I was at Lehigh Valley Honda having my vehicle serviced and while I was there I picked up a part for my daughter’s Civic. I was more than a little surprised when the parts guys charged me 33% more for the part than if I had ordered it online and picked it up at the same dealer, Lehigh Valley Honda. I recently purchased my vehicle at Lehigh Valley Honda so I’m still not sure what kind of service to expect, but this definitely left me feeling a little angry. I will think twice before returning to have my vehicle serviced there and I’m definitely finished purchasing parts over the counter from Lehigh Valley Honda.
This is one place that you are treated with Respect and Dignity, most of all they tell you the truth!! From the greeter to the sales manager and the salesman they are all absolutely great people! I would recommend everyone to go there! Tito Torres is an amazing person and will tell you the truth and guide you thru the process! The sales manager literally fought for me to get approved and I drove off with the car of my dreams!! 5 stars is a not the rating they deserve they get a 10/10 from me! Thank you guys for all your hard work! Looking forward to doing future business with you guys!!
