommended purchased Die Hard platinum. Installation was professional, cleaned cable ends, installed felt washers, and checked connections after installing. Was helped by Charlie , mgr. , his service was outstanding.

Friendly and helpful staff, willingness to help out. Store has a nice central location, and is well stocked. The associate changed out my car's battery very quickly and it was free of charge. Will be back again to shop for everything auto!🤗

One of the associates helped me figure out what was wrong with my headlight. I was looking for blown fuses out front of the store and he came out and explained that it was likely the bulb. I had no idea the bulbs for my car had 2 separate filaments. His helpfulness and knowledge saved me a lot of wasted tinkering.

They had mercy on us and let our toddler use their restroom in an emergency! They were so nice and went out of their way to make sure our part was on the shelf. Great experience.

Customer service does Not exist at this location. We orders brakes online, I had to track down an employee to help me, after standing at the counter for several minutes. Order was already paid for, so just needed the brakes. The guy seemed like I was bothering him, he just plopped my order down at a counter far from us, I didn't even know it was My order. I bought something else & after he rang me up he went to the next person standing there..I had to stop him & ask where my brakes were! He nodded toward the other counter, & thankfully I had my 12 yr old with me to carry them, as I clearly have braces on both elbow and wrists, that I can't carry heavy things myself. Seriously reconsidering ever ordering from them ever again because of this sad, frustrating experience!

Went in for a commercial pack of 194 bulbs. 10 bulbs normally sell for around $5 but you need a commercial account, which I have, to buy them. Guy scans them in and they ring up for just under $5. Which was correct. He then proceeds to change the quantity to 10 making the total $48. He tells me there are 10 bulbs so that is how it works. And argues with me about it. At almost $50 it is cheaper to buy 5 2 packs off the shelf at $5 each, and I explained this to him to no avail. Will not go back to this advance auto.

The fella that works there, I'm assuming he is the manager, has helped me out more than most mechanics in the area. I had several issues with my 1987 Bronco, he took the time to look at it and figured out what the issue was several times, problems solved. I wish I could say that about other places that I have taken my truck but sadly I can't, this guy has fixed several of their screw ups, I can't say thank you enough!
