I just left auto zone and I am very disappointed in my experience. I went there for wiper blades and asked the guy at the front desk for help and he tried to up-sale me. When I questioned if he had cheaper blades he lied and said not in stock and he could not get them shipped to the store. Very unfortunate and poor customer service. He got upset when I refused the sale and chose to go elsewhere.
needed a quick in and out on my lunch break for sealant. i fail to see how if im the only customer why i waited as long as i did. please put in self check out of man the registers.
Always my go to when I have to get that part for stuff I can work on for my car. All the tools and parts needed.
Today, needed a new battery. Marcy said there was a still a warranty on the old battery and looked on the computer to tell me where I probably bought it so I could get a new one. Lined me up a new battery and all i needed
I’m a school bus driver and had a windshield wiper had broken on me coming to Emmaus from the Poconos so I had stopped at this store for an emergency fix. Karl was totally went above and beyond to make sure this issue was fixed and so pleasant while doing so. Marcie and Alyssa also both were very pleasant and so helpful! These guys showed me today the truest form of great customer service! Truly appreciate all the help from this crew today. They deserve raises 🥰
Been buying parts for years here. Never felt a need to post a review until now...been having car issues, called..the associate who answered was super helpful and also got a more seasoned associate...when I had specific questions. That manager saved me hundreds of dollars and gave me great advice. Thank you emmaus team! My analogy paid off lol because I had great customer service. Thank you
NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE UNTIL TODAY WENT TO AUTOZONE WENT TO THE GUY IN FRONT DESK HE WAS THE MOST RUDEST PERSON ALIVE LAZY REFUSED ME ANY TYPE OF HELP ANY QUESTION I ASKED WAS JUST NO HELP TOLD ME TO GO TO THE NEXT AUTOZONE IF I DIDNT LIKE MY SERVICE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE YOU BETTER OFF GOING TO LEHIGH ST AUTOZONE WONDERFUL PEOPLE AND ALWAYS WILLING TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR THEY CUSTOMERS
The African American guy working here won't honor a buy one get one literally on a sign advertised outside of the store. Talk about FALSE ADVERTISING?? He was extremely rude. I'll never go to this autozone again. There's plenty of other auto stores, or I'll go to Walmart. Walmart doesn't FALSELY ADVERTISE about sales.
Wow....the manager there is very helpful kind and very efficient.
As a business owner my time is important. She helped me so fast i was out in one min flat for a bulb.

Stopped in for air fresheners. Max helped me out. He asked me about seafoam and if I have ever used it. He took time to explain how it works. I was very impressed. Excellent Customer service from this nice young man. Will definitely keep coming back
Great place and greater people. I come here quite frequently for my automotive supplies - this particular AutoZone is my go to. Generally, they've always got what I need in stock and the people I've dealt with, have always been friendly, professional, welcoming and gone above and beyond to help meet my needs.
I got my battery jumped and headed right to AutoZone to have them check my battery. It was 825 and the store closed at nine and Wesley helped me do diagnostics and took the time to replace the battery for me and explain the different batteries, and was very kind. I appreciate the kindness and time he took.
The customer service here was incredible! Unfortunately I had a headlight that was out, but luckily the one associate at this location, Alyssa, was working and not only had me and my small son in and out in less than 10 minutes, but she was incredibly polite and helpful from beginning to end and replaced the light no questions asked. She deserves a raise!
Poor service. I buy almost all my parts from that store. I needed a part to be ordered and I have a rewards card and everything with it. I was willing to pay over the phone. They told me I had to come into the store to get the part. Not happy and will not shop there anymore
Service rep helped an uncertain customer lookup, find, pay for (customer was unfamiliar with paying by card), and install new windshield wipers, all in the space of 5 minutes. The customer was elderly and nervous, but was helped in a reassuring manner with absolutely no condescension. Excellent service.
If you are disposing of used oil, call ahead. Sometimes their tank is full; you may save yourself a trip.
I have been here many times since 2015. I have been having the worst experiences there in the past few years. From getting parts for my vehicle completely wrong to selling faulty parts that either don't work, don’t fit or just fail soon after installing. Last week i had an employee threaten to strangle me over the phone for “screaming at him” which i was not. Never in my life has anything comparable happened. It was ridiculous. More funny than anything but also sad. I have also been sold the wrong oil filter for my jeep which had oil channels that were too small and didn’t flow. Now my jeep has a new knock. Gave them all the correct info for my vehicle so its just another example of how they have the wrong info in their system which costs me time and money. At this moment i can not recommend autozone in Emmaus to anyone.

Update. Once again this place impresses me. I had the pleasure of being helped by an extremely nice young man named Wesley. This associate was very knowledgeable and friendly and also quickly changed my wiper blades.
Today was the coldest day in March. March 14th 2023 and just miserable with snow showers and gusty winds. Long story short, during my errands my car wouldn’t start and had to get jumped twice. After second jump, I went to Autozone and Sam immediately helped me. He tested my 2018 Honda Civic battery and sure enough BAD battery. Bought a new one and he replaced it in 15 minutes in the nasty weather! All good! Ironically, I just paid off the car 6 hours before not knowing the battery was shot. How life works sometimes HA! Sam to the rescue! He was fast, kind and a pleasure to chat with! So thankful for excellent customer service at my local Autozone!

Needed a directional bulb for my rear driver side light. Found the correct bulb in the aisle and asked the service person to help by installing the light. I would have to searched YouTube and spend much time figuring out how to do something that I have to do once every three or so years. Thanks to the service person, he installed the bulb & explained the process steps for the next time. I tried to give him a few bucks for his kindness and he politely refused, saying to donate it to charity. I certainly will, and will be patronizing the store in the future.
My battery died. Fortunately I am able to work from home so I didn’t lose the day, but I needed to try to get it fixed on lunch. The staff was super friendly and helpful, installing it in under 20 minutes. The battery is OEM specs, so should last a while. I would buy from them again.
Had a dead battery across the street at East Penn diner. When I went into AutoZone to purchase a quick charge device, friendly Colin just said I’ll give you a jump with his quick charge device. Did me a good! Now I’m gonna go research which might be the best jump starter to buy from the store. Once again: kudos to Colin who took the hike across the street with his device and jumped my truck Colin refused the $20 I offered fo his trouble. Now ,I’m good. Bravo! Give that man a raise!
Company truck broke down, we needed to change the battery, sales rep named Colin was very helpful, offer his assistance with changing the battery. He was very attentive and very informative with the kind of battery we needed and so forth. This guy went over and beyond his job duties.
11/19/2020 - Finally got a chance to stop and get a pair of "BEAM" wipers for my Dodge truck.. Store is spotless and even smells good. Products are out and spaced right where you want them to be. Found the pair I thought was a match and walked up to the social distance waiting line. In just a few minutes I was waited on by a kindly gentleman who double checked to be sure I chose the correct wipers. I had. He rang me up & I was all set to go. I asked if these were difficult for an old lady like me to put on and he said "Not for us". I wasn't quite sure what he meant then he smiled and said "We will gladly take care of that for you". Shut the front door!! What a courteous and kind man. Funny too. In a second another kind young man appeared and walked out with me to my truck and in a ""SNAP"" they were on the truck and I was good to go. What a perfectly perfect experience and I will NEVER go to another Auto Parts Store - EVER. Thank you gentlemen for a wonderful trip to the Auto Zone!
Super helpful and courteous staff. I had an issue with stains on my car from birds and they were able to help me find the right equipment to fix it. My car is clean and sparkling like brand new and I am super happy with the result. The dude who helped me should get a raise. I’ll come here for my car supply needs from now on.
Purchased a battery to replace my dead 5-year old battery. The person who helped me was knowledgeable. They will install batteries as long as the battery is easily accessible. Since I didn't have my car with me when I bought the new one, I took it home with me. The next several days were bitter cold and I ended up driving my car in on the first warmer day since I was just able to start my car. They installed the new battery quickly. Excellent purchase experience.
