The last time I went to Nissan they told me I needed new rear brakes on my Rogue, but they did not specify whether I just needed brake pads or rotors as well. I usually go to Nissan for all of my maintenance because I get free oil changes. This time I wanted to try a different shop because the dealership I go to is in Feasterville-Trevose so any type of car maintenance is very time consuming. I saw Safari had good reviews and was right done the street from me so I figured I would check them out. Not only was I able to get an appointment the same day, I was also able to get one 45 minutes after I called! Once I got there I was told it would need brake pads and rotors so it would take a couple hours. It didn't take that long! I also had an issue with one of my TPMS sensors and they were able to take care of that as well. As I was checking out, I decided to ask Alan about my other car. It is rear wheel drive so I normally don't drive it in the winter. Last winter I didn't drive it enough so the battery ended up dying. I was looking into investing into a battery tender, but I was not sure if that would be the best option for me. Alan gave me great advice so other car should start right up when the weather gets warmer. My experience at Safari Automotive Service was awesome! You go to these big dealerships, have an appointment, but spend hours there when you have other things to do. It's ridiculous! Safari got me in and out and was able to give me useful information about both of my vehicles. As far as value goes...you gotta pay to play. Cars are expensive and require routine maintenance in order to keep them running on the road. The staff were friendly and honest which is a breath of fresh air. Sometimes shops try to take advantage of people, but I didn't feel that way with Safari.

Safari is the best! Mark and his colleagues take care if all of my car’s needs from routine maintenance to unexpected repairs. They are efficient and honest and do great work. They keep me and my 2014 Subaru safe on the road. This is especially important for me as a home care nurse. I couldn’t do my work without them.

Had some issues with my engine making a strange sounds. Left my car overnight and had it ready by noon the next day on Christmas Eve no less. These guys are super reliable and quick. Excellent prices and service. Would 100% recommend!

After taking my car in to the dealer for inspection, they told me I would need several thousand $ for it to pass, plus they wanted to add all of these unnecessary services. I can’t recommend Safari Automotive strongly enough. I’ve been going to Ali for some time now, and I’ll never use another mechanic. He is always professional, kind and honest. You can tell that you’re not just another customer when you work with him. He has squeezed me in numerous times over the years, and he always communicates well, explaining exactly what service needs to be done and why (recently replaced my brakes and rotors and Ali showed me exactly where the rotor was damaged). My ABS light came on and my brakes started grinding while driving home from work one day. I called local auto repair places to see if they could take a look at my car later that day. Safari was the only auto repair service in the area that could squeeze me in the same day to take a look and fix the issue the next day. Ali was extremely helpful and professional. He actually ended up staying late to get my problem fixed so that I could drive my car to work the next day even though I told him that I could just call off if he couldn't fix the problem right away. Ali was great at his job and took the time to explain the problem, what he was going to do to fix it, and kept me updated at every step of the process. My brakes are now working perfectly again. More importantly, Ali genuinely cared about making sure I could get to work the next day, which is why I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone needing work done on their car.
I was referred to this shop by a friend after dealing with a couple of the bigger dealers, my friend has family working at the dealers and they recommended this place. What a pleasure was dealing with Mr. Alli, professional and honest, he will communicate with you and try to help with your automotive needs without trying to squeeze every dollar out of your bank account. He has now taken care of both my vehicles. Since I have a basic understanding of mechanics and know how many hours it takes to do many jobs, some I could do myself just don't have the tools or the time, I feel very comfortable recommending everyone to go there.

Ali was amazing and very helpful for an issue with our sunroof that the dealership refused to help with. He was able to just get the parts that I needed without having to replace the entire assembly.
