So my daughter went here on the 29th of January to buy a car because her first car was a beater that was purchased as a gift for her high school graduation and it has definitely seen better days. She is a full time college student and works two jobs, so reliable transportation is a must. She’s always wanted a Honda due to the reliability and fuel economy. She found a very nice 2024 Honda Civic with low miles for a very reasonable price. Since she is young, she hasn’t built up enough credit to get a loan on her own, so I told her I would co-sign since I have exceptional credit and she is very trustworthy and responsible. So we got pre-approved for a loan so that she could have more negotiating power since that is as good as cash-in-hand. The only problem is that I am currently stationed overseas, but I figured that wouldn’t be a huge problem with technology and everything. We have the ability to email and digitally sign paperwork nowadays. Boy, was I wrong. The salesman told her it wouldn’t be an issue and proceeded to have her fill everything out and got her all excited about purchasing what is essentially her very first vehicle on her own. He said he would need to mail some paperwork for me to sign (why he couldn’t email it so that I could print it and sign it, I have no idea; maybe he never heard of that type of technology) and then she could drive off in the car after it was received on their end. Fast forward to about three days ago, and I haven’t received any paperwork, no emails, no phone calls, nothing. My daughter reached out to the dealership multiple times with no response. They claimed to have tried to FedEx the paperwork, but were told FedEx couldn’t send it to my address. So instead of trying to reach out to myself or my daughter for an alternate address, they decide the noble thing to do would be to sell the car to someone else after my daughter had already put a deposit down and signed all the paperwork for it. So now she is still without a car, and we have to do the entire loan process all over again. I feel like they saw a naive young woman that needed a car and told her anything she wanted to hear to get her business and then put zero effort into ensuring she got the car she wanted after she walked out of the dealership that day. This place has zero integrity and I highly recommend that if you’re thinking about buying a car from this place, you take your business anywhere else and stay as far away from this place as possible unless you’re into salesman with zero integrity.

Where do I even begin...... My daughter needed a car so she decided to go to this dealership- My daughter is a full time college student and she works part time so her father decided he would cosign a vehicle for her- the issue is that her father is in the Army currently stationed in Italy...the dealership knew this and they stated it wouldn't be a problem - they stated the process might take a little longer but we were aware of this. My daughter put down a $2,000 deposit to hold the vehicle. She signed what she thought was needed on her end and waited to hear from the dealership. She had to keep reaching out to the sales rep that she worked with to find out the status...in the meantime the bank had mailed out a check in full for the purchase of the vehicle. She reached out to let him know that she had the check and he stated that there was still paperwork that still needed to be filled out (paperwork that I am sure she could've signed the day she went in to buy the vehicle)...She waited a few days and still didn't hear back from him. I finally called the dealership and spoke to the finance manager and advised him the issues I was having- I was very understanding since I knew a situation like this was going to be hard but I also advised them if they felt like this isn't something they could do they should've let it be known before any thing was done. I told him we could've taken our business elsewhere. He stated that he would have it taken care of- Almost 3 weeks later (since the start of the sale) my daughter went to the dealership with the check in hand- she filled out the required paperwork and they were going to mail her father the paperwork to fill out and return. She left the check for full payment of the car with hopes that she wouldn't have to wait much longer. 6 days later the dealership called her stating that the paperwork was going to take 4-6 weeks to get back (paperwork that was never even mailed out) and they could no longer hold the vehicle. They returned her deposit- We drove by the dealership that night and noticed the vehicle was no longer on the lot. So the finance manager lied to my daughter so that he could sell the vehicle that she had put a $2,000 deposit on (I am sure that this is somehow illegal) She was able to pick up the check the next day. So now my daughter wasted almost an entire month because they told her they would be able to do it and she still has no car to show for it. And now my daughter had to have the check cancelled that the bank issued for the full payment of the car and she will have to take her services elsewhere. Which means another credit check and another approval. I am upset that my daughter was lied to and they couldn't be honest with her from the beginning. Meanwhile her dad is overseas wanting to just get a vehicle for his daughter. So very disappointed in the services that were rendered to my daughter or lack thereof I should say.

Went to look a vehicle test drove and knew a couple things it needed was no issue. Talked pricing and everything asked the sales man 3 times is there anything else that I need to know about it is there any other recommended repairs. Was told no there’s nothing else wrong with it 3 times negotiated price got to a number I was comfortable with and started the process of buying it I but a down payment on it and then magically after they took my cash a recommended repair sheet came out that was forgotten about some how when I asked 3 times. Was told I can’t get my cash back because it was already in the safe and was told I’ll get a check from them by end of the next day. I have it in writing my check would be ready by the next day. Tried calling and both times I’ve called I haven’t been able to talk to the sales manager they only let u talk to the receptionist. Would not recommend buying anything from this dealership. Was told they never needed to show me the sheet that they could have just ripped it up and never showed me it. To reply to your comment they have my info and I sent you a message with my number. You can call me and I can explain what just happened when I called the sales man back. Was also just told it won’t be ready till tomorrow. If there’s enough people there to sign checks. Going off honesty at your dealership it’s in writing with a signature from Michel sidel the sales person I was dealing with that it would be ready by 1/29.

I didn't want to write this review, but find it necessary. I was unable to go with my daughter as she purchased her first car. She had other people with her & was happy with the service. However, I ran over after work with the title to her previous car (I was the owner). I told the first salesman I saw that my daughter had been there that day and what type of car she had bought. I told him I had the title to her trade in. He took it and said everything was good, so I went home. A few hours later, my daughter called me, frantic. The dealership said they didn't have the title. I told her to have them call me. The salesman was, understandably, frustrated, blaming me for not taking the title. I insisted I had and he became more agitated, as did I. I asked him to check the cameras and told him the time to check, to which he responded that they have no cameras, none inside or outside. He was insisting that I drive the 30 minutes it would take me to get there and give him the title I had already given them. Suddenly, someone in the background found the title. His tone changed and he became more polite, told me I could come in the next day after work to sign the paperwork I was supposed to sign but hadn't known about. Here's the point of this drawn out story...as I pulled in the next day, I saw a large sign that said 24 hour video surveillance. SO, the salesman lied to me. I apologized for being frustrated the night before, as did he. However, when I calmly pointed out not telling a lie when there's a big sign to say he's not being honest, he acted like it was no big deal. Basically, he was ok with telling lies. Idk how negotiations went with my daughter, but I believe she probably got lied to. In short, know what you're doing before you go here, or find someone who does, because they lie. I would NOT recommend this place to someone I love. This salesman caused my daughter undue stress that made this process more difficult than any first time car buyer should endure. I wish I had taken off of work, I think I might have spotted his mouth full of lies a mile away. I'm proud of my daughter for all she is doing in life, but I doubt this man's mom would be proud of him. Shame on him! Edit to add: They lost the keys to her trade and she got multiple messages to call them & tell them where her keys were. Seriously, don't go here!

Was hung up on and was told they'd call me the next day to fix something and they never did and that I'd have to pay for it though I was assured I wouldnt have to. Liars, spend your money elsewhere

I can honestly say it was a very positive experience everything went smoothly and straight forward - purchased a Jeep wrangler - driven Jeeps for 20-25 years my husband and I are very familiar with the brand what to look for listen for ect.Peter was down to earth, straight forward and not pushy - had he been I would have totally walked away but I can 100% say this was one of the easiest transactions I’ve ever made on a Jeep and the price was extremely fair!

I found a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0T that I was interested in here. I had to play phone/email tag to talk to someone who I guess was the secretary. After we made contact, I scheduled a test drive for 07/21/25 @ 10 am. After we talked she called back a short while later. Tried telling me that I needed to put a $500 deposit down to hold the car because it was the hot ticket. I politely said no, as I never will put money down on something I have not seen, heard, or test driven. Monday came around, & I got there for my appointment. The salesman Gary Morales was the only one who greeted me properly & immediately took me back to his office. He looked to see where the car was. It ended up being across the street in the detail shop. He apologized for it not being there like it should have & immediately went & got it. He brought me out to it & happily stood there while I went over it. He then let me go on the test drive myself, which was nice because it gave me a chance to listen to what the vehicle was doing instead of a salesman talking. I came back & brought up the issue with the tires being 12 years old & how they are supposed to be taken out of service after 7 years. Something I know about, being a mechanic for over 25 years. I showed him what tires would cost for it. He replied "Let's go in, see what we can do about that." He went & talked to one of his managers, came back with $500 off, which was half of what tires would cost for it. I told him that I would need more than that. So he went again to his manager. They both came back this time. His manager said they talked to the service department. Said they could put tires on it or give me $800 off. The $800 wasn't what I wanted, but it was definitely better than some cheap no-name tires that probably would have ended up on it. So we started the financing paperwork. It took a while, but Gary kept checking to see if I needed anything while that was going on. Which was extremely nice. The manager I spoke to about the bumper to bumper warranty & gap insurance was also very polite as well. Though I had to ask who it was through, they should have told me that right away. After I got the approval & paperwork done, we set up an appointment for me to pick the vehicle up, as it needed detailed & washed yet. So we scheduled it for Wednesday morning 07/23/25 @ 10 am. Well, Wednesday arrived. I walked in to pick it up. He walked me back to his office, handed me the keys, & said it was all gassed up, detailed, washed for me, & that the plate was on as well. When I got out to the vehicle, I walked around it just to make sure everything was kosher. Good thing I did. Because the plate was not on it. So I had to go back in. AfterI got everything adjusted to where I wanted it. I noticed the vehicle was never detailed, as it was still filthy on the inside and it definitely wasn't washed after I left on Monday. There was also a piece of air duct sitting on the rear seat, which goes under the driver seat, that wasn't there on Monday. And underneath the hood was still filthy as well. They must employ blind detailers. Also, the vehicle had less than a 1/2 tank of gas in it, which is not gassed up. It's a little over an hour drive 1 way for me. I wasn't in the mood to go back inside again after being told all that stuff was done . So when I got home, I had to clean the inside out. Windows, dash, everything. And I had to fill it up. Still have to put the duct work back under the seat, give it a proper washing, & clean under the hood. That has me pissed off as that was supposed to have been done. It took up most of my day off to detail it myself. My question is, why tell someone it was all good to go when it's obvious that nothing was done. This was my first and last time dealing with a dealership. If I were you, I'd definitely stay away from this place. They care only about making a sale, not about the customers.

Steer clear of this place, their cars are listed over fair market value and they will not move on the selling price. On top of that, they are probably dipping into at least 2 points on the interest from the banks they deal with. Excellent credit and a quote comes back for 8%!! It's called dealer reserve. Do your research before even contacting this place. Total waste of my time. And, just for the record, I found an identical car with 10k LESS miles on it for $1400.00 less and an interest rate of 5.7%.

Warning do not buy from here and if your female i suggest taking a male with you so they cant pull fast ones your head! I would give zero stars if I could. I bought 2 cars from them because the pricing was very fair and honestly was a good deal on both cars. However when it came to the buying process, one was cash and went okay, the second deal was financed and didn't go so well. My mom and girlfriend was misinformed on certain information leading to my mom some how being on the girlfriend's car as a primary person instead of secondary cosigner. My mom brought it to there attention and so did I and they said okay the girl friend will have a higher rate by herself. We said okay well you need to fix your mistake and instead proceeded to say dealerships are in it to make money, if they would have adjusted there price and back office material, it could have worked. So we accepted there mistake and continued to move forward because we wanted the 2 cars. The same day bringing the one car home the front end shaked bad when braking which means bad wraped rotors, called Josh and I was told it will clear up in a few days. Are you kidding me! Wraped rotors dont fix themselves, took the car back and they did own up to the bad brakes and replaced both front pads and rotors no charge, however had to try to say they were only going to do rotors but after fighting they did both. Now the final straw, after a few weeks of ownership the one car has a tire pressure monitoring system fault on it which indicates a bad sensor, called Mike and he proceeded to say there's nothing we can do and aren't responsible for me to take it to ford. After aguring I hung up and here I am expressing the way me and my family were treated. I am a mechanic and owned at one time a repair shop and used car dealer and this is not how u treat people. If this was a car I sold I would be eating the costs to make things right especially if its only 30 days or less of ownership and if especially the customer bought a warranty, even if its powertrain only. I know there going to respond and say that they resolved all issues and no shady deals were done, however yeah they fixed the first issue, but still doesn't take back the way things were twisted to my mom and girl friend at the time of the deal and or the new current issue which is not resolved. My opinion is go by Google reviews before going to a place of business. I will never recommend anyone or use them again!

I just bought a 2019 Honda CR-V from them. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and more than willing to work with me on availability and financing. They had just received the car I bought and didn't have the new title yet. They left me take it with with dealer tags on with no payment or money down. I came back two days later after they received the new title and we figured out the financing. Great customer service and I highly recommend them.

Came here as my wife needed a new vehicle and Rey was awesome! He made everything quite easy for us. We test the car my wife had found online and a few days later we signed the papers as we were waiting on financing on our credit union. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased my third vehicle from the Vinart dealership. Each vehicle I have purchased there has been with a pleasurable and no pressure experience. During my last purchase, Basma Chougag and sales manager Ryan Barrick made sure I received the best service possible and helped work out a great deal to make sure I left with vehicle I had walked in the door for. I will not hesitate to work with them again on future purchases.

Overall it’s was a great experience, everyone there was super nice and helpful. The only thing is that the interior of the car was still dirty but it was nothing major. Great experience would 100% recommend. My salesman was Ian, he was a great guy, very helpful through the whole experience.

Scheduling the test drive was easy, Jahnell handled it efficiently. Gerry, our sales rep, was super nice and especially patient while I test drove. Honestly, everyone at the dealership was so nice and dealt with my two toddlers very well. They didn't seem to get annoyed at the kids being curious and Marshall Winston let my kids hang out in his office (with my husband) while I finished up paperwork. One of the reps also grabbed coloring books (with highlighters because they didnt have crayons) for the kids, I cant remember exactly who, but it was much appreciated! Anthony and Leo worked very hard to make sure the financial transaction went as smooth as possible. My kids had so much fun and were recieved so well. We did have an issue with the form of payment, I suggest coming with a bank certified check (not personal checks) or come when bank branches are open to avoid having complications.

Be aware of certified deals. So there are 2 kind of certifications, #1. Is Honda certification #2 is Q certification, that is a 3rd party certification and most cars will have stickers on it. I had a terrible experience, I bought and paid for a car for my son thinking that the car was certified by Honda, it turns out it was not certified at all but sticker was on it. Car was fairly new 2021 Honda Civic, but it had some damages under the hood due to a rodents infestation, few hose were chewed up, wipers fluids don't work and under the hood safety pad was all chewed up. I am in contact with them, they are so far cooperating and assuring me that they will certify the car, but they didn't refund us the over paid and falsely advertised price, which is so unfair. I will re post the update in few weeks if they do as they claim they will. I finally got the car Honda certified, but they missed out on the rims and bumber repairs and replacement, I don't even know if that is part of certification. GM Mr. Iad Antonios who messaged me here below was a no show, I left him a message and i never received a phone call from him to resolve the issue. Therefore I will keep my ratings as is until I am 100% compensated.

I recently had a terrible experience with this dealership. I went in to test drive a 2020 Honda Pilot. All seemed great with the initial drive and sales person. During the 4th of July, I noticed they had a 2019 Ram pick up truck that I would be more interested in. On July 5th, at around 10am, I called to inquire if the truck was still available and if I could test drive it. I was told it is still available, and that I could come right in and drive it. After arriving and test driving the vehicle, I was told "My Sales Manager just advised me that the truck is on hold for a buddy", which the story then changed to the owner of the dealership was selling it to his lawyer. If this was all the case, the vehicle should not have been able to have been driven and it should have been taken off the website. In addition, I should have never been told it was available when I called that morning. I tried expressing my concerns to a General Manager but never received a call back after leaving voicemails. All in all, I would not recommend this dealership.

I worked with Ian and he worked hard to get me into a vehicle that I truly love, he was honest and realistic when it came to numbers and payments. The manager also gave me a great deal on my trade in as well. Ian was very patient and communicative throughout the entire process. I am 110% satisfied with the customer service here and my new vehicle, thanks again Ian!

We needed a car fast as my daughter's car died unexpectedly. I had a few cars I was interested in at Vinart and checked them out. I worked with Gary and I found a used Lexus that my daughter and I really liked and the process couldn't have been any easier or faster to purchase the vehicle. Definitely would recommend them if you are in the market for clean, well-serviced used vehicle!
