Went in for an oil change today for my grand Cherokee and was provided with excellent service from start to finish. Job done in less than thirty minutes and mechanic returned the car clean! Love the waiting area and complimentary coffee/ water. Lady at register was also very kind and nice enough to provide me with change to tip the mechanic. Will definitely return to this location for future vehicle services!

Please do not get any service done here. Severely overpriced, the staff seem almost untrained to be working in the service department. We brought a car unfortunately purchased from a Kelly Dealership in for a inspection… please don’t fall for the “Free” inspection. Everyone else is 50-60 total out the door. A free kelly inspections comes out to about 85 for emissions….You’re better off getting any and all work done from a national auto service chain.

They charged me 85.00 for my inspection when they clearly know there's a special on their site for 48.00dollars.. they knew this and didn't even mention it.. I hate this place with a passion

Terrible experience! I made an appointment a week prior and when I get there I am told that what I need for my vehicle they do not have it must me picked up from another Jeep dealership that this process would take 2-3 hours to complete in total, so 5 hours later I contact the service center that told me they would contact me and I am told they just got the part I would receive a call when complete. I did not receive that call either so I call back just before closing and I am told that it is complete but I have to hurry up to get my vehicle before closing!!! Overall a truly terrible experience!

I BOUGHT A USED CAR FROM HERE A MONTH AGO AND WHILE LEAVING NOTICED THE DS WINDOW DIDNT WORK. THEY SAID TRY TO GET IT FIXED AND THEY WOULD COVER IT. ALSO ON THE WAY HOME, WE NOTICED A SHUTTER IN THE FRONT WHEN GOING OVER BUMPS. I LIVE 3 HOURS AWAY SO TOOK CAR TO LOCAL DEALER. THEY SAID WINDOW SWITCH IS BAD AND PS STRUT IS LEAKING FLUID AND NEEDS REPLACED. CONTACTED KELLY TO INFORM THEM AND WAS TOLD EVERYTHING WOULD BE COVERED BUT NEEDED TO BE DONE AT THEIR SERVICE SHOP. I TRIED FOR SEVERAL DAYS TO WORK WITH MY SALESMAN AND SERVICE BUT COMMUNICATION WAS POOR FOR THIS TYPE OF WARRANTY WORK. AFTER A WEEK OR 2 FINALLY GOT ANSWERS FROM THE CORRECT PARTIES TO SETUP OF SERVICE FOR REPAIRS. WHEN I TOOK THE CAR IN, I WAS INFORMED THE WINDOW SWITCH WOULD BE COVERED BUT NOT THE STRUT. I HAD TOLD THEM SPECIFICALLY IF IT WAS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY I WAS NOT DRIVING 3 HOURS TO PAY THEM FOR THE WORK. I TOLD THEM THAT AND THAT i WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE COVERED. AFTER A MEETING THE BEST THE COULD DO WAS COVER THE PARTS AND HALF THE LABOR FOR THE STRUT. I EVENTUALLY AGREED TO THIS EVEN THOUGH I THOUGHT THEY SHOULD HAVE HONORED THEIR WORD. THE WORK TOOK ABOUT 2 HOURS LONGER THAN WAS ESTIMATED BUT EVERYTHING WAS FIXED CORRECTLY AND HAS BEEN WORKING FINE. OVERALL THE SERVICE WAS GOOD BUT THEY SHOULD HAVE KEPT THEIR WORD ON THE STRUT COVERAGE, AND THEY PROBABLY SHOULD HAVE REPLACED BOTH STRUTS AND NOT JUST ONE. ALSO THE CLAIM TO DO 150 POINT INSPECTION ON ALL THEIR USED CARS. HOW DO YOU MISS A LEAKING STRUT CAUSING THE FRONT OF THE CAR TO SHUDDER OVER THE SMALLEST BUMPS AND THE FACT THE DS WINDOW DOESNT WORK. I THINK THEY NEED TO AT LEAST DO 152 POIINT INSPECTION.

I brought our 2015 Grand Cherokee in to Kelly Jeep last week for regularly scheduled service/oil change and inspection. This is the fourth vehicle we’ve purchased from Kelly over the last 25 years. Three of which were Jeeps, so clearly we are loyal to the brand and dealership. While waiting for my Vehicle a salesperson came up to me, and asked if I was the owner of the 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. He then proceeded to tell me some story about a friend of his that just so happened to be looking to replace his vehicle with my particular model and gave me his business card. Shortly after, the service guy comes out to tell me that “he wished he had good news for me”. We needed tires ( no shock there….this was expected), plus spark plugs and a motor mount for a grand total of almost $3,000. The motor mount was quoted at approximately $1600 and $360 for the spark plugs. My husband followed up with them later, and called them out on the spark plugs as they had recently been replaced. They checked their records and oops, oh you’re right. He was suspicious of the motor mount diagnosis as well. We took the Jeep elsewhere for the inspection, and as expected no motor mount issue. Kelly is shady! They thought I looked like the perfect victim to take advantage of that day. Instead of treating us better as a loyal customer, they tried to make a sale based on lies. They wont see us again. Do yourself a favor, and buy and service your vehicle elsewhere.

Honestly since purchasing my vehicle from when ever I go to service it's always something. This time it took me 2hours before I could get someone on the phone to book my appointment. While there no one is friendly not even a good morning. I want another truck but I will not purchase from this dealership. I spent a lot of money at this dealership and have yet to be satisfied with any of the service I have ever received in the last two years. Mind you I brought a Rubicon. They only ever gave me a courtesy wash once. 😭

Very disappointed with this place,, have called the service department a few times now to make a appointment to get my truck serviced that I bought from them and when in the time frame that I am available to get over there to have it done there is never a appointment available for me,, and they used to pick up your vehicle and drop it off for you ,,,WELL THEY DON'T DO THAT ANYMORE EITHER,,, And I've also never heard of having to have a appointment just to have your oil change the other dealerships don't do this they haven't express lane that you just pull in and get it done,,,,, what the hell KELLY!!!!!!!!!!

Bought a used vehicle under warranty. Had to bring it back numerous times and they went above and beyond to care for my vehicle. Pretty quick and efficient and even when it did take 2 weeks, they provided me with a rental from the beginning. Very grateful for Kelly. We are very appreciative for all who have helped at Kelly in the Service department.

I took my car in for a simple oil change on 1/2/2020. A couple of days later I notice the tech did not properly assemble the bottom cover back on the car. It was hanging by 1 bolt and scrapping along a major highway. It took me 2 hours to finally get a hold of someone. When I finally spoke with someone, they try to say it was my fault. They claimed a few bolts were missing when they did the oil change. This was never mentioned or on my service paperwork. Terrible customer service. Now I have to take them to litigation for this problem. Check your car thoroughly if you get service here. I will never buy or service another car from them.

H Rod was great. Explained everything step by step. I did feel there was a little pressure to purchase service. Almost too smooth. When I drove off the lot I noticed my side mirror is cracked. Definitely wasn't when I arrived. Pricing is also high. They are a dealer. So par on that score.

Sales personnel are beyond friendly! They don’t only make you feel at home, but step by step explain everything, keep you up to date every few minutes and walk you to your car! I recommend this service center above all and as a woman it can be nerve wrecking going for automotive work, but to this day I have not been let down with quality of service!

I took my car there for the yearly state and emissions inspection and I had such a great experience! Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and very trusting!! And trustworthiness is hard to find when it comes to me mechanics/garages! I highly recommend them for all of your vehicle services!
