I’ve bought 3 cars from here the last 10 years and the first two were great but the last one they sold me a used dodge truck that unfortunately had a terrible hemi tick. When I bought it I thought it was just the exhaust manifold and I planned to fix it but as I put a little more miles on it I realized the mistake I made and heard both the leaking manifold with a cold start and and terrible screeching noise from the lifter and there was a lack of performance in it within the first week. I also noticed that my oil pressure was going down under 20 which may be normal but I’m not sure. I’m not a mechanic by any means but I feel like this was probably known by the dealership and they never made note of it. They told me other things that were done to it and they even mentioned that they replaced the gas tank but after I brought it home and walked away from the truck and looked back and saw the tank almost touching the ground because they didn’t replace the one gas tank strap. I like the people that work here and I probably would return for another vehicle in the future but I’m bringing my own mechanic and I think whoever is reading this should too.
Stay clear of this place. Jim their sales manager is extremely rude and hostile. I tried purchasing a car from them online and he was offended when i asked them to go down on their internet price. How silly of a customer to ask them to go down on their advertised priced. If i didn't live so far from the dealership i would have drove there. To be honest he did offer to take one dollar off the $15000 price tag. STAY CLEAR. JIM'S a D$#K
I forgot to mention, they accidentally refunded my money twice. I received a few phone calls stating they were looking to get me into a new car and willing to make a deal, not hey we made a mistake can we fix it. Until the third phone call which I received that was very nasty Making it seem like they've been trying to get a hold of me regarding this money rather than trying to get a hold of me to sell me a car. I repay the money and the whole time I'm giving him an ear full about how unethical his business practices are he's blaming the secretary that took my phone call when I discovered the car online and that it was all her fault That he sold the car. Noris, you sure are a big man to blame a young girl who just answers the phone for your mistakes.
They play favorites. Someone who works there played wit the books. Got a guy 2008 car with no cash down. And montly payment of 99dollars. Who the hell pays that for a car. This I'm sure isn't even allowed . but I guess when you have friends they will do anything against job rules to get you what you want
